THIS CLINIC IS EXCEPTIONAL! From the moment we got there, the entire staff was personable and cared about every detail! The assistants took incredible care of my baby and I felt completely at peace with anything they needed to do to her. Dr. Sham took the time to sit down, show, and educate me on my dogs x-rays and what he advised to do and why! They were beyond reasonable with prices and did not do any unnecessary add ons or tests in order to figure out what was wrong with my dog. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic for all of your pet needs! Thank y’all for being so awesome!

We had gotten Bronx (the one in the kennel with fur missing) he was covered in mange luckily it wasn’t contagious. They helped us get him to where he is now (second picture) now he is a happy and healthy boy! They are also wonderful to my toy aussie, Lucy. I highly recommend taking your fur babies to them!

Dr. Shams and his staff are just excellent; they genuinely care about the animals they treat and their wellbeing.

Little Huzzah needed Bladder surgery to remove a rather large stone she is 8 years old she was just not herself she stopped eating wasn't peeing very well and seemed to be in lots of pain, overall our little ball of Joy and energy was so sad. She lives with her forever family in Hideaway and I'm Auntie. Now her everyday vet wouldn't beable to tend to her for nearly a month ???? but after sharing about Dr. Shams and his staff with my sister and how he is so good with my furbabies and I was sure he would beable to get her in so she wouldn't have to suffer anymore, little Huzzah was scheduled for surgery within a day ????. She had beyond a successful surgery, great ❤ care, Loved on and has aftercare setup to ensure this shouldn't happen again. So grateful for Dr. Shams and his staff... Steven and Holly (hope I didn't miss anyone you all are always so good with our furbabies). Thank you for helping our Huzzah out of pain. We are ???? grateful

I have four cats and they are amazing despite the hindrance of covid. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Both Dr. and staff were very patient and wonderful.

We have been using this clinic since we moved here 2 years ago. Each visit has been great! Dr. Shams is amazing at explaining everything and takes such care with our pups. We’re so grateful to have him as our family vet!!

When I had to put my 17 year old Jack Russel down, the veteran and his team were very compassionate and caring, I appreciate how well they took care of me on one of the worst days in my life. This veteran office is full of amazing people and I would not hesitate to go to them again if I get another animal.

We have been using the Pet Vet for a couple of years and we love it. They are very friendly and my cats are very talkative an they talk to them an to me that's important to make them feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr Shams he is wonderful with all my babies an very thorough.

The staff is so friendly and will help in any way they can! My dog had an impaction and they worked with my schedule and took such good care of her. They always know exactly what's wrong!!

We took our German Shepherd for a visit today and Was completely blown away of how well they did with him. The last place we went to made us feel horrible about how protective and agreesive he is. Erin made us and our German feel at home. Can’t wait to go back for our next visit! Thanks so much!

I have never met a more kind and compassionate veterinarian than Dr. Shams. He saved the life of our beloved dog Marley. We brought her in almost lifeless. When we picked her up after her surgery she acted as though nothing ever happened. Dr. Shams is thorough and made sure we understood exactly what our options were/are and what he needed to do. He explained to us what to expect going forward and did not leave out any details. Time and time again when we bring one of our dogs in to see Dr. Shams he always makes sure we comfortable with what he is saying to us in regards to our pets health and what we should/should not do. There is no way we could repay him (other than the bill which we did in fact pay) for what he has done for us and Marley. We are so very grateful for him and his staff saving the life our our dog. I love this place. The staff are great. Treated my puppy like it's their own. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Went there for a skin issue on my dog.. told me it was fleas never got better went and got a second opinion and found out shes had an infection!!!! They didn't even try for anything else. I will never go back

My furbaby was not feeling well and a friend recommended Dr. Shams. The clinic was clean and the staff was polite and extremely friendly especially to Oreo. He was a little scared and nervous because he wasn't feeling well but the staff loved on him so much he forgot he was sick. Dr. Shams was gentle with him and explained why Oreo was sick. Thank goodness it was minor. Dr. Shams prescribed an antibiotic, which we got from him and now Oreo is feeling much better. Dr. Shams and his staff were great, treated my furbaby and I like family. He is our new vet. We were there about one hour but that was because another furbaby needed his attention more which I appreciated. So please visit Dr. Shams and his staff if you have need of a veterinary which I pray you don't. Thanks Dr. Shams and staff.
