I needed a new veterinarian and I'm glad I came to Kitty Hawk. Dr. Horger and his team took great care of my dog. Everything was done very professional and efficiently and they took time to get to know me and my dog. Highly recommend this practice.

The doctor and nurses treated my anxious puppy with great care and concern. I've taken many of our family's dogs there over the years and we think they are great!

I love this animal hospital because the people are always very nice, and professional. I have 3 dogs, and I bring them here every year.

Wish I could give this 5 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I messaged about getting my dog in for a lump I had found and was in office in a couple days. Front office staff was great, friendly, welcoming and willing to be patient with my not so happy dog (very nervous). The techs were great with him and helped keep him as comfortable as possible. The doctor was short and seemed to be in a hurry to go through the exam with my dog. Basically it seemed like the appointment was a bother to him. I was told my dog has a tumor and when the doctor was rapidly explaining what that was and the next potential steps (surgery, medical tests, etc.) a tech stepped in and said the walk in cat was not doing well and he said I have to go take care of that. I waited for a bit while the other tech wrote stuff into his chart. The doctor never came back or asked if I had questions after telling me my dog has cancer.i was told a quote for the next steps would be available and emailed within 24hours. I hadn’t received it and when I called to ask I was told that it was not completed yet and probably wouldn’t be available till Monday afternoon as they only are open 8-1 saturdays. Our appointment was Friday morning. The staff is friendly and patient and I cannot say enough good things! The doctor we saw didn’t seem to care too much and left me with a terrifying diagnosis to treat another walk in and never bothered to come back. I get it emergencies happen but someone should have spoken further to me. And when I was told 24 hours for a quote to help my dog it was not done timely.

From the time I called I had a good experience. I called several veterinarian offices for my kitten. None compared to this location. The kitten package is awesome! Most clinics only provide the first set of vaccines and don’t do a check up. They provided a thorough exam and it’s all included so no guessing what will be due each visit. Very happy we choose this location. Will continue to use their services.

Took my Pomeranian who was constantly coughing did testing on her I told him was not necessary (heartworm). Told me she had en enlarged Heart and should get a kat scan. I specifically asked him did he recommend putting her down, he said no. She died 2 minutes after getting home. Suffering a horrible death. They gave a 50mlg shot you a tiny dog I believe this was the cause of her accelerated death.

Straight forward recommendations for the best interest of my pets. Convenient & so helpful. I had 2, 14 year old dogs(my best friends)cross the Rainbow Bridge here. Very caring staff.

This place is great. The entire staff is warm and caring. I had an emergency with my cat who stopped eating and they managed to get me in asap. The doctor carefully examined my kitty and offered advice. The cost was fair and affordable. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for taking care of my little Honey.

Arrived with my dog and was told they were on lunch go somewhere else. Not even a come back later well be back soon nope nothing. I recommend Northwood Animal hospital 100% I gave them a call and they saw my dog within the hour.

I ve felt safe and peace of mind getting my pet there. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

My pets received excellent care from the doctors and staff. Highly recommended to everyone to take your pets here for care.

Thrilled to get same day appointment. Normal Vet had no appointments for 2 weeks. This establishment truly cares for the animals.

Dr Kline and the staff at Kitty Hawk are extremely caring and compassionate. We have always had a positive experience with our pet.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Only gave one star because I had to. Literally FOUR MINUTES late to an appointment for our dog who is due for shots and got turned away saying we would need to reschedule. My husband rushed to leave work early to make it to this appointment and was turned away due to being FOUR MINUTES late. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS!

The best of the best. Dr Klein is the real deal. My Heelers have been going there for 15 years.

The staff is very sweet. You can tell everyone really loves what they do. They seem to really care about the pets.

Staff that greeted me at my vehicle seemed very kind. I would give this place a higher rating if I didn't have to wait in my car for so long. I waited almost 25 mins past my appt time before anyone came out to grab my cat for her appointment. I even got here 10 mins early. then I waited another 35 minutes before the vet called me to discuss her exam and treatments.... and then another 30 minutes to actually pay for the services and get my kitty back. a total of an hour and 45 minutes of sitting in my car in their parking lot in all. and they don't do military discount either unfortunately. but the vet was very nice and informative for what I brought her in for which was some skin allergies and breathing concern.

Awesome! We love Dr.Horger and would recommend him to anyone! Very friendly and love their staff! Recently they have worked miracles on my dog's ear and wrapped it beautifully! ???? Would TOTALLY recommend

If I could I would give them a zero. The front desk staff is unprofessional and so is the office manager. Stay away from this practice save yourself from the blatant discrimination, disrespect and the untold 5 minutes grace period they give you to get there before your appointment is canceled.

very friendly but a bit pricey

I had a sad reason to be there and my emotions were all over the place. They were kind, supportive, and respectful. Made a hard day better.

Generally good however wish they would listen more to clients.
