Love this place! My fur babies have been going here to see Ava for the past 4 years.

We have tried so many groomers, and Snobby dog has now NAILED it beyond all expectations for three cuts!!! We have an Airedale terrier and a toy schnauzer, and they do exactly what I want. They come home SO FRESH & CLEAN, and I love the cute bandannas they send them home in. It’s the little extras on top of seriously perfect cuts that has us committed for the next 15-20 years while we have our pups!!!!

They cut my dog nails off all the way off like I didnt want them nubs she like them trim so she can have some color on her nails

I have never written a review before but I was so disappointed with my whole experience I felt I had to share. They kept him ALL day long to find out that they only gave him a bath because he was 'too anxious.' I have had him for 3 years and we have never had a problem before. They didn't tell me this on the phone when they called me to tell me he was ready. Then they tell me they gave him a bath and then proceed to charge me $27 for a bath. I give him a bath weekly so NO I didn't need a $27 bath. I will never be back. He left panting and when we got home he drank 1 1/2 bowls of water which is VERY unusual for him as he is only a 10 pound dog. I don't know what they did but I am not pleased.

They do awesome work here! I've got a feisty teacup Yorkie, and I know he's a handful to groom. The staff here has always been able to take care of him. I highly recommend them!

The staff is professional and very caring. Competitively priced. They were also kind enough to fit my dog in on a fully booked day. We will definitely be back for all future visits.

Service is horrible. after using them for years we have had enough! from not clipping all our dogs nails ( last time I got the clippers from them and cut the rest of my dogs nails on my tailgate in the parking lot. ) to the scraggly looking guy in the back yelling at the dogs to shut up. To this last time I dropped my dog off at 7:30 . I finally called at 1pm is my dog ready? nope. be another hour. I immediately left to get her by then it's been almost 7 hours since I dropped her off. I get there and they say she's still not done. I said I don't care bring my dog up here now. The owner refused. demanded I pay before they brought her to the front. ( which was wierd never before have they done this. And it's not like I wasnt going to pay and even if I didn't want to I could just call the credit card company later if I wanted to dispute. At this point I let loose because essentially they were holding my dog hostage. I should have called the police but I just wanted to get my dog and go. when I got home she couldn't stop drinking water so much so that I am sure she had been without the whole 7 hours! Please for your animals sake do not go to this place. from the shady looking guy that works in the back who yells at the dogs to "shut up" to no water for the dogs locked in the cages all day. I firmly believe there is neglect and possibly abuse from the man yelling at the dogs.

My advice, pick a different place to take your furbaby. Every time I go here I get charged something different. I ask for the exact same thing every time I go here.. and hardly nothing gets done to my dog. I will be taking my money else where to someone who actually listens to what I want for my dog.
