I've been seeing Spring Creek Animal Hospital since I adopted my cat. Dr. David Campbell helped me out a lot. Always professional with reasonable charge. I have to take my cat for an international travel recently. The paperwork gave me a bad headache because it's very complicated. I'm lucky to find that Dr. Oliva is an expert in this. She's very patient to walk me thru the process and prepare all the documents needed. I made it without encountering any problem! Highly recommended!

Was able to get in to see Dr. Oliva right away......with no scheduled appointment. My dog was needing to see a vet and I was very happy with the friendliness of everyone in the office. I am seriously considering changing vets!!!! A+

Very disappointed with the general attitude of this office. This is not kind vet, it's something else. The staff and doctors seemed to care in the past, but now it is just another piecemeal operation and unnecessary tests and services are pushed to raise more revenue, rather than kindly treat the pets. They also still use choker leashes instead of the dog's leash for some unexplained reason. For the amount we spend, an actual doctor visit would be nice, but after waiting in a room for 30 minutes only to be given a 30 second consultation as the vet stands in the doorway is unacceptable and just bad customer service.

Very nice staff. However, kinda expensive. About $90 for a simple checkup & rabies shot.

Had an emergency with ???? ???? and the staff worked me into the schedule. Wasn't cheap but this is part of the costs when keeping pets.

I love this vet. They always give multiple options for treatment and are upfront and honest if the more expensive one is truly worth it or if we should start with the less expensive one to see if that works. I’ve definitely had other vets take advantage of me in a stressed out and emotional state and I feel like this vet would never do that.

Dr. Oliva is very quick to answer e-mails and provide advice about my new dog. She understands pet behavior and provides manageable solutions. The staff is incredibly caring and professional - they are so careful with my animals. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone with pets!

This poor post is not about the vets or the individuals who work in the back with the animals its about a very RUDE, UNCARING SMART ALECK receptionist I am assuming is his role: On 04/09/21 I took my 7y/o Chihuahua in for her annual exam and vaccines. She received her heartworm test, rabies vaccine and the Leptospirosis vaccine. The very next morning her behavior was very strange she was hiding around the house, panting and was very tender on both rear legs possibly at the injection site. So understanding that sometimes dogs like humans can be a little lethargic, feverish etc. however this behavior was very much different and totally out of the norm. I called on 4/10/21 and a male I am assuming a receptionist answered the phone and was very " RUDE " he talked down to me and told me they were busy and oh well basically and then I told him that I was a Paramedic and definitely understood the basics of reactions etc. he continued and had no care and concern for my pet. I even asked if they could maybe just have a vet take 10min and call me and his response well "AGAIN" we are very busy and if you get a call it may be after 12pm and mind you this call was placed at 8:05am. I was even told that I could just take her to an emergency vet hospital. So within just a few minutes a very nice female maybe a vet tech or vet assistant who obviously cares about animals called me and was extremely professional and caring. She listened to my concerns and I also explained to her I was a Paramedic so I wasn't trying to be some over reacting uneducated individual but the dogs overall demeanor etc. was very out of the norm and I was concerned. After her explaining to me that even if dogs had the Lepto vaccine previously she could have developed an allergic reaction and the fact that it was injected in her left hip, which is her handicap side where she has no use of that leg from trauma received prior to me adopting her from a local rescue could be a small factor. She gave me recommendations and even stated if she wasn't better in an hour to bring her in and they would evaluate her. Unlike the most RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL male receptionist that talked down to me as if I was some dumb uneducated individual. Never once even said please hang on so I can talk to the vet real quick or I will have the vet call you etc. he was very persistent that they were busy and if I got a call it would be after 12p. Thanks to the nice female who called but to the disrespectful male he needs training and if he don't care about animals or will even listen to a dogs owner he needs to be FIRED.

My family has been using this vet for the past ten years. Dr. Oliva and her staff are the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. They have lovingly taken care of our four dogs ???? and one cat ????. I have since moved out of Tomball into Houston and I still visit here because of the exceptional care that our babies receive.

Dr. Linda Oliva, Dr. David Campbell, all the doctors and staff at Spring Creek Animal Hospital are fantastic! We had been hoping to find a practice as kind, supportive and skillful as Dr. Oliva.  Our dogs have been treated as individuals - acknowledging their breed, age and their kooky quirks. Our "gang of 4" (three Corgis and a Pyrenees). love the clean calm office and the attentive knowledgeable staff.  Our oldest Corgi had to have a large growth excised. As an RN, I can attest to the skill that Dr. Oliva exhibited, evidenced  by Loki's rapid and uneventful recovery. Our last two vets retired and each time we were at a loss to replace them. So we are three times lucky! Absolutely recommend Dr. Oliva, her partners and her staff!
