Above five star customer service from every single one of my experiences of coming to Tomball Pet Resort! My boxer has been coming to vacay here for almost 3 years and every time my boxer is well taken care of. The Manager Wayne and his staff always really nice and professional.

Let me start with, my dog has been boarded here, groomed twice and has done daycare a numerous amount of times. Went to drop my dog off a bit ago for daycare and his grooming appointment. When the manager, a gentleman with salt and pepper hair, stated that I did not have an appointment for grooming, it was only for a bath. I was extremely irritated with this. I told the manager the last grooming appointment I had at this location they messed it up and my frustration was this was the same staff member I spoke with to book the appointment for today. He responded that the groomer was not there and it was only going to be a bath. I angrily stated that’s fine this will just be the last time that he will come here. And the manager then stated “well I’m sorry but I can’t accept you.” I asked why and he stated “because”. So I said well then it won’t be his last time. And he stated, “well since you said what you did, I can’t accept him”. I told him I wanted a manager to call me and he said, he was the manager. I told him I had emailed him after the grooming appointment the last time and that he never responded. He said, “well I’m sorry about that.” Genuinely shocked at this statement I recapped our conversation. “So because I’m frustrated that your staff once again messed up, which you didn’t care to address, you aren’t accepting me today”. He stated, “I was going to go that route but since you said what you said, I cannot accept you.” So I left. Here is why I am writing this review. 1. The manager never stated he would address with the staff and educate them on why this shouldn’t happen again. 2. He didn’t offer to book an appointment for me on another day. 3. He immediately dismissed my issue that was their error and refused to serve me. 4. He never responded to my emailed concerns from the last appointment. 5. I had an email confirmation for grooming today. Never did the manager ask to see it. Businesses that do not have integrity to do the right thing and apologize when they are wrong do not deserve to have uninformed customers. Photos are proof of the email and grooming confirmation.

I just picked up my dogs a little while ago after boarding for a few days and had to post just how awesome you guys are! Wayne it was a pleasure boarding with you, you are top notch and really enjoyed the experience. My dogs were very well taken care of and I look forward to dropping them off again in a few weeks!

Just picked up my pets from boarding for the thanksgiving holiday and we couldn’t be more happier with the service we have received. Very friendly staff and our pets got a bath first thing this morning. We will be bringing them back for the Christmas and new year holidays!

We take our chocolate lab Dixie Bourbon ???? here about once/twice a month for extended weekends. She’s always happy to go. Costs is a pretty penny lol but it’s the best option for us. We do the luxury suite with a glass wall and tv in the room. Only a small charge upgrade fee. They offer several services. Sometimes we end up paying $240 for the stay, and they throw in a free bath :) She gets excited when we pull up to the door, so I know she doesn’t fear the place. The staff are always VERY friendly on the phone and in person, and I like that you get text alerts and updates.

My pointer was a very nervous dog. I tried out the doggy play day to see if that will help with the anxiety. The staff was very understanding and attentive to my dogs needs. On day 1 of my shy dog playing with other dogs she was no longer shy!! They greet her every morning by name and she is always so happy coming in and coming home!! Every staff member is super sweet and always there to help. My dog has been coming to play for months and we absolutely love them!!!

Started using this place almost 10 months ago after having a bad experience with Pet Suites off of Louetta. Tomball Pet Resort has not once let me or my dogs down!! The staff is always on top of their game. My dogs are always well taken care of and always happy about coming in. Thanks Tomball Pet Resort team for the hard work and dedication you give to my dogs. We always look forward to coming here.

All 3 of my Retrievers love coming here!!! We have been using this place for little over 2 years now and never have any problems. Our dogs are always well taken care of. They get to play with other dogs and get baths before coming home. The rooms they stay in have a T.V.. The staff is always so wonderful to us and the facility is always clean. We will only bring our dogs here and no where else. Thank you Tomball Pet Resort for the great care you give to all the pets.

Left our baby here, she does not do well when boarding. This was the first time we have used this facility and we were pleasantly surprised. Our girl usually refuses to eat when boarding as expected this happened the first couple of days, they called me and suggested options as well as a cuddle time to assist. From that point forward she did so much better. Thanks for your extra attention and care. We will certainly use this location in the future. I would recommend the luxury suites if you have a sensitive baby.

