I am so happy that North Pines offers exotic pet care! Everyone there is attentive, caring, and very responsive to my communication! Dr Warren even bought my little bunnies some carrots for their first visit there! I am thankful for their help with my pets!

This is a great place to take your animals. Today was my first time visiting here.I was so worried that my cat Shelby was really sick...they took me in right away when I told them her situation. The staff is very very friendly and the doctor was awesome. The price was very fair and they even gave Shelby a little gift to take home. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank y'all soooooo much for helping Shelby and easing my mind. GREAT ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!!!

Killed my cat. Did absolutely nothing to help him because I was on a budget. Died within 3 days of seeing the doctor. This place sucks.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Christiansen is amazing!! She has taken care of my furbabies for a while now. She always really listens to me, looks over my babies (who love her) and never charges me for what I dont need. She is honest and fair. I always recommend her to everyone!! I very rarely have an issue with staff. This last visit, 10/2021, I called for an appt. Robin answered the phone. She was very impatient, rude and refused to listen to what I said. I understand the office is very busy, but polite phone edicate is important. Finally, with great disgust, she passed the phone off to Charity. With in minutes, Charity's upbeat, pleasant and efficient manner had my appt made-with the all 6 of my furbabies. Charity is one of the most amazing staff members there. I have never had an issue with anyone but Robin. I would have given a higher rating, however, this was just a bad incident. Other than that, everyone is amazing. The visit went very well. Dr. Christiansen charmed all my furbabies, including my very opinionated maincoon kitten. Lol. Follow up appts were scheduled without an issue. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

What a great office! everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in the health of my little dog. Although we were a few minutes late, no one complained. There was an ongoing emergency where I believe the dog had passed. The unfortunate event along with its saddened owner were handled empathetically and professionally. We came in as new clients who travel often and potentially not regulars. We felt the attention to detail was outstanding. Dr. Warren spent a great deal of time with us, was flexible with our concerns about vaccine dosages for our small dog, & shared her knowledge objectively. We decided to go for the full dosage on the two vaccines administered. She also showed concern for his diet and recommended we test for heart worm and supplement with vitamins and minerals along with a joint supplement. (We should have been doing this for him throughout his life as I am trained as a health practitioner who is focused on lifestyle mamagement and supplements daily). We purchased the recommended supps along with Simparica Trio for better protection while traveling through flea and tick country. It was the same price as found on Chewy. The vitamins were about half the price on Chewy. We left their office after 1.5 hrs. feeling confident in the doctor's recommendations and the decisions we made...okay, short of the vitamins.

When you really need to get in they are very good. They all seem to really care about your fur people.

The Vets, Techs and entire staff are so awesome… Super nice and so lovable with all the pets… Prices are so reasonable compared to other vets in the area. I take my two puppies and cat with them.

Our family has been through a lot with having many pets over the years. We have relied on North Pines Animal Hospital for the good and the bad with our pets. They are caring, responsive, and kind and treat our pets like family. We would not go anywhere else for the tender treatment of our pets!

This was my first visit to North Pines. From my initial interaction with Mia when I made the appointment, to confirming and then meeting Dr. Christensen, everyone was helpful, professional and interested in making sure that I and more importantly, my complicated terrier, were taken care of. I'm so happy to find a great clinic with caring individuals where I know my pets' care mean as much to them as it does to me. Nice people caring and professional They even can handle Frankie my spoiled Boston terrier Frankie likes bed bath and biscuit next door he balks at door to vet. All the staff makes fuss over him because he puts on such a show . They sometimes call him by his nickname GRUMPY PANTS

Refusing to sell essential product for animal... due to lapses in visits is simply wrong... cannot afford big vet bill right now... but dog needs flea meds.. simple request you would think. But no let’s make our money on the office visit and deny them and deny the animal! Thanks a lot North Pines animal hospital for nothing!

We had a concern with our schnoodle. North Pines had us in the same day, doggy checked, questions answered, prescription delivered, and back in the car in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Very impressed with this Animal Hospital. Dr Rickie Christensen is very professional and caring. She thoroughly explained my geriatric Yorkie’s condition and recommended strategies to help her heal. I had recently started a new job and she allowed me to drop off early. She called me after examining my dog and gave me options and pricing for tests needed to diagnose. She thoroughly explained why tests were needed in a kind and non confrontational manner. I never felt like she was up selling me or taking advantage of my emotions. This was an issue with a previous Vet in Willis. So I was on guard. You can place your trust in this Animal Hospital. They value your business.

Great VETERINARY DOCTORS here and they ALWAYS TAKE GREAT CARE OF our beloved dog GEORGE!! I RECCOMEND this place to Anyone who loves their BEST FRIENDS in the world DOGS OR CATS or animals of any species here!! We love this place! Xxxxooo
