I have been going here for years. I continue to do so, even after having moved to Houston. The service is always great and I know my doggo is in caring hands.

I'm happy with their service... my puppy is always taken in on time and my puppy comes back happy...

Dr. O and her staff are the best! They keep you posted every step of the way and they treat your furbaby as one of their own. Affordable and reliable care, paws down!! Thank you for taking care of our Jack :)

The doctor is very good, but I don't like this situation, my dog is going inside alone and we can't explain his problems face to face the communication is by phone , I understand is for Covid 19 but still don't like

While the reason we were at Katy Pet Wellness Solutions was heartbreaking, I have never met a more compassionate group of people. They were professional but more importantly they were caring and loving as we had to say goodbye to our 13 year old dog. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my two German shepherds here since they were pups. Dr O and her staff are the best! One of my dogs is not easily handled and they are awesome with her! I trust them to take great care and they are all so professional and I feel their hearts are in their business! Thank you for all the years of great service! ????♥️????

I thought very highly of this facility the first time I visited, three week ago. They were able to fit me in at the last minute to give my two dogs the first vaccine for canine bivalent flu, which was necessary for them to be boarded for a family emergency. It was explained to me that there would have to be an exam, which is usual for new patients, and I completely understood the requirement. Before the visit, they explained the expected cost of service. What I wasn't told is that I would be charged AGAIN for the vaccine booster that was REQUIRED three weeks later, or that on top of that, I would be charged for ANOTHER exam that I did not request. None of this was disclosed to me, and if it was, I would be singing a different song for Katy Pet Wellness Solutions. Unfortunately, I'm left feeling ripped off and lied to. I am very disappointed with the service I received from the staff. I thought I had found a trustworthy vet for my pets, but I will never be going back.

Edit: Went to a new vet, apparently we were strong armed into purchasing medicine and additional health screenings whenever it wasn't necessary, new vet said they would have just recommended a diet because the blood test levels that were "high" weren't high enough to actually prompt any medical intervention. Get a second veterinary opinion if they leap to prescribing medicine. Original review below, which was appalling enough in and of itself.. Original review: Appointment times are not met, If you get an appointment at 10:00am they won't even get the pet until 30-45 minutes later. Very hard to plan a day out when they can't be even close to punctual. For busy people, this is infuriating. I would understand if they wanted to space the appointments out if they are under-staffed, to ensure quality service, but they don't, they just make everyone wait.

The wait times during COVID craziness are understandably longer. Dr. O is always so helpful and takes time to explain what’s going on. Staff is friendly and always responsive in a timely manner.

Great place to take your pet they take good care they are pet friendly and are very patient. Dr O explains very well and let you know what is best for you pet. I would like to know if they have payment plan that would be great!!!

This is the worst that ever. The staff is unprofessional not very friendly the rude. The doctor does not know from the right to left. My dog had an ear infection and they treated the wrong ear and we caught that. We had to go back and get different medicine. Because they stop giving us the right stuff. I highly recommend not to trust this place this vet will not be part of our family anymore there are lots of red flags there I don’t trust it.

My entire family has been bringing our pets here for years. Today my dog was super sick, begged to bring dog in and was told that they are to busy to look at him today. Took him to an emergency clinic and was told that he has lung failure and this was possibly something he was born with. However i have been taking him here since he was born, he had blood drawn and everything before and was never told of issues. Me and my family will no longer bring our pets here. This truly shows that they dont care what so ever.

I had to leave my dog Coco in quarantine for 6 days at KPWS. My dog is family and I have missed him a lot. To my surprise, the staff took pictures of him and sent them reassuring me he is ok. He looked happy and well taken care of. Thank you for your humanity. My dog is in the best hands.

My interaction with this service began with my daughter taking our pets there for care. Yesterday, I took our 2 year old dog for his yearly shots and Rx renewals. Although due to the pandemic, I was unable to see the facility and watch the staff with my dog, the service was thorough and professional. I am bringing my new puppy tomorrow to start his care.

Dr O and staff are great! Not a fancy place but they provide quality care and are willing to negotiate prices!!

Well priced and good staff

Very polite and understanding what I needed for my pets, help me to decide what package was best for them. Customer service was fantastic! Very rare to find that anywhere these days!

We've used Katy Pet Wellness for years. We keep coming back because they aren't a high volume, drive through sort of vet. Everyone in the office from the vet through to the folks who answer the phones genuinely care about the animals they treat. I've been to many vets over the years and as long as they are within driving distance I don't intend to go anywhere else.

My vet could not fit us in, even though our dog was in pain and obviously not well. We called Katy Pet Wellness. They fit us right in. They saw her immediately, even though it was almost closing time. Plus, the cost was affordable. I was impressed with each aspect.

I like Dr. O a lot. I have been bringing my two yorkies to her for years. I highly recommend her. Her staff is good as well, Beth is my favorite. She is very competitive on pricing as well.

Decent prices and fast service

Dr. O is great. Staff is nice. I recommend this office and Dr. for all your pets needs.

Perhaps it's just me, but I felt like the facility had conspicuous signs of neglect which are indicative, in my opinion, of overall standards. My 40 dollar visit turned into an X-ray with consultation and eventually evolved into 500 dollars--and this just for a prognosis that was more conjecture than anything. The doctor was pleasant enough, but like most vets, I left feeling like their primary motive is profit.

I have been going to Dr. O for many years now and am very happy with her knowledge, the time she spends with each animal and her kind and patient care of all of my dogs. She has VERY fair prices. Dr. O and her staff are very kind to my dogs who are not always well behaved. She has a small office and so what if the doors need to be repainted. That doesn't matter one whit to me. She doesn't charge a small fortune like other vets who have big fancy offices. She doesn't force you to pay for services you can't pay for. I will never go elsewhere. I have quite a few dogs and she is our vet for life.
