They are always amazing here, everyone is always so nice and friendly. They really show you they care about you and your furry babies! 10/10 recommend.

People were great to us and our pets. Vet was very personable. Great choice for us to transfer service to.

Very helpful when you ask help

Banfield is a terrible place to take your pet. All they care about is money. I had a horrible experience with my beloved Duke. He had a stroke and he went blind overnight and they made wait all day to see a doctor. Not a great hospital. I would not take a flea to Banfield.

We have had banfields insurance policy since we got our dog, and it has been well worth it the entire time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend their pet wellness plans - it definitely saves you money in the long run.

Was on hold for 20+ minutes trying to schedule an appointment for my baby who developed a skin infection, only for them to tell me they were full and I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get her in. I can’t wait for the infection to get worse, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot express my gratitude for the patient and amazing staff at this banfield. They have treated my pugs and understand/tolerate my worries regarding their health. They completed an emergency spay on one of my pugs due to pyometria and helped one overcome chronic vomiting as a puppy. Currently treating a new pug puppy and I know they will get our issues resolved. Thank you all again!

Best vets in town!! The office staff are kind, patient, and efficient. The doctors are empathetic, knowledgable, and work with the pet parents to find the best solution for the pet's care without breaking the parent's budget.

Been on banfield plan 12 years; service used to be great but now I took my pet in because he has diarrhea was told by receptionist they couldn't see him until Friday. They used to be great about being able to see walk ins but not now. You basically have to have an appointment. Kind of hard to get your pet to schedule getting sick.

We had lots of Fun. Service was great also.

They are great and they care about you and your pets. I had a awesome dog named Howlie. She was very sick with a tumor and they helped with advice and everything else along the way.

Took my pup in on a wend. He had a bowel movment with blood smelled like parvo...told the vet just that and wanted a parvo test... vet took him in back came back said he was healthy and good to go... Friday hes much worse so I go back in.. she admits she did t run a parvo test so she runs it now 2 days later... it pops positive. I go home with 200 bucks worth of meds... he dies hours after. Now they are calling me wanting more money... instead im getting a lawsuit together.

All of the employees here clearly love animals! Our dogs have always been treated wonderfully and they love going to the vet!

I went to Banfield Pet Hospital inside PetSmart as my dog needed a special prescription dog food. Our local veterinarian sent the Rx there and the nice folks helped out by providing me with a card and helping locate the correct dogfood. They were professional, kind and eager to help make my visit as convenient as possible. Five stars plus!

We have always had a great experience with Banfield. They always call after the visit to check on my dog. Recently he had some sudden paralysis of his back legs. Dr. Prather got him in immediately without an appointment and referred us to A&M for emergency spine surgery. She called ahead so they were expecting us when we arrived. It really helped us out! Highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. I took my dog in for his dental and received multiple updates throughout the day on his bloodwork, teeth that needed to be pulled, and info on what to do for after care. The techs/nurses and vet are super nice.

I have always bought my pet reptiles here but not Coco and probably one day he will be coming back for some training. He does well with the ladies at the clinic but when we're done with his check-up, it's back to clumsy Coco.
