Love Dr. Menser and all of his staff. Very knowledgeable, fair and takes very good care of their patients and patient parents!

An old time vet. Treats you with respect and enjoys what he does. Not the type who runs needless tests, or blow sunshine. But you want a vet who shoots straight with you, with no sugar coating, at a reasonable price, check him out.

Very good with my animals. Available when you need them.

Recently rescued a fur baby, Called to make an appointment to get him checked out + shots. Women who answered was rude, short and didn’t seem like she wanted to answer any questions. Disappointed since I had been recommended here with great expectations. *They are not taking new dogs if that’s what you’re calling for*

Friendly, gets the job done, will continue to take my fur baby here!

Just called today to make a first-time appointment for my kitten. The entire phone call lasted 39 seconds. That was more than enough time for me to know this isn't a place I want to bring my animals, even if they WERE accepting new patients - which they aren't. The woman who answered was dry, curt, and wholly unfriendly. I almost wanted to apologize for offending her with my call. Needless to say, she's doing a great job at ensuring the patient count *stays* maintainable. So sad after reading all these awesome reviews about the vet himself.

They’re amazing!! Amanda and Debbie makes sure your dog gets treated right and with love as if each animal were their own. I love how they’re straight shooters here. Dr. Tommy says things as they are he doesn’t sugar coat anything! Also I love how they don’t try to trick you to get things you don’t need and spend money ya don’t have. Been coming here 25+ love the entire staff they’re amazing!!

Call and the lady answered the phone as if she wasn’t interested in even being at work. She immediately shut me down expressing that she is not taking new dogs. Very rude and unprofessional service. I wouldn’t trust them with my animal.

Called asking for help on a rescue dog that needs attention and was quickly shut down stating they are not taking on new clients

Doc has been taking care of the French Pack for several decades. He's kind and empathic and his staff is thoughtful and professional. He's a good Veterinarian and a great guy.

This is the only place we will take our furbabies. They are amazing and so compassionate. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Dr. Menser took care of my cat several years ago. She is now geriatric and I was trying to see if they could get her in anytime in thr next couple of weeks. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending from the get go and did the whole "I'm not taking on new clients". Sorry for making you answer the phone and trying to offer you business.

Menser has been my Vet since I was 3yrs old! Several cats and dogs later, and we still LOVE him! Caesar, Simon, Beriloz, Maestro and Molly Bears agree! I even switched my father in law with his "devil dog" chihuahua, Dexter, to him! ❤
