My dog loves this place! Every time we pull up here she’s excited. The people working here are really great, too - they genuinely love dogs, and their customer service is fantastic.

I would have liked to get my cats bathed here and their vaccinations done but the receptionist was rude and impatient. I don’t want to spend my money somewhere I am treated that way.

This place takes very good care of my dog. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they are all pet lovers.

I absolutely LOVE the Pet Resort!! The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job grooming Diamond. She loves going there. I highly recommend them to all pet owners. They're AMAZING!!

Never got a call back called in 3 times i would say bad customer service

I had to leave my baby behind for 5 nights I was in search for a best place that will treat my baby with love and care. This place feels very homey. What sets them apart from bigger boarding homes are their staff. They are all AMAZING. when I picked up Molly she smelled good and healthy I have to mention she didn't lost weight Evidences that my baby were treated with love and care: 1. No weight lost 2. No health problem 3. First night after no diarrhea 4. Appetite didn't change. 5. Behavior didn't change. Staff who work in this place truly loves what they do- and it shows. This is my new trusted place for my fur baby "I would highly recommend Pet Resort on Main to my friends and family!" Thank you all so much for taking care of Molly! God bless you

Our dogs have never been boarded before. One is 12 and the other is 8. I was nervous dropping them off and the staff did everything to help with leaving our babies. I will definitely be back for their services and additional boarding as needed. The place and staff are amazing. Top notch place.

Fantastic care! Clean! Awesome staff! Got charged for a bath and didn't request it but it's all good. At least they got a bath. They weren't just charged.

Amazing staff!!!! My dog went for only one overnight trip for the first time since I adopted him and he came home so energetic and happy, maybe he met a good looking lady dog or maybe since I bought the package that included games he enjoyed that... I’m just overwhelmed with his newfound energetic self. I’m thinking about doggie daycare just to keep him happy and hello.... I’m retired and don’t work ., LOL this is the best overnight experience I have seen any one of my past and present animals enjoy!!! Thank you pet resort!!!

I have 2 dogs that go to daycare at The Pet Resort. They love it! The staff greet them by name and are always knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are very professional, but caring and attentive. They make sure the meds and meals are given the way you want. My dogs always come out happy and not stressed.

What wonderful staff at this pet resort. This was our first visit, but I'm sure not the last although we live almost 5 hours away. Thank you for taking such good care of our little guy. He was so happy when we picked him up, you'd never know we were separated for a week and a day. Good job!

Great people and care for our pets.

I took my puppy to get groomed Thursday and I had commented that I had requested that her tail get cut too. When she was picked up it wasn’t done. Well less than 24 hours Stephanie called and said they wanted to make things right. We took her back and they did a fantastic job. This is the only place that my dog feels comfortable going to get groomed. They went above and beyond taking care of her and were so nice and kind about it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would highly recommend them to anyone . They genuinely care about the animals and make every effort to do a great job!! Thanks so much for making things right! First time to ever board my cats. The staff is so friendly and kind to the pets and the people, of course. I haven't worried about my cats since I've been away, I know they are in good hands ????

Nice facility but very pricey.

Got my yorkie (Opie) groomed today. He looks good and was only there for 3 1/2 hours.. everyone was super nice and friendly.. This is definitely our new place..

Great when you need a pet sitter

I love taking my Maltese here for grooming. I drop him off in the morning before heading to work and I pick him up when I get off. Very trustworthy and friendly staff to both my dog and I.

The staff takes the time to get to know your pets needs just like a vet would. They asked me many questions to understand my dog, and her needs and problems. I’ve never had a groomer that is this detailed before the work even begins. The management team is quick to address to customer questions and concerns and impressed me with their responses. It’s easy to see that they care, and will treat your pet like one of their own.
