We have been loyal Northside Animal Hospital patrons for years. Our girl GiGi since she was a 5 week old foundling in 2014 , had her 7th year check-up today. Our Ridgeback mix Sampson for several years until he passed in 2017 (cancer). Dr. Cox is an intelligent, extremely qualified yet caring Veterinarian. We have seen out favorite Tech Tamara for years! Awesome, smart, competent. They are professionals. ….I know because I have had dogs all of my life....

Took our big adopted doggy named Luke, to his first visit to Northside. He has a lot of anxieties from whatever he went through as a stray and is afraid of doorways. The technician came outside to get his history and was really thorough. She was very patient getting him into the building. (They come outside to get your pet because of the pandemic) After Luke's visit the doctor came out to our car and talked to us for a bit. They were busy too. I was very happy with our visit and will definitely use them for both of our doggies. So glad I found this clinic!

Fast!! In and out in about 15 to 20 minutes.

We feel confident bringing our little Dilly to this clinic. She's kind of grumpy and everyone who has engaged with her does a great job. We are moving out of state and I hope we find people who are as loving with our little girl.

Dr Cox and staff are wonderful

Although due to Covid-19, you can't yet accompany your pet into the building, their curbside service went surprisingly smoothly. The veterinarian came to the vehicle and discussed Harley's care and the techs brought him back out. Charges were reasonable compared with a recent experience elsewhere.

Our two fur babies Moomoo and Stevie Ray Vaughan are well taken care of by the staff at Northside Animal Hospital they go above and beyond to make sure they get the care they need. A very special Thank You to Dr. Cox for making sure our babies are taking care of with their special needs. The staff to us is more than 5 Stars we give them a 100 plus more so we recommend everyone to try Northside Animal Hospital for all your pets needs.

Very friendly and had sincere sympathy when we had to put our beautiful sweet Harli to sleep this morning. She will be missed so much but they had done everything they could for her.

I took my mother's cat to them. She was in bad shape. Dr.B & all of the staff were very sensitive about the situation. Liked them so much that I have transferred my pets records and will be using them from now on.

The best animal hospital in Waco. All the staff and Doctors treat our furry friends as if they where their own. Only wish I could this kind care from my Doctors.

We love this place, they have taken great care of our pets for nearly 4 years now. Each of their veterinarians and technicians are helpful and respectful. They’re also really good with cats, which I think is a rare find! Their system of curbside visits is very efficient and necessary for the circumstances with COVID. However, our favorite is interacting directly with their staff and seeing how they care for our furry kiddos. They’re reasonably priced and always cover costs with you before they render services that you did not originally request. So if you make an appointment for something specific like a rabies shot, they won’t cover that cost before the service, but if they see that your pets needs a different service, they will talk it over with you before completing it.

Caring, responsible people. Always caring, always has my dog's best interest in mind. Competent and reliable. I trust these folks with my dogs health.

Absolutely amazing place! I took my sick kitten here around 6 months ago and they saved him. Yesterday we took our elderly dog here to see if there was anything more we could do for pain and they were amazing once again! They have excellent customer service and are amazing with the animals! Our dog was very nervous going in, but came out smiling and very relaxed. The vet took his time making sure our dog was comfortable before examining him and the vet and the vet tech were so kind to him. They are also so reasonably priced! We drove from Lorena to see them because they could get us in the quickest as well. If you have a sick pet or your pet just needs an exam I would recommend coming here! I want them to take care of me when I'm sick! Haha
