Pretty unpleasant experience here. I call in and they say they can see my dog, I get there at the time we discussed. My dog and I sit in the lobby with barking dogs for an entire hour before they let us know the doctors went to lunch and we don’t have an actual appointment. I end up having to leave him there and pick him up later, so the whole structure of my work day was ruined because of the lack of communication here. It cost me $200 to have him seen and sent home with medicine that hasn’t solved the problem, so here I am 10 days later having to spend another $100 . I’ve had dogs all my life and never have I ever had this kind of service with a vet, much less spending $300+ for some diarrhea!

Worse vet. Bring my hairless cat for a sking problem, charge me for mite test 100 dollar, then to tell my cat has mites and made me pay another 250 dollars for treatment, 2 weeks later come back and it did not improve. Made me pay another 100 dolar for shampoo treatment. And nothing. Bring my cat to another veterinarian. He was surprise they diagnosed mites in my cat. The could immediately diagnose my cat with hormonal proble. Treat my cat with hormones for 2 weeks and the problem was solve.

Hi, My Name is Harley and stole my mom's account to tell you how great I think Kingwood Animal Hospital is. I had a bloody nose and because i'm 14 years old the ER vet scared my mom. So we went to see Dr R. and she of course knew really what was wrong with me. She is extremely smart and is the best doctor at figuring out what is wrong with me even though i can't tell her myself. My mom thinks she is brilliant too. We really can't say enough good things about Dr. Rodriguez! I think my mom would say thank you for such good care of me and getting me on the mend yet again and not just discounting me because I'm up there in years! Thanks , Harley Seriously we have been clients off and on of Kingwood Animal Hospital for over 35 years and I could not be more thrilled than i am with the care harley has received and cannot thank you all enough.

Overall, we had a great experience. Friendly staff and a clean environment. The actual veterinarian took her time answering any questions we had. She gave us her undivided attention for as long as we needed. Our only con: the wait time. Despite having an appointment, we waited half an hour before being seen by the vet technician. In total, we spent 2 hours at the facility for a checkup/puppy vaccinations.

Missed that my dog had a slipped disc, literally went there and they said “Oh she’s alright she’s the sweetest thing” and then my dog started squealing even worse until we took her to a different vet. And dear god this place overcharges you for everything, I’d recommend honestly any other vet

We had our dog at a dog boarding facility and we were out of the state. Our normal vet was fully booked so we called around. They added our girl to the walk in schedule and called me multiple times with info on her and her diagnoses as well as explained it to our neighbors who brought her there. I can assure you if we are every in need of an emergency vet visit this is the place we will go.

Absolutely love this place! Our visit was a sad visit but the doctor, tech and front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful! Our fur baby had to go to doggy heaven due to kidney issues, but everyone here was so nice and caring. They even sent us a sympathy card ❤️

Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the greed at this clinic. Also disappointed in the lack of information provided to the customer. Renewing plans without the customer’s permission, willingness to manipulate the system for personal gain and not being respectful of our pets health.

I have 5 cats and I had my first appointment with one cat last week and everything was wonderful. The vet tech was awesome and the Vet was nice. I had a coupon on Kingwood.com for a free first visit for new clients. I asked them and they confirmed that I could use it with my other 4 cats. I went to my appointments the following week and I was told something different. They did not honor their word with the coupon and I told the vet tech about it so she could ask and refer to my previous appointment, but she came back that they would only honor it twice. I told them I was leaving a negative review and would not be back. We left and did not get any vet care. The office manager called me and I was told that I was confused she spoke in a condescending manner toward me. I told her I would not be back. We will look for vet care elsewhere.

The experience i had at this location was completely unnecessary. I called in for a emergency visit for my dog which was pooping blood, i was told of i can make it in before 7 o'clock my dog would be seen. Upon my arrival at this location we were put in a waiting room for 15 minutes only to be told that they were closing soon and were not equipped to deal with my dog's situation, they told me the emergency room is where o should of gone. My issues is that this could of been told over the phone to me and not waste my dogs time who could have a severe fatal issue, this was very unprofessional and sad to see. Of anyone has an emergency save your time and money and just come to Animal Emergency Clinic North East.

Had the greatest first time experience here this afternoon! The staff are so friendly and sweet, and Dr. Jennifer Rodriguez explained everything in an easy to understand manner, but also in great detail. The COVID-19 precautions are very well placed, and the convenience of scheduling appointments is amazing. Will be taking my cats here often! Thank you so much!

Absolutely love it here!! There’s no way I would ever go anywhere else for my dogs. Dr. Jones is so caring and I appreciate her always being available to answer my questions. I love how after the appointment Dr. Jones will personally call me and how how my dog is doing. She goes above and beyond and there’s no way I could ever repay her for the kindness she has shown to me and love for my pups. I haven’t seen the other vets here because we love Dr. Jones but I’m sure the rest are just as great!

First visit for new puppy. Sprained leg was treated quickly and efficiently.

We have been going to this clinic for a few years. We have The BEST veterinarian in the area! Dr. Berlone, she is caring and patient and very easy to understand. The staff is remarkable, and are very efficient. I always suggest our Vet and clinic to my friends and family. My pups love coming here!

I have been to several vet offices and VCA Kingwood is the BEST. They always call and text after your appointments to check on your Pet. They are always friendly and professional. They really do care about your pets and aren’t in it for the money. All of my dogs see Dr. Jones and she is wonderful. I have been to other VCA’s and they definitely don’t live up the the standard that VCA Kingwood provides.

We like VCA Kingwood for their great staff, good and knowledgeable doctors and amazing service. Dr. Robin is amazing with our beagle, and after any vaccinations/procedures/etc., she is great with following up to make sure that he is well. Services can be a tad more cost-wise than other vet clinics in town, but the service is well worth it.

I brought old man Brutus for his 2 week follow up. The poor guy lost half of his body weight and was diagnosed with diabetes. Everything and everyone at vca Kingwood is absolutely amazing. I felt like Brutus was being taken care of by family.

We always have very positive experiences every time we visit for our babies' check ups. The staff is very kind and attentive. We love Dr. Jones, she's so kind and sweet to our babies!

My Butterscotch loves them!!!!! Very friendly, He left a happy boy. Dr . Rodriguez is fantastic. The entire staff is so warm and makes going to the Vet a breeze !!! ♥️????

Great staff & even better veterinarians. Always have had nothing but good experiences here. They know my dogs by name. Can't say enough about them. Follow CDC guidelines. Feel very safe leaving my dogs here for boarding as well.

Excellent care! A bit pricey...

I was really apprehensive about taking my fur babies to a new vet because their old vet office staff in League City were just so amazing. VCA Kingwood Animal Hospital staff are all so friendly and really take the time to explain to you their services and options that work for you in your budget. New favorite vet clinic!!

I had an emergency situation with my dog and we did not have a vet in this area yet. I called nearly every vet in the area and they would say they were booked then ask me the issue then say oh I'm sorry but you can take him to the emergency clinic. The local emergency clinic is horrible, so I refused to go there. I kept calling and I reached this office. They had no appointments available but when I told them the situation they said bring him right away we will get him in. I was there in 15 minutes, he couldn't walk so she came out and carried him in for me right away. I stayed in the car as I had no mask with me but they took awesome care of him. We now go in every month for continued treatment of his issue and he is happy and healthy again thanks to them. They proved they are in the profession for the right reasons and that is why they will remain my doggies vet for here on out.

Jackie shaved my cat and the experience was wonderful! Will be back!
