Our sweet 7 year old baby Kali's heart gave up on our way trying to get to A&M's veterinary cardiologist, and we pulled over to the closest vet we could find when she started going into distress and we couldn't have found a more caring compassionate group in our time of need. Although they could not help her heart, they helped as we rushed her in and did all they could. They continued to let us have all the time we needed with her and we are so grateful to Ally who made us perfect paw and nose prints and a charm bottle for her fur clippings. ♥️ Thank you all again so much.

Professional, friendly and incredibly smart vet! We have been going to Stoneside for 4 years and absolutely love Dr. Gaffrey and the entire staff. Dr. Gaffrey takes the time to explain your pet's needs in laymen terms and he is very thorough. He was able to diagnose our little mixed breed dog with something that had only been found in one case study in the 1970's. She is 11 years old and very healthy thanks to him! We couldn't be happier with this vet and you will not be disappointed either. Give them a try.

A few months ago one of my kitties got sick. Over the ensuing months, the doctor did everything he could to help get her well. But it was cancer, and treatment would have been expensive and she was not all that likely to survive the surgery required. Even if she did, it might buy her a few months. When he told me this, he seemed almost as anguished by the news as my wife and I. He gave us some meds for her to keep her comfortable for the next week or so, and we scheduled the time to say goodbye for good. The day we had to say goodbye, the doctor was professional, but also very compassionate. The staff did everything to make the passing easier on her as well as my wife and I. After it was done, they gave me a lock of her hair in a little charm-sized bottle, and prepared her for us to take her to be cremated. A few days ago, I got a card in the mail, signed by the doctor and all his staff, expressing their condolences... and in it was a paw print taken of her while they were preparing her body. This small touch meant so much to my wife and I. The true compassion and sympathy they showed I'll never forget. We have moved away since then, so we won't be able to bring our remaining kitties to them, but I have never seen a more caring, professional, supportive, and loving veterinarian than Dr. Gaffrey and his staff. He has my highest recommendations.

A truly wonderful office, vet, and staff! Their office is easy to find, quaint, and clean! Dr. Gaffrey is knowledgeable, personable, and truly an animal lover. I have used several vets over the years that had become desensitized and detached from their love for animals due to the nature of the profession. But not Dr. G and his staff! You can tell they love and care for each animal like their own, and they even had the aforethought to create separate treatment rooms for dogs and cats. They also utilize a user-friendly pet portal to manage records, prescriptions, and appointments, and they always have lots of openings for appointments. I've also never waited in the waiting room – as soon as I walk in they always have me go straight to a treatment room (and I've arrived at varying degrees of early, on-time, and late haha). So if you are in the Cypress/Hockley/Waller area (or even beyond, it's worth it), 10/10 recommend taking your pets here! So, so happy with Stoneside. The attached picture is my cat, Mr. Boots, after climbing atop the cabinets in the "cat room" in an attempt to escape his shots ???? .. the vet techs happily climbed up there and retrieved him for me haha!

We trust Dr. Gaffrey. He's knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He has been there for us through our dog emergencies, but is also the one keeping all our critters healthy and happy. We are very grateful to have him as our veterinarian