I am new to Tomball and was referred to Tomball Pet Resort by one of my new neighbors. Before scheduling my senior dog's boarding, I called and spoke with an employee who was very helpful. Being new in the area with a senior dog, I had a ton of questions, all of which he patiently answered. I told him I only needed my dog there for one night, Saturday, September 25th and he told me the boarding fee was $40 per night. I even confirmed this on the phone and he knew I was going to board him on a Saturday night because I also confirmed Sunday pick-up time which is their Sunday business hours of 2-6. My daughter dropped him off one Saturday, September 25th, 2021 around 10:30 AM. I picked him un on Sunday at around 2:30 PM. To my surprise, the bill was $80. I told the person it must be a mistake because I was quoted $40 per night and Tucker was only there for one night. That's when (to my shock) he said all Sunday pick-ups are charged for an additional, full day. My dog was there for 28 hours and charged for 2 full days. I have boarded my dog for years at a very nice pet resort in Cypress and was NEVER charged for an additional entire day/night for a Sunday pick-up. The other issue I has is that despite the in-depth conversation I had, I was not once advised I would be charged an additional FULL day for four hours. I sent a message through their website asking them to call me about the matter but I was ignored. When I called today I was told that's the policy and that I "should have known about because it's all over their website." That is false. It is in fine print at the very bottom. And as a new customer, inquiring about everything including fees and Sunday pick-up that would have been a nice tidbit of information. Even though they blew me off when I contact them via message through their website, I gave them a chance to make it right today. I would have been happy with a $20 refund to split the difference, but they had no desire to make this right and I won't be back.

My dog Gidget loves Tomball Pet Resort!! I had a gentleman named Steven help me check-in my Gidget for boarding and he was also there to when I had came to pick her up. He was so kind and nice and very informational about what I was being charged for while Gidget stayed over the weekend. My Gidget came home happy and smelled great from her bath. I already made holiday bookings for my dog to stay with them! Thank you for all the hard work you guys do!

Always have a professional great experience when we bring our dogs to stay with Tomball Pet Resort. The manager is just about always there and his staff is professional and knowledgeable as well. Facility is always clean and our dogs are always perfectly taken care of, these people work hard and show how much they care for others pets.

I came to Tomball Pet Resort for a tour of the kennel before leaving my dog anywhere. I had no appointment and I was greeted right away by two gentlemen. My fist impression was the front smelled really clean. I’m very forgetful of names but a nice gentleman in a blue polo introduced himself and he was the manager. He was asking questions about my dog and what I was wanting for her she was staying with them. He was very kind and answered all my questions and walked me through every little detail of what her day would be like.When I had toured the kennels they were all very clean all the pets were happy and relaxed. The kennels smelt really clean and they are pretty full so that tells me a lot of people trust them. I felt at ease and was very pleased with the kennel and prices I ended up booking a five night stay with some add ons!

Very nice place. The staff is really nice. Steven checked in my pet and he was very nice. Place is really clean and put together. My pet was happy coming home. I am using this place again for my next vacation.

They have always treated our dog like their own. Gives her a bath before picking her up. Great prices and trustworthy for your pet. Our dog is always happy when she is there. The check in experience is very quick and easy. The people working there are always very nice and very knowledgeable. If you have any special requests they save them in the computer for each time you arrive.

Very clean place, staff is helpful and friendly, my pets were taken care of properly and came home smelling great from the baths and happy. I’m satisfied with the service my pets and I had received we are planning on coming back.

I kept all 3 of my huge mastiffs here and the Staff did an amazing job! Checking in my dogs was a breeze and the front desk associate asked me very detailed questions about the medications for one of them. Checking out was easy as well. Already made 3 more reservations!

Dishonest. They lied to my face and said my dog was deshedded after a week of boarding and clearly she hadn’t been. I will no longer be using there services.

My dog and cats love this place! They offer everything your pets need to stay here. My cat get an entire room to play in. My dog plays with other dogs and always gets a great bath before coming home. The employees are absolutely amazing!

Picked up my sweet boy from a week and a half of boarding and he had the best time and looked and smelled great!! It was awesome being able to add on some extra stuff for him to do while he was there and got to play with friends! It always brings me peace of mind knowing my boy is cared for extremely well while I am gone and I never have to worry. Thank you Wayne and staff for always being fantastic!!!

Picked up my dog and cat this morning after a few days of boarding and extra fun play time for my pup and I always have the greatest experience! They are well taken care of and the staff is so friendly. I dealt with the manager, Wayne, this morning and he was so upbeat and kind! I love the pride everyone takes in caring for my babies and everyone elses!

This is by far the best customer service you’ll get anywhere when vacationing your dogs! My dog was taken care of above and beyond. She has medications she needs to take and the staff made sure it was done properly along with the complicated feeding schedule my dog has. Wayne who is in charge made sure myself and my pet were comfortable and the staff did an amazing job. It feels really great to have finally found a place that cares for your pets. I highly recommend this place for vacation for your pets.
