Take great pride in dog grooming my number one favorite place kinda like family lol

To be fair, I haven’t had a grooming done yet. I took my dog, Storm, in for a grooming. However, I rescued Storm from the shelter only about 2 weeks, so she’s very fearful of people and not fully adjusted. She’s also a 64 lbs. German Shepard which can be very intimidating. I was worried before going in on how she would react, and she reacted poorly. Barking, teeth showing, and all. But the people working (I wish I got their names) were so understanding. They knew right away it was fear based, and started working on helping her feel more comfortable. Although she wasn’t completely relaxed by the end of our pop-in to the bath house, she was much more comfortable. They recommended coming in a few times to help her get familiar with the new people and place. They only wanted to do the muzzle as a last option, and they felt with Storm if she was more comfortable it wouldn’t be necessary. They also understood how sedatives wouldn’t help, because this was due to fear. All the while they were teaching me how to help her relax and how to react to her actions to help with the process. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and understanding with Storm. I also cannot recommend them enough, because of their knowledge and love for dogs. Update 12-14-21: I had the grooming done, Storm looks great!

Best grooming my golden has received…ever…and she is 6 years old. Not sure how they do it, but the look of being “just groomed” stays with her much longer than other places I have taken her. Plus they seem to really care about the dogs.

Had 10am appointment, didn't groom 7 month old puppy until 4pm. Groomer told me I had a bad dog twice. Maybe if he had been groomed much closer to the appointment time, he would have been better. Due to rudeness of groomer, will not return and will not recommend.

Took my 14 year old Papillion in today for the 1st time. He looks great and he was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. We'll definitely be back.

They always have my pups looking great!

They did a wonderful job on my Goldie! When I picked her up she was a little longer than I wanted and they took her back and made sure I was satisfied! I took her again a few weeks later just to get a bath and they also clipped her nails and brushed her teeth! Love that they go above and beyond!

Treated my dogs, who are highly anxious, with patience and respect! I have always been afraid to let my dogs into a room with strangers and other dogs. However, immediately after walk-in, my dogs enjoyed their presence! Although they remained anxious, they remained calm with my dogs and understood how to treat them right. Reasonably priced and truly care about your dogs! They give your dog a little bandanna and a “report card” to tell you how they were. Will come again soon!

I have used Beau's Bath House for years. Not after today. When putting my dog in her kennel the groomer jerked her on the leash, they kept her for almost 5 hours, her haircut is not what I asked for, and the place was a mess! I was told when I called I needed to bring updated vaccine paperwork but it wasn't ever asked for. I heard they have a new owner and I don't think I properly appreciated before how well run the spa was. I can overlook the mess - it's a dog grooming salon, not a restaurant- but I didn't like my dog being jerked by her leash, going without water or a bathroom for 5 hours in a stressful situation, or the lack of required proof of vaccination.

THEY DID AMAZING. I showed them pictures of how I would like the cut. They did the cut perfectly! They are super friendly to you and your fur babies! My pup was playing around with them! I'm so pleased and her cut was worth every penny. This is the best my pup has ever looked. The picture without a bandanna is how she looked right before the cut! Such a great transformation!

Always excellent service. Doggies look great and staff if very friendly!!

What a wonderful experience. I called to scheduled and was happily able to get my labrador in the same day. The employees were all so kind and did a amazing job on my four legged best friend. I would highly recommend!

Staff is Excellent with my old and temperamental puppy especially when it comes to her nails. I've tried other groomers since moving away from Denton. No one compares so i will always make the extra drive. It's worth it. I love how they treat my baby.

They always treat Toby so well. That always love on him and brag on how well he does. They let me know as soon as he is done so he doesn’t get too much crate time. Keep up the great work Beaus Bath House.

My dog always comes out looking great and she actually goes in happy. She used to be very nervous when I took her to other dog groomers but she has calmed down going to Beau's

When I called to make my appointment as a first time customer, I was asked if I could be put in hold, which I was ok with. However, I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone was able to talk about available times for the next week. I confirmed the services included for the grooming service and the price ($50 total) before making an appointment. Once we were there to drop off our dog (a basset hound/schnauzer mix) for the grooming service we were standing around for about 10 minutes. The staff noticed us and told us that they would be with us shortly, which is not a problem, they were busy at the time. However, the lady at the front desk came from the back and told us to hold on, answered the phone and continued a conversation with that person for another 5 minutes while we stood around waiting to be helped. Then an employee took our dog without really saying anything other than “I can take him”. No reassurance to our dog or to us that he will be ok. My dog was reluctant to go with the employee and they kept tugging him to the back. Once they were in the back I could tell they were putting him in a cage and that my dog was nervous because I heard him growl and saw his tail tucked between his legs. Again, no reassurance was given to my dog while we were there. Then we gave the front desk lady his vaccine records and all relevant information needed. She then told us it would be about 2-3 hours and we could pick him up. We left and I called about 3 hours later and the person who answered the phone told me it would be another 2 hours. I had no problem with waiting, I’m just glad I called though to receive an update. Once I went to pick up our dog, I was ecstatic to see that he was groomed and happy to be coming home. However, the total came out to $79 dollars and when I questioned it, saying I was told it would be $50 total, the lady at the front desk started talking to another employee across the room asking if they priced it correctly. They then started talking about how it was even underpriced and that I should be charged more. I paid $79 and left the establishment upset and embarrassed. Once I got home, I was glad that he was groomed and took a closer look at the grooming. The blend on his face was very choppy and you could see three distinct layers that needed to be blended together. His tail was not cut or shaved at all and his ear length was the same as he went in. They claim to do tooth brushing but his teeth did not appear to be brushed. However his body was shaved and his coat was extremely soft. They put cologne and a bandana on him as well. I would recommend going to PetSmart, which is down the street, and paying for the Bath and Full haircut ($47 total). They always brush his teeth, trim his nails, clean his ears, and do a much better job with the shave and blending on his face, body, and tail for a much cheaper price. My dog is always happy to leave with the employees at PetSmart because they give him love and reassurance. I am not going to recommend this business to friends, family, and anyone reading this. This was my first and last experience with Beau’s Bath House & Doggie Spa.

Beau's Bath House is the BEST! Shaleena takes wonderful care of our pups. She does a beautiful job, and she is always kind and compassionate. That matters dealing with our four-legged kids. Highly recommended.

Great service and good job on bathing, brushing, drying, and nail trimming. Prices are decent. Our dog sheds everywhere so we take her here every few months and she comes back a new, clean dog.
