Weird people work in grooming department. They don’t know what the doing. I am going to this store almost 1 year 2 months. Spending lot a money for my dog. When ever I take my dog to cut his hair. They have stores he bite so take different Place ti fix this problem. I don’t think my baby boy do like that. No more going to pet smart. Bye bye pet smart. You lose customers like that.

Went in to buy specific dog treats; they were on sale buy 3 get 4th free. Well, as my luck would have it, they only had 3 boxes. When I asked if I could get a rain check for the sale, the cashier called the Manager. I couldn't get a rain check, but the Manager gave me an alternative offer. That's exceptional customer service!! Thanks so much...

Ran in to get a container for a gecko my daughter had gotten from there earlier. This gecko was a pretty good size and they put him in this sm container where he had no room to even turn around. I feel like they could have put him in a larger container. We had a 2 hr ride home.

This review goes exclusively for Fatima from the grooming department. We had an appointment scheduled over a week in advance for our fur baby. Fatima calls a day before her appointment less than 16 hours from her appointment to cancel it. She was persistent that their was a weight limit of 40lbs when my dog weighs 45lbs. We tried explain that Skye has been groomed with Pet Smart before and we never had an issue, she then said that it was because we booked online and it doesn’t show that information about the dogs she groom (ridiculous- we always book online, never an issue). She was bringing up my dogs breed and I quickly came to the conclusion that she was discriminating my fur baby. At this point I was upset and asked to be scheduled for the same day anytime but of course she couldn’t do that. My husband and I specifically choose Sundays since it’s our only day off. Lastly, I tried to explain to Fatima that my dog was calm and friendly dog and was only 5lb of the suppose weight limit restriction but she kept saying she wouldn’t groom her. We just ended the call but I am honestly very upset and disappointed. I am not the type to ever write a bad review but, the way this was handled was unprofessional and unsympathetic. We feel as if our fur baby was discriminated based on her breed when it’s not even a restricted breed and she has been seen before with no issues and no complaints but it was My dog’s first time being scheduled with Fatima.
