Cloud 9 is an excellent pet resort. We left our dog there for over a week during Christmas. When our dog came home, this is literally the first pet resort we've left her at where she didn't get some kind of symptoms afterward. The staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Cloud 9 is a 5 star pet resort! Gene, Heather, and staff are excellent in what they do and offer to the public. Been their client for years and would never go anywhere else!

Our dogs have always had a good experience staying here. Friendly service. Make sure to book with enough time as they are a busy place

I have a 3 month old puppy so this was her 1st visit to be groomed. Our visit was grest. She looked so good when I picked her up and she wasn't upset at all. We'll definitely go back to them!

Had dogs nails clipped. They did a great job. Friendly workers and clean place.

They lost my dog and at the time of writing still haven't found him. My dog Kumo was there for a groom and somehow he jumped a fence into the outside. For a Dog Daycare you would think they would have measures against that but that has been proven wrong. If my dog could "escape" from the Dog Daycare I imagine yours would too.

A special thanks to Cloud 9 Grooming of Wylie. They were my 5th attempt to find a cat groomer near me and they responded quickly. Gene and Heather are expert professionals who groomed and declawed my Senior cat. They gave him the care he needed to prevent hairballs, matting, shedding, dander and unpleasant smells. Thanks to Beth also who reassured him he was in good hands.

Sweetest group ever. Take great care of the dogs and always super friendly.

They were awesome withy Layla baby. She was happy when I picked her up. She didn't smell horrible like some places I have seen. They took her last minute and we're very flexible withe since we were getting our fence fixed and trying to keep her out of doggie jail until they got it done and it was inspected

So far so good; I really like the homey atmosphere as opposed to 'big box' pet businesses, the Owner, Gene is usually in front when you enter, ready to see your pet, nice. The 1 last star is about the grooming when we picked him up; not disastrous, but we will talk.

Edit: I rarely give 5, but this place gets all 5!!! I don't want to take my dogs anywhere else!!! They love Gene and his crew and they love all the dogs!!! My dog can't wait to go to daycare!!! She always comes home happy!!!

I'm giving 3 stars because that's in the middle and I consider neutral. I'd taken my dog for bordering, clipping and a bath. I had errands to run and couldn't leave her at home alone. I dropped her off around 12:30 or so, on Wednesday to be picked up Friday. Well, they took care of the bordering. Nothing else was done. Not sure why, they had her for almost 48 hrs.

It's great, the employees love their jobs and the pets that come in are treated with care. Definitely reccomend

On Jan 15 2021 I picked up my 2 dogs and they both had horrible diarrhea and one kept throwing up after every meal and was wheezing! Had to take my dogs to vet for medication and called the manager. The manager laughed it off and said it was nerves, but the diarrhea lasted for days and the vet said they had intestinal infection. I should’ve know my that something was wrong because when I picked them up they had washed even the carry kennel I had brought and all the blankets and towels. Owner said they had a ‘little’ diarrhea but it was way more than that. He wasn’t even going to put the comfortable carry kennel but I asked him to because the kennels are cold and bare. He didn’t want to put in kennel I had brought because he said most dogs just tear up their pillows. My dogs are 15 years old and 5 years old so I told them they aren’t puppies so please use pillows. In addition, the manager charged me $50 for bordetella vaccines and my vet said that since the manager, who is not a vet, should not have charged me because he’s not a licensed vet. Then he said my vet told him to give bordetella vaccines because there had been an earlier breakout. We have the same vet, and my vet told me that he shouldn’t be charging for it. When my husband went to get the pillow cover that was washed he quickly ignored him and worked with other customers. If nothing was wrong, why the nervousness? I called the manager and gave him a heads up about what happened with my dogs. All he had to do was acknowledge the problem and none of this would have been written! He not only laughed it off, he was condescending. I am never ever going back and hope this helps anyone else when considering this place!

We have been taking our dog here for a few months for daycare to see if he can get socialized and tired from all of the activity. Gene has been great with our dog and shows that he loves his job. Not only has our dog been happier and very calm around other people and dogs, he has picked up a trick or two. The staff is great and knows us by name. The front area is kept clean for a high traffic location with people and pets. ****UPDATE**** 11/10/2020, The staff is great. They always have a good attitude.

1st time I have ever been here and I will be back. Staff was nice and helpful. My dog whiskey look great and it was the 1st time he has ever had a grooming.
