Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and organized. The dogs aren’t as free to run around as at one of their competitors, and there aren’t any toys or anything for them, but Camp Bow Wow is definitely professional and probably healthier/safer for the dogs. If you are concerned about your dog’s health and safety, then this place is for you!

Today was Checkers first time her being groomed. They did a great job and I had him back in under two hours. He is a very furry dog, so usually takes a long time.

After Dogtopia, we were looking for a service where the employees spent more time interacting with the pups. Some - but not all - staff do. There are a couple who spend more time looking over the wall into the adjacent play area then they do with the pups in their own area. Other than that, we are pleased so far.

We are visitng from out of state with our dog Roxy. We needed daycare and they were more than happy to welcome Roxy. The staff is wonderful, attentive and calls us if there is an issue. I love how you can watch your dog on their camp cameras. Their staff is cpr certified for dogs. I am more than happy to take her to daycare. It makes traveling with Roxy an option. We will definitely use them when we visit again!! I recommend them as they are wonderful. This is what she looks like after a day at daycare!

Best Doggy Daycare/Boarding and Grooming in Waco!

I love knowing that I can leave my pup in good hands when I have to go out of town. I’ve only gone twice - once for the interview and once for overnight boarding and both experiences were great! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’ve already made my 2nd reservation. The process is super easy and I love getting to check in on my pup with their cams!

I love this place! The staff truly cares about the dogs, and it’s great to be able to watch your pup on the Camper Cameras. Their groomer, Emily, also does an amazing job!

Best grooming and daycare facility in town!

I love Camp Bow Wow! Almost a year ago I was a new dog owner of a puppy with more energy than I could handle. I decided camp might be a great solution—and I was right! Duke loves to go to camp and even knows it by name! He loves the treat of an occasional one on one enrichment, and also loves to take part in the many group activities they offer. The staff treats each camper as if they were their own. The facilities are clean and safe, and I love that CBW offers a place to play, a place to board, and grooming services. Duke feels at ease when he stays the night or gets groomed because it’s a familiar, happy place to him. Lastly, CBW partners with community organizations to help them raise money and help as many animals as possible. They make it easy for the pet parents to donate and sometimes they make it a fun event for the campers too. I know there are many options out there, but I don’t think they could beat Camp Bow Wow!

Great people and service and the dogs love it there

Great place to bring my Great Dane puppy! We bought an unlimited month and we are getting a grooming. We love that we can check in on her throughout the day. I was very impressed by the interview process and it made me feel safe dropping her off since all the other dogs with her had the same interview. We submitted our documents on a Thursday, brought her in Friday for the interview day and happily set up a membership at the end of the day. Great experience, so far! Edited to add: Our girl had a MAJOR growth spurt during the time she was also active in camp and ended up having some joint growing-pain issues (inherited from her parents). Per the vet, she was unable to play with her doggy friends for a month :( They helped to navigate our account with us and were very fair and understanding. They also TRULY care about the dogs! They went as far as to send a stuffy and a get-well-soon card! It was signed by everyone with such sweet things to say. They demonstrated a high level professionalism with extreme compassion. I was so touched. I wish every business ran this way and put this much heart into what they do. I’m extremely impressed.

What an absolutely amazing experience for my 2 yo pointer mix! Allie absolutely loved it! She came back home after spending 3 days and she was spent. Lots of sweet puppies to play with, and best of all, every dog is screened before it gets to mingle with your dogs. So you can rest easy knowing there won’t be any pups who like to play rough. They also have a day care where you can leave your pup for the whole day to get them to socialize with other dogs and play around. The staff is absolutely the best too. They even texted me a feeding log for my dog, which is important for someone who is trying to keep their dogs weight under check. Leaving your dogs behind on a vacation, but at least I was relieved that she was in the best possible hands.

I brought my super hyper dog here for a day and was not disappointed. The staff did a really good job at introducing the other dogs he was playing with. He was here for a couple hours and was exhausted by the time I came to pick him up. This place is an amazing addition to Waco and I am definitely going to bring him back.
