I cannot recommend this small business strongly enough. I have an 18 yo shih tzu and an 11 yo shih tzu. Let’s just say that my older girl is not an easy groom. They did such an amazing job and communicated with me to make sure she has a less stressful and easier groom for next time. The young woman who takes care of the books and the phone is so knowledgeable and kind, other business should take notes. The whole business supports each other and understands the needs of every pet. So thankful that this place was recommended to me.

We were not going to leave this review however after the response we received we believe others should be aware. Note this review is mostly in regards to our second and last service with this salon, the first service was good. On our second service with Pride and Groom (I wish we knew the groomer name, it was a different one then our first visit) our dog was cut. She came home itching her one ear more than normal. When it didn't stop after 2 days we looked at her ear and found a big cut in the shape of a razor/auto trimmer. When we notified the salon of the injury we received a text back basically saying they are completely not responsible for the injury. No apology or anything. They went as far as to say it could be a hotspot or caused by the nail trim (which they acknowledge to not buffering and leaving the edges sharp). As someone who works with a rescue and sees cuts and hotspots on a daily basis I can assure you this is not the case. In addition to the fact that the shape of the cut matches perfectly to a trimmer. Due to the negligence of owning this injury/mistake we feel anyone who thinks of contacting this salon should be aware. Note: we were not asking the salon for any sort of refund and do acknowledge they are working on live animals so there is a chance for sudden movement to cause such an injury. We were simply notifying them and asking for ownership of the issue.

I have been using Pride N Groom now for two years on my Shih Zhu, Xena. They have been wonderful. They call with a reminder the day before and have everyone timed on appts so you aren't standing there with multiple dogs and owners waiting to get in/out. They keep a record of your dog's appts and what you want and even go over it again at check in. They verify a good number each time and if someone else is picking up make sure they have a number for them. My dog is professionally groomed and never upset before or after her grooming. Their prices are comparable in this market. Great service and great value.

Very good groomers however they lost our business due to the front desk attendent. I dropped off my baby at noon, knowing they close at 3:00 and would make it in time to pick up my kids from school. When I arrived, she was very rude and stated that I was pushing it on pick up time and if I had a time constraint I would need to drop off my dog by 10:00 next time. Closing at 3:00 and picking up at 3:00 wasn't a time constraint, but she said that they sometimes stay later. As a consumer I have no way to know that. It was a very unpleasant encounter and I will be recommending my fellow doggie friends NOT to go there :(

Staff is great, service is top notch

They are wonderful. They have cared for my 3 dogs as long as I have been in this area. They treat them like they were their own.

Quinn always looks great! The only 1 thing I have to say that I don’t like is that they take many hrs (4-5hr) with her. She get very nervous and doesn’t like when I take her. But she looks so cute when I pick her up.

Seriously what’s not to love about Pride N Groom?! The owner and also Professional Dog groomer Chrissy is AWESOME!!! The other wonderful ladies & groomers Crystal, and Jasmine are also fabulous!!! They really love what they do, they take wonderful care of your pets, & love them like they’re their own! I highly recommend Pride N Groom!

Their staff are very kind, friendly, and efficient. My dog is pretty old and skiddish when groomed. They patiently take care of him and I appreciate that so much. Thanks to their constant loving demeanor towards the pets, my dog is happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up. Not only is their customer service immaculate, but their grooming skills are top notch. My dog always leaves perfectly clean and handsome.

Very accomadating, all I needed was a nail trim for my pup so I called and Chrissy said to come on over. 10 minutes later my pup had fresh cut nails. ????????

Last week our three little Schnauzers visited P~n~G for the first time and they looked absolutely beautiful when we picked them up! The best part of our visit was no one came home with ANY chunks of fur missing or painful knicks; how amazing is that??? We are looking forward to being repeat customers!

My Standard Poodle and 17 year old Chihuahua have been groomed by Chrissy for YEARS. Can't Say enough good things! They love to go there and come home happy and CLEAN! Would rate a 10 if I could.

They do a really great job. The prices are steep though.

We moved from Colorado a few months ago. We have a Toy Poodle and a Mini Jack Russel mix. I had a very good groomer in Colorado and was doubtful I would find a groomer equally as good as the one we had. A friend of my daughters recommended Pride & Groom and my furbabies have had several visits and I am very impressed !! My pups are always excited for their grooming appointment both before and after and they look outstanding!! I am very pleased to have found such a group of groomers. They are very caring and my pups never seem anything other than at ease and comfortable in Pride & Grooms surroundings! The staff and facility are exceptionally clean and I’d gladly recommend this Outstanding place to anyone with a furbaby of their own!!

I specifically showed groomer a picture of how I wanted my poodle to be cut...teddy bear rounded face..NOT a poodle cut...face nor legs were to be cut short...rather full and fluffy. She said she understood when she saw the pic I showed her...well...not so much...he looks like a poodle cut...not pleased.
