My dogs passed by home euthanasia and this is the place that handled their remains. I'm still grieving as I had my dogs for 13 going on 14 years. I called Pet Memories a few times to make sure they will have them and will cremate them together. Everytime i called i was overwhelmed with emotion i could not talk. They were so understanding of my grief. This is definitely a compassionate place.

We got amazing service coming here! We will definitely be using them again when we need them in the future. They are very understanding and not wanting you to spend a fortune on getting to keep your little loves even after they’re gone! Definitely give them a 10 out of 10!!

First time doing this. It was a smooth and easy process. The included box was nice and appropriate too. Price was much better than other places too.

I can not find the words to thank Greg and his team for going above and beyond to take care of our dog Oso. Their kindness, their empathy, their selflessness was proven when on Monday (labor day) at 2 PM when they took my call. Our dog passed at the shelter in Collin County and I was devestated, and even more worried to know it could be days until something could be done because of the holiday. Greg took it upon himself to come get Oso, and started his cremation the same day. He constantly provided me with updates on everything. This company was God sent. I can not be thankful enought for the care, the commitment and passion they showed to our dog during this time. Oso's ashes were beautifully delivered along with ceramic paw prints that we will have to forever remember him. Greg, thank you!

We came home one night to the unexpected loss of our family dog. I was at a loss on what to do, as I've never had to deal with this before. Once I calmed down the next morning and called around to places, we knew Pet Memories was who we wanted to use for cremation. They were so caring and compassionate from the first phone call to when we picked our boy up. Every time they mentioned something about my dog, they referred to him as "your baby" which may not be a big deal to some, but meant the world to me. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, they'll have my business again no question.

I found this company 4 years ago after a Ra had to stay with my former roommate while I moved to Texas until he could came down from Iowa to be with me. He had lost 1/3 his body weight in a year and I was sure he was on his way out. As my roommate describes him, he was scrappy. So, two nights ago, he finally passed. With his passing being so prolonged, I had time to research all of the different companies in the area. To this day, Pet Memories stands as the leader in reviews and service. So when I found him eternally sleeping, I didn't have to go hunting. And then they made the decisions even easier by giving me good information and answering my question as best they can.

My experience with Pet Memories, during one of the hardest, most difficult times in my life was nothing but stellar. Judy was amazing through the entire process. From the first initial phone call, to picking my Baby up, I was extremely satisfied and thankful for the way they took care of my baby. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I normally don’t ever leave reviews but I feel like I must. This is the first time I ever dealt with losing a pet, and so far it was the worst experience.. they picked up my pet the same day it passed away in January of 2021, I heard nothing for a month when I called asking what happened where’s my dogs ashes the guy seemed shocked that it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my dogs ashes.. when he checked apparently they had my dogs ashes stored in a room ready to picked up awhile back. They stated they contacted me and left a message, they did not. I never received a call or message from them. Even if they did call who calls only once and never calls the owner again. When I asked Mitchell when did they call he stuttered and stated he could not answer that question only that they left a note saying they called me. Although Mitchell was nice enough to deliver my dog back to my home so I have didn’t have to make the 1hr drive, when I opened the box it wasn’t the Box I had ordered they got the color wrong. My heart is broken because all the wait and they still couldn’t even get the simplest thing done right. When I called right away I spoke to some guy took my information and said he will get back to me to see what they can do, they never did get back to me. This experience with this company has not been a great one and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Not calling me nor notifying me that my dog remains were ready to pick up weeks ago and ordering the wrong color box is unacceptable. And now you are taking time out of my day to try and fix this when I could’ve used this time to heal now I gotta deal with issues like this from you guys when it shouldn’t have happened in the first place..If I would’ve known this I would’ve picked a more responsible cremation service who actually cared enough.

I am so grateful to have found this amazing place for my sweet Hector dog. I was in a lot pain when I reached out to them. I spoke with Mitchell on a Saturday and he stayed on the phone with me in my saddest moments for a long while as I took in my new reality. He said , I will be here when you and Hector get here. When I arrived I was met by him and he gracefully took my sweet boy from me I knew he was in special hands with Mitchell. The next amazing angel I met was Judy in the office. What a sweet soul she is. She is compassionate , gentle , sincere. She was all things I needed her to be in my darkest moments. I cant say Thank you enough to them and how I was treated and how they treated my beloved Hector. I will forever be grateful to both of them. Thank you so much. Much Love.

These people were the kindest, gentlest, people ever. From beginning to end they treated us and our boxer dog Adrian like family. Thank you so much to Judy and Mitchell for being above and beyond compassionate. You made the hardest time of our life a little easier.

The best hands down. Zach picked up my dog and was beyond amazing in every way. A super blessing to me on such a hard day. Then the very kind Mitch personally and loving returned him to me the next day. Such a blessing made easily in a very stressful time.

When it comes to pet cremation I believe in "trust but verify", not "trust and we'll return the ashes in a few days". How do you know if you are getting your pet's ashes or just a portion of the communal ashes? I understand safety measures during the pandemic but good grief. I called 5 or 6 places and Mitch at Pet Memories was the only one that understood. He had us come early in the morning when they weren't busy. We did the "Wait and Return" and socially distanced at the pier overlooking the pond. Cows were off in the distance and it was peaceful, even though not a pet cemetery. I appreciate his finding an option that met both his and our needs. Their machines are effective and fast. It was done in about 45 min. for a cat.

Had a great dog die of old age and had to take care of her the next morning.. Found their services good price and great service and when leaving felt like I had done right by Harlie.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would due to the above and beyond service of Pet Memories. Judy is incredibly compassionate and understanding. When our sweet dog died unexpectedly, we were able to reach out and receive the help we needed ASAP to have her cremated with utmost respect. Judy's ability to comfort and encourage made such a difference when making the difficult transitioning of letting go of our beloved pet.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had my Boston Terrier put down at the Ft Worth Humane Society and almost chose to let them keep his body because I was put off by the cost of cremation. My friend recommended I bring Roscoe here. I looked at the prices online and couldn't pass up the opportunity. We drove Roscoe's body from Ft Worth to Rockwall to be cremated. I am beyond happy with the decision. From the friendly staff to the prompt return of my baby, I was impressed. They are all the most wonderful people doing a wonderful thing for fur babies.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to cremated our lovely dog. Greg, Judy and the staff were very nice, kind, understanding and polite. it's was a sad time but we are very pleased with their service. Thank you Pet Memories cremation service.

So very sad and distraught over this company. I opened Sir Parker's cedar box today and found it's not him. Pet Memories Cremation gave me a cat named Newman ... Don't know where Sir Parker is ????
