If you need training for your pup, never second guess this place! Allison was amazing, and I can't thank her enough. Kona went in scared of everyone and showing aggression. After Intense Bootcamp, Kona is able to be around people without having fear. She has helped Kona come a long way! Allison not only helps your dog, but takes care of them as if they are hers! I will always recommend Allison for training. She keeps you updated through the training, and answers your questions quickly. Also, boarding with them is amazing. Kona will forever go here. I know she is loved and cared for while I'm away.

It was our first time boarding our dog with Bed Bath and Bonz. Our veterinarian recommended them. We were very pleased with the care and attention they showed for our fur baby. They are very passionate about what they do. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them!

My dog loves going to this pet hotel...When I pack his bag he starts jumping like crazy .. He's so excited that he is going to stay with this team...He almost jumps out of the car to get inside with them!????

I absolutely love this place for my dog! I drive all the way from Dallas to take her here when I’m going on trips that aren’t senior-dog-friendly. Bed Bath & Bonz has something for every dogs needs; whether your dog is young & healthy and doesn’t require too much accommodating, or if your dog is old & needs extra care. Based on how they treat my dog, I have a feeling they treat every dog specially. I can tell everyone who works here has a love for dogs (and their job here), and that helps ease my anxiety about leaving my dog for so long. Their groomer is also very talented. They don’t leave my dogs hair looking botched, nor have they done any styling to make me question their logic, so I think it’s safe to say they know what they’re doing. Can’t recommend Bed Bath & Bonz enough!!

Visiting from out of town and our Shiba needed to burn some energy. He loved going to daycare here! Staff were super nice and it's a cute facility.

They lie about the price of grooming on the phone when u pick your dog up it more money the staff at grooming is very rude this is the sesondtime this happen to me will never go back they keep your dog in it cage let them out 2x a day

We have been using Bed Bath N Bonz boarding services for several years, and we have always been impressed with how well they love and care for our fur babies! When we lost our little 4-year-old terrier mix to Lymphoma earlier this year, they were as grieved by her loss as we were! We were very excited when we learned that they were adding training classes. We adopted a rescue in mid-March who needed a lot of help with socialization skills. We are now halfway through the 8-week training course, and our little dog Frodo has improved by leaps and bounds! Their trainer - Allison - is the BEST! She adapts the training to each dog in the class, seeking to understand their personalities, and working with each dog and pet-parent to provide the very best individualized tips and training. Allison has 30 years of experience, and it shows! I cannot recommend Bed Bath N Bonz' boarding services or Allison's training classes strongly enough - the best in Tyler, by far!

Terrible groom on my three dogs they made it right but my dogs look terrible until there hair grows back in will not be going back to the grooming salon...

I have boarded my dogs here for several years and have always been pleased! So, when my new dog was driving us crazy, chewing on and destroying everthing we owned, and biting constantly, I gave the training bootcamp a try. I dropped Bentley off for 7 days and the changes in him are miraculous! He no longer chews or bites or jumps. He follows commands and has become a member of the family that we all can love and interact with. I questioned if the investment would be worth the outcome, IT IS! We were at our wits end and now we have the dog we so desparately wanted. I can't thank Alison enough. She is truly a miracle worker!

I would not want anyone that works 7 days a week, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS 10 TO 12 HOURS A DAY TAKING CARE OF MY PRECIOUS PET!!!!!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO CHECK YOUR AD FOR HELP WANTED! MAYBE YOU NEED TO HIRE 2 PEOPLE!!!!! NO ONE WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK 10 TO 12 HOURS A DAY IS MENTALLY HEALTHY TO TAKE QUALITY CARE OF ANYTHING!!!! SHAME ON YOU!
