UPDATED: They called back and discovered a billing error. I appreciated that and the fact they then reached out to me to correct it. That means a lot and I’m thankful. Old: $235 to spay a kitten?!? So much for rescuing a kitten ever again. That’s insane.

Highly recommend Sarah for grooming! She is super patient and passionate about what she does! My little dog came out looking like a Prince and has been strutting around all day with his new haircut! Will definitely be back! Thank you Sarah for your amazing customer service and your magic hands!

Dr Lide is AMAZING! He took over this clinic around March 2020 and what good fortune that was for the pets of the Waco area. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his animal patients. He goes above and beyond. Best vet I’ve ever encountered! The staff is great too. Highly recommend this clinic for the care of your beloved pets!

Friendly service and the vets are nice. Took my foster dog here for shots and they were very helpful. I plan on taking my dog here as well. They do boarding as well.

Everyone I have interacted with here is nice. I took my cat Vladimir back in because he was very sick and with him being elderly, I expected the worst. They ran bloodwork which led to a diagnosis and Dr. Lide thoroughly explained the treatment options for my old man cat. He answered my questions and was patient with me.

My little dog was really sick and the whole staff took very good care of him treated him as if he were theirs

The staff at Texas Animal Medical Center was very kind and attentive. After days of calling a number of veterinarians for an appointment for my dog, they took her in and examined and treated her. I really appreciated that.

I recently had to put my friend (dog) of 15 years down. They fit me in the same day that I called up, and the staff handled it with care/compassion. I had never visited this vet clinic before so to my surprise when I checked the mail today I had a handwritten card of sympathy from the staff, it was a nice touch and appreciated. You didn't ask for it but you're gonna get it - a picture of my bud Asa.

If you’ve heard bad things about this place that’s old news. The new vet Dr. Lide is way better of a vet than the previous one. I highly recommend.
