When our family vet had his own health to take care of, he recommended I take my dog to Dr. Schell. Couldn't have sent me to a better clinic than University! Friendly staff, office cat, and doctor. My boy is older and tends to get nervous now with strangers but I was able to stay with him for the visit which kept him calm. Dr. Schell eased my worries by thoroughly explaining the surgery and even calling mid surgery and afterwards to give me updates. Also, very affordable!

Just hope you don't call in the morning... I have no idea who answered the phone but she acted like she was doing me a favor by even speaking to me. I had a new kitten who was 6 months old who I needed to be seen as soon as possible. For vaccines and just a new patient visit... . Wouldn't go here if what you are about is friendliness.
