Just wanted to say thank you all for taking good care of my clyde. Your office staff and vet tech was so helpful and understanding. I was so nervous about his surgery and they understood and comforted me. They took good care of my lil guy and helped me to know what to do to help him with a successful recovery. I highly recommend your clinic and will be coming back for all my veterinarian needs. Thank you so very much.

Very professional, and kind people! They talked me through every step of my dog's surgery, and I'm happy with the results.

My puppy was very healthy and active she was well taken care of was up to date with everything but after bringing her here....I don't EVER recommend anyone getting their fur babies spayed by this clinic at all unless you want to watch your DOG SUFFER and PASS AWAY. Me and my kids heart is broken ???? we didn't know I would lose my fur baby a week after the spaying. I brought my fur baby here to get spayed and a week later I'm in the animal hospital putting my 6mo old puppy down because of a careless mistake these people did THE HOSPITAL SAID SHE GOT TATNUS THROUGH UNSANITIZED CLEAN TOOLS FROM THE SURGERY, THEY ALSO SAID THEY DID ALOT OF THINGS WRONG FOR EXAMPLE THEY NEVER DID BLOOD WORK BEFORE AND AFTER THE PROCEDURE AND THE HOSPITAL SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT TO MAKE SURE MY PUPPY WAS OK AND DIDN'T HAVE A BLOOD CLOT. I HAD CALLED THEM AS WELL TO LET THEM KNOW MY PUPPY WASNT ACTING HERSELF THEY DIDNT EVEN WANT TO HELP THEY KEPT SAYING OH SHES JUST STILL HEALING, they act nice at first but we don't know what really happens behind their closed doors. The only reason I came here is because the Montgomery County provided the help to pay part of the spaying procedure but I guess they pick and choose. Maybe if I would of paid full price they would have treated my puppy different and used CLEAN AND SANITIZED TOOLS during her procedure. SO NOW IM PAYING HIGH MEDICAL BILLS AND NOW WITHOUT OUR BELOVED FAMILY MEMBER. My kids and I are now without there playing companion which will be missed dearly she was our therapy puppy for my kids. I hate that they had to see there puppy suffer while we were figuring out what she had.So please I would advise anyone to do there research before taking there fur baby to any clinic and to ask all the questions that you have. ALSO GO WITH YOUR GUT FEELING WHEN YOU FEEL SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE WE DID.

I really wish that upon entering their front door that at least 1 of the 3 people would of said "welcome" or at least looked up and made eye contact . It appears that they where 2 that were busy on the phone. At least the one receptionist on the left did acknowledge me,finally. She was very helpful. Seems like if the people on the phone doing the billing and trying contact the insurance for payments maybe they should have thier own office. At least hold your finger up and whisper out load "ill be right with you."

They spayed our puppy (11 mo. old GS). No problems, and we were able to pick her up early. Thanks, everyone. Y'all would be our vet, if we didn't live 70 minutes away.

The staff of Stone Ridge is outstanding, I cannot possibly praise them highly enough. They were friendly & professional toward me, and compassionate & patient with my crazy doggo. Our appointment began exactly on time and the exam and treatments were thorough and gentle. I recommend them highly.

Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical center located in Willis!! This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! Especially Dr. Pettyjohn!! Most unprofessional place I have ever been in my life. The vet did not even read dogs complete medical records and prescribed the wrong medication. When I told her that this is medication that dog is not supposed to have she started yelling and screaming!! “Stop harassing my staff!! Get the f out of my office!” She yelled several obscenities in front of other customers. Plus my dog did not get proper medical care. So sad that there are people like this treating such sweet, trusting animals!!

Like some in the medical field, their diagnosis may be accurate but bedside manner / client skills could use some polish. Our feathered kids are part of our family so we sought somewhere we felt more aligned. Just a preference for us.

All of or 4 legged family members go here. We have 2 Great Danes, both are around 2. We've had numerous stays and neutered done by them as well a gastropexy. Our Danes are always spoiled and they go the extra mile for you. Would highly recommend. Prices are great and very competitive to other nearby clinics.

Been doing business with these people for awhile. They are still trying to continue the COVID19 BS that is not based on science and data. They still wear mask and do not allow customer's in office. I feel they owe allegiance to the Communist Chinese Party (CCP) and not to AMERICAN'S. I do not and will not do business with COMMUNIST now and forever.

Amazing! I am so fortunate to have an exotic animal vet working so close by! The doctor was professional and careful with my leopard gecko, and the assistant/nurse was friendly and helpful! This is the place to go!

I called to make an appt for our pup and was able to bring her in later that day. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and wonderful. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The vet was great and genuinely seemed to care for our pup. Will definitely be returning

I brought my 12 yo cat with kidney disease to the Stone Ridge Clinic at 7:30 AM for a dental which later included removing all of his teeth due to disease. He was dropped off for the surgery no food given since after 9PM previous night and no water in the morning per clinic's request. At 10 AM, when I called to check, I was told he hadn't entered surgery but was next. At around 2:30 pm he was finally operated on. Supposedly an emergency operations was required the day my cat was to be operated on but I was not told this until the afternoon. After the operation, he was discharged at 5:30pm with a note on his records to ensure he urinates that evening as he had not done so at the clinic. During the entire time my cat was there, he received no water, no food and was not given any anti-anxiety medicine add to this anesthesia, medication and removal of ALL teeth not to mention kidney disease and you will have one stressed cat. Due to stress he endured for the whole day, owner's worst nightmare came true: my kitty got blocked. He ended up in the emergency clinic that night and spent two days there with a catheter and iv fluids. The aftermath of having blocked cat is horrible to deal with for the cat and for the owner. I just feel that so many things could have been done differently by the clinic and the blockage was avoidable. For one, when they had an emergency, I could've been notified and given a choice to bring him another day and/or offered anti anxiety medication to give to my pet neither of which has been done. Additionally, since they've mention he didn't pee, the medication could have been provided to help his bladder and urethra relax. I also called the clinic and talked to receptionist about what had happened. She told me she would let doctor Pettyjohn, who operated on him know. I've never heard from the doctor afterwards. I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT WELLBEING OF THEIR PET.

Waited over 45 minutes in a little room to see doctor. Never came. No one told me why the wait. Finally left. Do not recommend this place. People seemed nice. Just unconcerned.

I am so happy I found Stone Ridge here in Willis, Texas! The staff is super professional & Sweet! The Office Manager and Vet listened to my family and I's situation regarding my pug puppy, Milo. The team here has been amazing and I am grateful.

I recently had my sick cat euthanasied. It was very traumatic for both of us. I was put in a waiting room and my cat was taken to the back for an exam and blood work And I did not see him again for an hour and a half. He was a different cat when he was finally returned to waiting room. He was so sad and unhappy. This is not the way to say goodbye. NEVER AGAIN! In the future if I have to put down one of my fur babies it will be in his home surrounded by his things and his loved ones. There are IN-HOME EUTHANASIA SERVICES If I would have known this , Angel’s last moments would have been peaceful and stress free And I would be able to remember without the sadness and guilt.

Dr Pettyjohn & dr. Bedore have taken good care of my fur kids. I’ve had emergencies come up & they saw them right away. Maggie up front is always super sweet and has helped me out with my concerns. All the staff there is friendly & helpful. Recently lost my oldest furbaby & they sent me a precious card with his foot & nose print, it touched my heart. Thank you so much Stoneridge family
