The price was good for boarding. That is all the nice things I can say. My dog came back unpotty trained, she was also allowed to chew up her leash and harness. Behavior issues she didn't have before. I an disappointed and will not use this place again ☹

They were really busy so it took a little longer than anticipated to get my dog in and out but they did a fantastic job with my husky!! She feels and looks so good after being cleaned up and deshed. Thank you!

John has been taking care of my babies for 15 years, I will never take them any other place. He is and has always been a blessing to me.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. My grandma left her two dogs here for two weeks while we were managing a death in the family and when we picked up both of the dogs they were both deathly sick - so much so we had to get one of them put down and it took a month for the other dog to recover. Do not board your dogs here if you love them!! Take them ANYWHERE else!

We take both of our dogs here for boarding. Both come home happy. We recently got our long-haired cat groomed. She got the lion cut. They didn't get her completely done, but she (our cat) was done. They said we could bring her back in a few days to get her finished up. Great place, great service.

Great customer service with groomers willing to accommodate requests.

We have boarded with them for nearly 5 years. My dog and cat enjoy going and are always taken care of.

Max always looks great after grooming here. The staff are kind and friendly and he likes them, so I know he is treated well when there.

Took my cat cat Mavis to get groomed here and I was kinda nervous because she a 7 yr old cat. I had recently adopted her & I didn’t know how she would handle the experience. Once I got there the lady behind the counter asked me how I wanted her fur cut (since she has long hair) and I explained what I felt comfortable with and the concerning areas. Once I picked her up and took her home she was at the length I wanted and Mavis looked soo cute ! Only thing I would change about my experience is how long she was there. Thank you she looks great and the bandana was soo cute ! I will continue bringing her here !

They took excellent care of my little boy Dallas! He came out looking extra handsome. John and his staff are amazing and very fairly priced!

My dog a very healthy dog cane back with cuts and kennel cough I will never take my dog back to them ever again!! I do not know what they did to him but his spirit was a little broken when he came back

Unfortunately boarded my dog here. When I went to visit my dog he had a cut that was not looked at until they saw me checking out the cut. My dog lost so much weight and after picking him up they didn't give me the rest of his dog food that I bought that he obviously didn't finish. He slept all day the first few days after coming home meaning he was not in a comfortable environment while boarded.

We dropped off our dog On Friday.. I called all day Saturday and sunday to check on him..left messages and still have not received a call back. So when they close on Saturday and are off on Sunday...who is caring for my baby...and why can't they return calls. We are very unhappy... and we came home early and still have to wait until tomorrow to pick him up. What a business. Our dog needs care 24/7 Not 8am to 6pm

I have nothing bad to say about this place of business I own 3 very spoiled dogs and have had a bad experience in past with boarding so when we was heading out for vacation my sitter had to cancel on me at last minute so my sister suggested I take my boys here cause she uses them all the time I was super nervous and scared due to last situation at another boarding facility. The owner reassured me they would be fine I could call as many times to check up on them and I did first 2 days several times a day then as week went on I didn’t call them but once a day. Let me say I love this place I recommend them to everyone they truly take care of your babies and make sure they come first. I have since then used them several other times and now take my boys there to get baths and groomed. So ignore any bad comments about this place they are FANTASTIC here and they know what’s is the most important and that is everyone’s fur babies.

After reading why it takes so long to groom a cat. I now realize that I was being an over worried mommie. Pickles hates the blow dryer and knowing that they have a special dryer and it takes more time makes me very happy. Pickles always looks great when he comes home. He just gets stressed out in the car over and gets there over stressed. His fur always feels so much softer and smells so good when he comes home. And the bandana, he loves it. He wears if forever. Thanks again for taking care of my Pickles ???? But y'all still didn't shave his hindquarters with a hygiene shave and missed a few nails as well.

Very good with the pets

The staff here at Petcetera go above and beyond when it comes to your pets needs. My Mia gets a royal treatment everytime she comes here. They know her and treat her like family. I'm so comfortable to bring her here because I know Mia is in great hands. I could go on and on. Just know Petcetera are dedicated to do exactly what you want from them but they do it with the upmost care and love.

This place is run by poor management. The owner has an anger issue and treats people with disrespect. The place isn't clean or sanitized which leaves the place smelling horrible when you walk in not to mention pet hair every where.There isn't even a clean place to sit in the waiting area due to pet hair everywhere.Pet Vomit on the floor and furniture which can be seen when customers come in. I wouldn't recommend it if you love your pet and want them in the best of care.
