We have found our new Vet! The team of techs and the Vet were very attentive and caring, and the vet was very informative and detailed on our Lola's condition and treatment plan. Our Lola is now back to her happy tail wagging self!

My fur baby needed help and they were able to get us in the same day and actually called to let me know they had cancellations and was able to move my appointment time up. The care was great and knew exactly what to do. The clinic was clean and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend others to come here.

Friendly and informative staff including Dr. Nelson. I’ve brought my cat here a couple times for health issues, and they’ve always gotten him right in. I appreciate it so much, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Took my cat in for checkup and preanesthetic lab work for Spading. The lab work cost was $175. After a week 1/2, did not receive a call back for lab results and to schedule surgery for spading. I called and they said they would put the paperwork on the doctors desk. They “didn’t know why it hadn’t been looked at yet”. A week later I called back and was told in a very unprofessional manner that they would put the paperwork on the doctors desk to look at. No explanation. No offer to help any further. No apology and no help at all! This clinic has drastically decreased in professional treatment and the front office girls are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I guess I will be wasting almost $200 for no pet care. Do not take your animals to this vet!

We are new to the area and looking for a new vet. We were excited to see the great reviews Mansfield Animal Clinic had however unfortunately we have not had the best experience. I want to say that Dr Nelson was absolutely amazing. She explained things clearly and loved one of our dog like he was her own. If only her other staff members were this way. Kayla who answers the phone is absolutely miserable. Every time you call she acts like you are asking the dumbest questions and you are bothering her. We had to call a few times to get things sorted out for a new boarding facility our three dogs are staying at and the entire time she was giving me attitude. I finally had enough and have decided to switch vets. You want to be able to trust your vet and that they will treat your animals like family but when you have someone treating you the way she does, you can only imagine how she would treat the animals. I have never had to complain about someone’s attitude and being so miserable they can’t answer a few simple questions. This is her job if she can’t handle answering a phone and some questions she should find another profession.

Very overpriced, and can't get ahold of anyone for test results.

The people here are so nice, and truly love what they do. They treat all of the animals as if they are their own. One of the only vets that I will use.

Had a great experience. My dog was sick ran some test gave me pricing and option that best fit for our family. Would return qith my fur babies.

We had a great experience and our family dog Max is feeling and looking so much better. Dr Nelson is a really understanding, caring, and overall amazing doctor who truly loves what she does.

They were busy didn’t seem to care about my very sick dog

Incredibly thankful to the staff today. A sweet kitten was in need of help and this wonderful clinic was so kind to fit us in their busy schedule.

Vet care for my pet was very good, but our wait outside was very long and the heat was unbearable for our sick pet and us. We apparently had been forgotten. Apologies were stated, however I found that with excessive heat and one hour and a half wait in a hot vehicle was almost too much to bear. We couldn't help but notice all that arrived long after us were taken care of and gone. I sincerely hope we will never have that happen again.

We have been going to this clinic for years. They take excellent care of us. The staff is wonderful. They are always friendly, helpful, and very proficient at making our appointments, getting us in and out of those appointments, and getting us any labs or paperwork that we need.

So kind and caring, can't recommend this place enough. The staff is A+

I have been bringing my dog Vicki to MAC for at least 7 years, and have done so because previous vets running the office made us feel cared for and supported, but recently, especially today, I felt the service offered was the poorest it's been. We had an appointment for Monday that was rescheduled last minute to Thursday, which was then rescheduled again 2hrs before the appointment because of an emergency the vet on-call had. Understandable, but it was still frustrating because of Vicki showing a lot of signs of cognitive dysfunction as she ages. We finally get in to see Dr. Nelson today (Saturday) and we are left in the exam room unattended for at least 20mins. The tech wasn't super personable when she did come in, but was effective. When Dr. Nelson did finally see us, the visit felt rushed. I understand if you're running behind but I came in with a lot of questions and there were many moments where Dr. Nelson kept turning to leave while I was still asking questions. It's a sensitive thing, talking to a vet about how to best take care of your baby in her final years when she's showing signs of decline, and the lack of patience we were shown today makes me seriously consider going to a new vets office altogether so that Vicki and myself feel supported through a transition like this. The visit took 1hr 30mins, and I felt we spent a good portion of that by ourselves anxiously in the exam room. I also was charged for flea and tick medicine I did not ask for. The team at MAC has always been warm and efficient, but today and recently, I have not felt genuine intentions present and the impact was very hurtful.

They always take care of my babies quickly and professionally. Any questions I have are answered promptly. It’s a little pricey but better than other vets I’ve been to

Dr Nelson is the best vet I have ever had and I travel 11hrs round trip just to take my dogs to her! Worth it, they really care there!

Dr. Nelson was phenomenal when treating our little chinchilla. she was so gentle with her and very knowledgeable. got her eye healed up and had Bella back to her popcorning in no time at all.
