When I have concerns, Dr. Lamping and his staff are so gentle and thorough. My cat isn't good with unfamiliar situations, but they are so patient with him and use great strategies so he stays as relaxed as possible and isn't traumatized.

My poor dog was scratching her ears so bad and kissing weight so we took our baby here and they fixed her all up it was kind of painful watching them give her the good care that they did but now our ol gal is fine and happy and not scratching out itching no more than yu guys so much

They are always available for my pets Enough said.

Doctors and staff alike are all awesome, we had an especially great experience with Amy and Dr. Lamping! They got us in for a same day sick visit when our dog wasn’t acting himself, heard our concerns and ran appropriate tests to get him the treatment he needed and feeling better quickly! They were compassionate and understanding, and made me feel heard and not crazy, which is important when you’re 8 months pregnant and hormonal and your dog is sick without clear reason! Would recommend this office highly, so glad we found them!

Dr. Lamping and Dr. Pazora are the best vets I have found in Wylie. They are so caring and compassionate and they pay such close attention to details. Anytime I have a concern whether it be small or large they listen to my concerns and make sure my fur babies are taken care of! I will never trust anyone else with my fur babies!!! Not only are the doctors attentive but so are the staff! They are always so nice and compassionate when it comes to not only my animals but I see how caring and compassionate they are with everyone else's animals and their needs!!

Called today (Saturday 8/21/21) at 11:52am to make an appointment for the following week for a new patient (dog). Office closed at 12:00 noon, but I figured 8 minutes was plenty of time to schedule an appointment. Mind you, I didn’t want to take my dog in today, just make an appointment for another day. Receptionist said they were about to close, refused to make an appointment, and told me to call back Monday morning. Called Parker Road vet instead at 11:55am (they closed at noon as well) and they were happy to make an appointment and take my business, even though it was just 5 minutes to close. I feel sorry for the doctor who owns Lake Lavon Animal Hospital; their lazy office staff is costing them business.

Caring, friendly, courteous, no price gouging, and very good bedside manners. Accurate diagnosis and very inexpensive pricing. What can I say !!!

We love it there! You can tell that they love your pets and want to treat them the best way possible.

Our elderly dog recently had several teeth pulled and was unable to consume dry dog food. In addition to her being elderly, she is very sensitive to canned dog food and food changes. The technician at discharge told me what specific type of canned dog food to buy for her, designed for easy digestion. I did not know I needed a prescription for it, however, the dog food supply store let me purchase the food as an exception without the prescription. When I spoke to the office the next day, they refused to write me a prescription except for the food they sell in their office (in other words, food they will profit from). I expressed my frustration at this policy and was contacted by Harley (CSM) who then proceeded to speak to me condescendingly and further refused to help me and ultimately our dog who was still recovering from surgery. Aside from how I was personally treated, I have never seen such disregard for animals from a veterinarian's office. We will be finding another more compassionate vet.

I strongly recommend this place for their professionalism and compassion. Their commitment to high standards of customer service and true animal care is exemplary. I trust them with my cats.

When our vet was closed, LLAH got us in after my puppy had been attacked by another dog. They were caring, helped treat her wounds and were so friendly and sweet with her. Not only was Lilly at ease but we were too! I’m so thankful that they were there for us and that Lilly got the care she needed. Thank you for the wonderful care.❤️

This group of people was so sweet and helpful for my sick kitten. They got me in quick, we’re very thorough and informative, and the prices were reasonable. Cant say enough about this clinic!

Dr. Lamping is so thorough with all our pets. He keeps our 3 dogs, and 2 cats healthy, not to mention the amazing sweet staff that loves our pets as much as we do! Highly recommend this Vet Clinic!!

I can’t say enough good things about Lake Lavon animal hospital. Their staff is so helpful and friendly, they make you feel like family. Dr. Lamping is very compassionate and truly does everything possible to help your pet. He is very informative and you can tell he really knows what he is doing. My dog is very old and I thought for sure I was going to have to put him down, after receiving treatment, he is doing amazing! His eyes are bright and his tail is wagging, I have not see that in months, that is truly priceless! I am forever grateful for the care he received!

Dr. Lamping and all of the staff at Lake Lavon Animal Hospital are SO amazing. He is incredibly thorough, makes you feel heard and validated. He can make you feel at ease through anything and let’s you ask as many questions as you need. I recommend this practice to all of my friends and family!

My wife and I are so pleased with the people and policies of LLAH. They whisk you away to a consulting room as quickly as possible. Think about it: that other dog in some other clinic sitting next to your dog has what: parvo, a cold, some other communicable disease? Don’t worry about that at LLAH. You fill out the paper work the first time, then you are separated for your dog’s safety. They really care about your pet. The price is right as well.

I found this vet when I moved to the neighborhood. I trusted them with my senior dog during the pandemic when I couldn’t go into the site with them. They did an excellent job and my dog was not even scared like he used to be at our previous vet. The staff is always very friendly and caring. The doctor takes the time on the telephone with you to go over all of your concerns and answer all of your questions. I would definitely recommend this vet and my other animals will be going here too. Still go here with my animals. They are amazing and empathetic!!

I love Lake Lavon Animal Hospital! I trust the staff and Dr. Lamping with my two boxer boys! He detected a 1st grade heart murmur on one of my males. When I took him to the specialist he said he was surprised Dr. Lamping could detect the murmur as its typically very difficult. Would highly recommend Lake Lavon Animal Hospital.

Dr. Lamping and his staff take very good care of our furbabies. They love them as their own.

The entire staff is more like an extended family for us. We miss being able to see everyone in person but we totally understand because of the virus. They have been there for us during the good times and especially during the sad times. They could not have been more loving and caring when we had to put our precious Darby to sleep. Now they are there for us as we have welcomed Abby to our family. Not only do they treat us like family but more importantly, they treat our furry family with love, compassion and kindness. We would recommend this great group to anyone who wants their pets to be taken care of in such a loving and professional manner.
