Everything was great besides the fact we paid for our dogs nails to be trimmed but it was not besides that great service and will use again

I have a great dane that has never been in a daycare or boarding setting. We have to board him for our wedding later this month so we've started taking him in for daycare last week. We found the online booking and profile setup process super convenient and the staff was super friendly. Our fur baby was greatly taken care of and we're excited to take him back next week.

Had to board my 5 month old puppy for the holidays and I will admit this place did an outstanding job. I was worried that my potty training would have to restart but when we picked up Loki everything was still on track… I love this place will definitely use the service again

I feel the dogs enjoyed it as they got to play with other dogs. They came home with sneezing issues that we were not made aware of. I may or may not use them anymore, would feel better with individual dog sitter.

The room reserved wasn't ready yet so he got upgraded. It was a busy weekend as well and I had to call last minute. He was apprehensive about getting on the bed and they noticed and gave him a little cot to help him up if he needed it. You can even pick up anytime. I've picked up after midnight when I returned from a trip. I highly recommend this place.

Dak enjoys going to Pooch Hotel and has fun playing with the other doggies. Mama also enjoys being able to watch play time on the camera.

Best boarding place for Nymeria (my pet). Very friendly and caring staff. The place is very clean and spacious. Only one concern, they don’t have any grassy areas inside or outside. The pet has to poop on the floor.

Although pricey, my pets were very well cared for. You get what you pay for. Can't cut corners when it comes to your fur babies.

Our dog had a great time at the Pooch Hotel. Spent 10 days there and returned happy, healthy and wise.

This was the first time I've ever used pet boarding and the General Manager, Justin, was very informative, easing any worries I might've had going into this. The play time webcam was also comforting (and entertaining????), seeing my dog interact with other pups. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I felt like my dogs were safe and cared for during their stay. The staff was also very responsive and professional. Highly recommend and would use again. :)

I looked in this afternoon on the playroom dog cam and I saw the staff attendant loving on my dog. Another reason why I have peace of mind when I leave my dog for daycare or for overnight stays. The staff truly cares and gives each and every dog special attention. It warms my heart to see my dog happy and content when I am not able to be there with him. Thank you Pooch Hotel and Staff!

I boarded my dog here for just over two days while I attended a wedding, this place did a great job. I was able to check in on the webcams to watch my dog play and the 24 hour check in/check out made everything very convenient

We are so glad we found Pooch Hotel. Our dog has gone there from puppyhood. The staff is caring and responsible and our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! He has fun and we know he is in good hands.

Pooch hotel seems like a great place that cares about dogs. The workers I’ve been in contact with have been super friendly and sweet with my dog. However, the big downside for me is that they don’t have an outdoor area or take dogs outside to go to the bathroom. When I asked an employee about it he said they usually just have them go potty in the playrooms. I really don’t like this because my dog will either hold it all day or learn to potty inside which I do not want her doing at home.

As a very protective mama, I am always nervous about sending my fur-babies to stay somewhere when we are traveling, but Pooch Hotel came HIGHLY recommended, and I can tell you, we have been anything but disappointed. From the very second we walk in to drop off our baby, the staff is always warm and welcoming and Stella gets so excited to see everyone!! They keep me updated via email and send me pictures of her playing with other pups. I know she is well loved and taken care of while we are on because she gets so excited to go back the next time. I truly appreciate everything these wonderful people do to love and care for all fur babies, not just mine, and I will use pooch hotel as long as I have animals!!

This is a great place to take your pets to be watched while you're not able to take care of them. They do really good at making sure before they introduce a new animal that there is no aggression or issue. My dog when she stayed there ended up having a little bit of aggression towards other animals during the test and so she was placed by herself but still got walking time etc. That is purely my fault I need to get her more time socializing but they did a great job at checking and recognizing that issue. They took really good care of her and she was really happy when I picked her up. They have no problem using the feed that you bring them and I paid a little extra to have her bathed and her nails done while she was there. Facility could use a little bit of maintenance just normal wear and tear stuff that hasn't been gotten to yet but otherwise it's great. It can be a little difficult to get to parking wise from the highway if you don't know what you're looking for. It is accessible with a ramp leading up to an accessible entrance. They are available 24/7 which is awesome cuz for somebody like me who runs late at night sometimes it is very handy to be able to work around my schedule. I would definitely recommend this place and my dog will definitely stay there again.

Easy drop off and pick up. Hilarious mix-up. Who would have thought there would be two blue & white pit puppies named Lucy.

We have a 1 year old golden retriever who loves to play. He has a wonderful time there and loves to go back. I appreciate their service and their ability to respond so quickly, it makes me less anxious about my pet being in their care. The webcams are always helpful when it comes to checking in. Over all my dog and I love this place and would definitely recommend them for day care if you are looking for one.

They are very responsive & accessible. My dog had no issues with the stay at pooch.

The Pooch Hotel is great! They took care of my puppy while I was stuck out of town from a hurricane. They took great care of my sweet baby, and I am so grateful.

My pup is very anxious, but they incorporated her well into the play pack! She has a hard time eating in general and is very vocal when she sees another dog. My only thing was she came back very hoarse and a little thinner, so I suppose if you don’t pay for extra attention your anxious dogs won’t get the comfort they need to eat properly/not lose their voice. I don’t blame her caretakers whatsoever! Probably just need to purchase extra care next time.

They use a third party company for reservations, and they are terrible. It is difficult to get in touch and once I finally did book a stay, they say you need to receive an email booking confirmation (not provided at the time of booking). This never happened so I called back. They told me everything was fine. Ok cool. I go to drop off my dog and POOCH HOTEL HAS NO IDEA WHO I AM. Luckily, my entire trip was not ruined and they still had a room available. Then, once we went to pick up my dog, they still seemed to have no idea who I was talking about when I asked the front desk staff for him. Very unprofessional, do not seem to care about my dog. Will not go back.

Very good service. Well priced and available 24 hours. The only thing is when I picked up my pup she had kennel cough. Which isnt isnt usually a problem but most places will call and say if theres an outbreak.

it wasnt the best, they didnt allow her to play with other dogs, the showered her but she was still not fully clean she had dirty spots in her tail and back, she want dry either and shes a happy dog overall but she seemed sad and traumatized

Horrible experience!! My doggy got home and soon after started coughing and wanting to throw up so I took him to the vet and was told that he most definitely had the influenza and asked me if he had been in the Richardson area hotels and I told him yes at the Pooch Hotel and he went on to inform me that he had already had several cases all from the hotel.????

They will go above and beyond to keep your babies comfortable and are so attentive. I had a great experience.

Horrible service! The place also smelled like pee. My golden doodle has a Horrible experience! Her haircut was a disaster patches of hair left amd uneven cut. I emailed them and NO RESPONSE!!!! WASTE OF MONEY $150 down the drain.
