One of the best fish selections around. Staff could be bit more helpful. Selection of cat items is fairly limited considering they have cats for adoption.

Walk ins are welcome for nail trims. Lady was really nice and professional. Took maybe 5 min. For everything

The cages seemed like they had just been cleaned and they had quite a wife selection.

I went to petco at 8:45pm and the door was locked but it say online that the place close a 9:00pm this is unprofessional and your not suppose to close the store that early then the front door was locked but the second door was wide open I will never return to this petco ever

The store was clean with a variety of critters available for immediate purchase. Watching the groomers through the window work on a dog was a bonus and 3rd party veterinarian services are available within within the store.

My doodle was perfect! They did an amazing job. Keyana S. was GREAT with Onyx. I appreciate her so much.

Have always loved Petco, that got amazing animals, and great food and equipment for pets. But you also can find hilarious sightings at this place too! ????

It was easy to find what I needed, and check out quick. The cashier was so sweet. Overall just a quick, easy, pleasant shopping trip for some of my critters. :)

Had a great experience with Karla helping us in the aquarium section. She was super knowledgeable with the saltwater fish, and gave a lot of advice. She's definitely the nicest employee I've encountered at this location! HOWEVER, no one else is competent at this store. I made the mistake of coming here a day she didn't work. Literally waited 35 minutes for an employee to help in the fish area. The girl working passed me several times (without acknowledging me), and finally said, "You need something?" She refused to feed the fish to show they were healthy, even though the fish was well over $100 and has no guarantees.

Did an online order- great online prices; fast service and great customer service at the desk. Highly recommend.

Store online says there is several amounts of a particular cat item in stock at this location, so I go in only to find out it's not in stock. I'll be shopping online for now on. No point in having these brick and motar stores anymore. Employees are not even helpful but rude and no where to be found...

We received horrible customer service from the employee who checked us out (Cashier/ not sure if he is the manager of the store or not) when we went in to get some fish for our kids on 10/23/2021at the 8004 Denton Hwy, #132, Watauga, TX store. Knowing that the store would close at 8 PM we got there early at around 6 PM and there was only one employee( a girl staff) helping out in the aquarium section. We hung around for a bit and decided to come back later, as we were not being served, hoping it would not be that busy towards closing time. When we got there the same employee we observed last time was helping another customer and we waited to be served. In the mean time the cashier (male staff member, not sure if he is the store manager or not) was seen walking around that area several times and giving us some rude looks but never came to check on us or help us out. A few minutes later he approached me and told me that they were getting ready to close and in a rude manner stated that I would get better served if I came in earlier. I immediately made it clear that we were there before and had not been served. Hearing what I had to say , the guy walked away and then came back later to let us know that the store was closed. There was another customer in the store as well. We rushed to the counter with one item we had and he checked us out and he did not even bag the item for us as if he wanted us out o the store. I can totally understand the employee at the aquarium section (the girl staff) not being able to attend to us till later as she was busy working and was very cordial and patient in explaining matters to us when she managed to engage with us. But I cannot accept the rude behavior from the cashier (male staff member) who was walking around and never took an effort to help us out but felt no qualms in passing rude comments as if our business did not matter. We will never return to that store and will try to return the item we purchased at another store if possible. We decided not to go to this store any more. If this comes to the attention of Petco store leadership, I think this employee needs to get trained on customer service and also receive orientation on how to respect customers while in his store.

Overall I always have a pretty good experience here. I get attended pretty fast and everyone is always in a great mood! the store is always clean and tidy and workers are always present.

Standard pet store but if your looking for a timed pet food feeder, don't bother. They only have 1 kind and you can find others on Amazon for much cheaper than they sell theirs at. Great place for pet food though. Especially grain free.

Had a sign for dog treats buy one get one 50% off. Employee at register said they were not on sale. Went and showed them the sign and still wouldn't honor the price.

Seriously, this might be the best selection of small mammal products in DFW. Love all the things I can find for my hammies here. The selection of cat and dog products are amazing too, glad to see higher quality food options becoming the standard. Shout out to the staff who create a welcome atmosphere and a clean and organized store.

I am so glad I changed my dog to this Petco today. Best change in 2021. ❤️ The girl who checked me in is super sweet. The guy who checked me out is so helpful. And Dominic made my dog look super cute!!! I’ll definitely come back. Petco at Porter creek Dr is the one close to my place but the customer service is not okay there. That’s why I rather drive further to Watauga. ❤️

They didn’t have ferrets :( but still seems pretty cool. They kittens were adorable and I wanted to adopt them all
