Dr. Beck and his staff are top notch- always take the extra time to ensure I understand the treatment plan for my fur babies! I know my pets are in great hands at Hillcrest!

They give unreliable diagnoses. If you care for your animals as much as I care for mine, I would suggest going elsewhere. There are reliable vets in the Victoria area, but Hillcrest does not employ one.

All the employees always have a smile when I walk in the door. Dr Beck is great and the whole staff helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Hillcrest Animal Hospital!

Hillcrest Animal Hospital is a top notch veterinarian facility. Professionalism and caring staff will give you the best experience for your furbaby. Dr. Beck is amazing, knowledgeable and caring. I only trust my babies at Hillcrest! They are all like family to us.

A couple of months ago, my sister brought in our cat, Minnie, who got bit by a snake. The attending Vet who checked Minnie out and said "Oh, she just got into a cat fight", returned our cat after charging $300. Well, Minnie's face continued to swell and show discoloration, so we took her to our another Vet, one in Palacios, who immediately diagnosed the wound as a snakebite and treated it. Recently, my sister posted a review about her dissatisfaction with her visit, and the business replied saying they offered to treat Minnie for free the day after the visit, which was a blatant lie. Worst yet, my sister called to dispute that claim, and the employee just laughed and dismissed her, saying she wasn't going to argue. Now, that's the only experience we've had with the Hospital, so maybe they do not always operate in this manner; however, people should know that they have operated unprofessionally and even made false claims in the past. I love Hillcrest!!! Dr. Beck and his staff are amazing!!! I use them for both my personal dogs and my Shelter Pets Rescue dogs. I can trust Dr. Beck to give me his honest opinion and not run my bill up with unnecessary test like so many clinics do. So if your looking for a good honest vet clinic that always put there patients 1st check them out!!!????????????????????????????

I absolutely love Dr.Beck and his staff. They are all very attentive and helpful. I had to have my kitten put down and the staff was very compassionate and Dr.Beck explained everything he was doing in great detail and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. My dog also has some serious behavior problems (doesn’t do good with new men) and they were able to get us in and out within 30 minutes and gave me some helpful tips on helping my doggo’s behavior issues get better. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Could not ask for a better vet clinic! I always known my fur babies are in good hands!!!!

I drove an hour here and paid the emergency after hour vet bill because I thought my cat got bit by a snake on her face and she needed emergency care. The vet told me she got into a little cat fight, I paid $300+, and took my cat home. A day later my cat was near death. I took her to another vet where they told me she got bit by a snake and there they treated her as best as they could. Two months later: my cat is alive but near blind in her eye along with other concerning issues.

Hillcrest is the best! Not only are Dr Beck and his staff both friendly and professional but most importantly to me is the care they give to my pups. Dr Becks expertise has repeatedly reassured my decision in choosing him and his business(staff) after moving to Victoria. My pups and I landed here after dissatisfaction with two other vet offices. Sandy, Deanna…I could name all his staff, are all greatly appreciated.

Dr. Beck and his staff at Hillcrest are an amazing team and I highly recommend them! We have been taking our fur-babies there for years for wellness visits, sick visits, and even some emergency visits. Regardless of the situation, everyone has always addressed our concerns and treated us with kindness, courtesy, and respect at appointments and follow-ups.

Completely unprofessional experience with the staff. Misdiagnosed a family pet and went so far as to falsely claim they offered recompense on a public forum. Luckily another vet was able to treat the correct ailment (a snake bite). I understand mistakes happen but to blatantly try and gaslight the public is not an honest way to run a business.

Hillcrest has taken amazing care of all of my animals. From guinea pigs to chickens to dogs, they’ve done an absolutely amazing job caring for them. My dog had a snake bite that almost killed him, and Hillcrest’s amazing staff did everything they could and saved his life. Whether you are deciding what vet clinic or boarding facility you should take your pet to, Hillcrest Animal Hospital is always the way to go.

How much is it to neuter your hamster? ????

I took my cat in to be checked out for what I thought would end with setting a day to bring him back in to be put down. I'd gone to two other places and never was satisfied with the diagnosis. I didn't want to do a lot of tests as I knew it was probably going to be something bad. This visit with Dr Beck was the best news in such a dire situation He gave me more information and made me feel comfortable with what my options are I can't thank him enough for letting me possibly have a few more months with my little buddy by just doing a few things at home and some meds. He took the time to explain a lil more & after leaving there I knew I'd be going back. Thank you for your great "bedside manner". ????????

Hillcrest was amazing with both my dog Buddy saw them for the 1st time on a day that could have easily have been the worse day I had as a dog owner. He was in a fight with a husky while staying with a friend and I did have the money for and emergency visits nor do I have great credit but they fix him up and work with me on pay. They are amazing.
