Very friendly and did a fantastic job on my pomeranians.

I take my dog to get groomed here they do a very great job taking care of them and grooming them. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s is fairly priced but it’s worth it.

K-9 Design is an awesome place to have your pet groomed. My dog is an Australian Shepherd and he is so happy to be groomed by Flora. She takes really good care of him and he thinks that he has been to the spa. I have taken my dog there for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend K-9 Design.

I would give higher than five stars, if it was possible. I have a woolly, long-haired Siberian Husky/Alaskan Malamute mix. We spent the winter in Idaho, so he had a very thick winter coat. His undercoat, tail, and backside were matted. Tracy was able to get his coat blown out and looking amazing! EXTREMELY HAPPY! Highly recommend K-9 Design.

K-9 Design is the only place I will take my little fur baby I know they are very careful and kind to the fur babies there, and she loves going for her spa day she is so happy when we pull into the parking lot, and if your baby is happy to see them you know they are treating them well, and they also do a wonderful job. ❤

My cockapoo Sheldon always looks beautiful when I pick him up after a grooming. When they open the parlor door to let him come home..he runs back inside! They are so loving and gentle he wants to stay and play! Need I say more?

I love k9 design & so do my dogs! I have 7 dogs and 3 require grooming. My old english sheepdogs and maltipoo puppy have always come back looking wonderful and happy. My sheepdogs LOVE going, Im thankful to have trusted groomers for my dogs and a solid referral for my clients needing grooming.

Service is good. But they charge me $25 for 10 minutes late pick up!

I will definitely return! Screw petsmart and petco! Support your local groomers! Next day service when petsmart and petco couldn't get to us for over a week!

Took my Three Pomeranians today 10/7/20 for baths and grooming they did an awesome job we had a small hick-up due to lack of communication on both parties but Tracy was quick to correct the issue made the situation feel the absolute most comfortable while making sure I loved the way my pup ended up looked. I loved it ! Thank you so much Teresa and rest of the staff y’all have gained a loyal Customer.

Awesome work on my dog

My dog was comfortable with his experience. He was ready in only one hour. He was very well groomed and bathed. I'm thoroughly happy with the care he was given.

Having been a groomer myself several years ago, like 20+ years ago. I am very critical of any grooming shop. For the 1st time, and that's NO exaggeration, I am super excited to have found a shop that treats their animal clients as their own and they so an exceptional job. I would highly recommend taking your babies to K-9 Design, you won't be disappointed.

I took our Persian cat in to get a wash and cut. I was happy they accepted him with short notice for sure. Our Persian is very good and doesn’t fuss during these appointments. But when I brought him home I had to rewash because he had hair all over him in addition to a cut on his front leg from a clippers. It looks as though they did a rush job on him, but for $90 I expected more. I can’t believe they don’t even wash just inside the ears. I used to go to another place and paid $45 for the same service plus the nails were trimmed, the only reason I came here was it is much closer and convenient. I really thought that was part of the service but i was mistaken. I went to this place twice before with much better results. I had to take the scissors out again and touch up in the spots which were missed. I really wish I could rate better, but due to this experience I will not return. Very disappointed.
