My Mac gets extra socialization and has so much fun there.

My favorite part of Dogtopia is that I feel like the staff loves my dog just as much as I do. Other things because I can’t put just one: •They always great us with a smile and excitement. •I love being able to check in on my dog using social media. You can tell that every dog is loved on and played with by the dogs and staff. This doesn’t happen at all dog daycares. I’ve seen the staff ignore the dogs and on their phones at other places. I’m so thankful for all of you!

It is so nice to leave town and know I am able to keep an eye on my fur baby via webcam. She is SO excited to arrive and greets every 2 legged friend like long lost family members...and she loves her 4 legged friends, too! I know she has had a great visit because she can hardly move from her bed once she comes home...worn out from having a great time! Besides, she actually is coming home smarter from the inhouse training activities. Absolutely wonderful!

Loved all the staff very happy, friendly people who love there job! Wytten our Golden-doodle needed to be boarded over night so we wanted something fun for her to meet new friends. She came home exhausted, we watched her play on the web cam which for a pet parent is comforting. Wytten is a bit submissive so they worked with her and slowly introduced her to new friends. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Apollo has been going to Dogtopia for several years. Thankful for all you do to take care of him. The staff is professional and I enjoy knowing that he is safe and having fun. The grooming service is awesome.

Dogtopia in Waco provides excellent care for our pet! Ollie loves to go and play with his friends and enjoy all of the positive attention he receives while there!

We planned Tex’s appointments ahead of time so we could be sure to get him in for his spa treatments. He sure looks good when we get him back.

Dogtopia will treat your dog like their own. I saw one staff member giving Max sweet kisses on his head through the camera. It was his very first day, and I was so worried about him until I saw this beautiful moment. Max came home happy (and exhausted)!

Have my dogs groomed every 6 weeks. 1st time they went, they were nervous, after that, we pull up in parking lot and they can't wait to get in. Always satisfied with way they groom.

Excellent operation. These people know dogs. When my dog realizes we are going there, she dashes for the car. Cookie loves it at Dogtopia.

The people are fabulous. They make you & your pet feel like #1.

Very enjoyable place for my pup to be more social and exert his additional energy. He was wore out and slept like a rock after all the fun. I definitely like how friendly and welcoming the staff is!

The best in town for doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming. They provide a safe place for my dog to play and exercise when I have to work. When I have to board him, I know he won't spend the whole time in a kennel. The staff is well trained and seems to really love dogs, many of them dog parents themselves. They ensure dogs are vaccinated and act quickly when illness breaks out. The location is always clean. And their bathing and grooming services are excellent, too.

I am giving this doggie Daycare a one star. I have never been more disappointed in a business. I left my puppy to be boarded there for 5 days. I expected him to have a great time socializing with the other dogs during the day, playing outside and sleeping peacefully. What he got was far, far from that. They apparently had issues with him being a puppy and having puppy energy and displaying "normal" puppy behavior. They did not contact me about the issues, I don't think they even tried to reach out to me. They ended up crating my dog for 4 out of the 5 days. He got no play time at all. He got potty breaks and that was it. Keep in mind these crates are the smallish ones you would use in your home. We were told upon pickup all this information. We were also told, "oh and by the way, we don't feel your dog is a good fit for us". don't bring him back for daycare anymore. in other words. Your dog is too much puppy and requires too much work, so we crated him for his entire stay. Now that you have him back, well... find another place to take your dog for daycare. My thoughts are, do not fret, I will most definitely find a different doggie daycare. I will find a business that actually knows how to treat animals, that actually have certified trainers, and one that values the owner and the expense they pay out to keep their dog happy and healthy and well adjusted. I would not take my dog back to Dogtopia, ever, They broke my trust and have made me so sad for my puppy that he was caged and miserable for 4 days. I know some of you wont think this is a big deal. I have invested so much with this puppy, time, training, money and most of all my heart. He is a member of our family. Dogtopia is absolutley NOT the place for him.

Max is always ecstatic on arrival. He obviously loved his two-footed friends at Dogtopia as well as the four-footed ones. He comes home tired and happy everyone I pick him up.

Very nice & professional establishment. The daycare price is steep...but worth it. It's a great space for dogs of all sizes! Staff is very enthusiastic about the animals. Great to see how they interact it's the best part. ???? Edit: Was told conflicting prices on grooming. They seemed annoyed when I was taken back by the new price that had doubled. Then when I asked for just a smaller service the groomer didn't want to do that at all on the dates they had already said they could. Bummer, I did like this place for the daycare.

My dog loves Dogtopia! She is so happy when she goes and tired when she gets home. Everyone is so sweet to her and I feel great leaving her.

I have a younger dog that I wanted to get some more socialization for and to just be around other dogs. I took my pup there and went through the evaluation part of when you first come to dog topia and was super impressed. While my pup was not ready just yet to be with all the other dogs (who also have to pass these tests). Kim the owner gave me some homework and a new appointment to come back and retake the little tests she does to make sure everyone plays well together. I love she took the time to show me, explain what she saw in my dog, and why I needed to do some homework to get him ready for the next time. I’ll be back soon for sure :)

From the first phone call, to the first meet and greet, I was touched by your compassion for dogs. Every person I talked with was joyful and excited to meet my dog. You knew the personalities of all the dogs you care for and you seem to love them unconditionally. Being there everyday providing the service that you do is priceless. Thank you for having such a warm, professional environment for us and our four legged friends.

All of our pups have stayed for daycare, they love their coaches and we feel secure leaving them in their care at Dogtopia in Waco. I wish we could give them 10 stars!
