The individual I spoke with responded with what seemed like a script, she wouldn't allow me a word. Her brief answers were condescending and borderline rude. I am no more informed or understand the status of my claim then before my call. Absolute waste of time. Will go through Temple from now on Waco is no help what so ever. Was made to feel like a inconvenience. Q

Alot better than the VA system used to be. However, it's still an act of Congress and an act of GOD to get anything processed...Just Hurry Up and Wait.

Very good. Very safe. The security guards are on point. You must fill out paperwork to get inside and wear your mask. Great place..

Once you get done listening to all the things that are quite irrelevant and you enter your social and date of birth, if you need to speak to a human and not a machine, when it asks you what you need help with, just make weird noises and it transfers you to a human. Now sitting around waiting for the DRO to call. They are only 1.5 hours late as of right now.

Bill was amazing! It's always challenging going into a situation that you feel unprepared but Bill put all our anxiety at ease. Thank you Bill for all your help. Sharia and Shawna

Been waiting for them to mail paperwork for a potential employer for over 2 months. Ive made multiple requests and have even contacted my local congressmen. Multiple phone calls with multiple stories on information have proven useless and I will lose consideration for the job if they dont mail the paperwork. No progress has been made and apparently theres no way for them to tell me if theyve even sent it in the mail.

I have been transferred 4 times and on hold for an average of 15 minutes. I was transferred to the suicide hotline 2 times. This is ridiculous and it shouldn't be this hard to get ahold of a person. I think I am calling the right number now and it says my wait time is 48 minutes.

There are only two VA regional offices in Texas - Waco and Houston. There is no shopping around in Texas if you need to go to a regional office. If you don't like going there, my advice would be to do what you can online, with a veterans service organization, or over the phone before coming to the office. The security guards will be kind and professional, if you treat them with respect and follow their directions. The only down side is the traffic, since it is across the street from Magnolia Silos.

You smell like a cigarette before you go in the building . everybody that works here stands 10 feet from the door and smokes . looks more like a smokers convention.

No way to contact them via phone, no reply to emails. You basically put everything on hold when you deal with these people.
