Great people and clean facility.

Great place. Our older dog comes back in a great mood because of the 4x per day attention. This was tested aftet being gone for 14 days, as our 13 year d lab mix looked great and was very happy. They also gave him 2x per day antibiotics for an infection with no drama or problems. Great and caring staff. Highly recommended!

Love this place! We have been going to CFPR for 9 years with multiple dogs. Each pickup the dogs have always been happy and playful as when we dropped them off. We have had no issues with grooming with our lab and rottweilers. I have found the handlers to be friendly animal lovers The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I cannot speak to the day care or training, but there always seems to be a bunch of happy dogs if we are there during a weekday. Keep up the great work CFPR team, and thank you for the care you provide.

Our favorite pet resort, reason being the large kennels have indoor and outdoor option for the dogs to access through a doggy door in their kennel. Alecia is great with our 130# Cane Corso being bathed. Grass and shade for outdoor play areas, along with a pool for an extra cost. We have not had a bad experience.

This is such a wonderful facility! I don't ever have a worry when I leave my fur babies! I know they take such great care to make their time away from home safe and anxiety free! Thank you Cypress Falls Pet Resort!

I am one of those crazy people who treats her dog like her baby. That being said, I was so nervous to leave my pup for the first time with anybody! I found Cypress Falls and immediately knew he would be loved and cared for there. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and the staff is top notch! On Chunk's first visit I was so nervous to leave him that his tech for the weekend texted me photos of him to ease my mind. I know it's the place for us because when we walk in the doors Chunk is so excited and clearly loves to be there! We tried a nearby boarding facility when CF was booked and ended up not leaving Chunk there because CF has spoiled us with how clean the facility is and how professional the staff is. You can't compare other Pet Resorts to Cypress Falls. I recommend Cypress Falls to everyone I know!

We love CyFalls! We have 3 dogs and have boarded them here a few times. The indoor/outdoor runs are amazing! We highly recommend the facility and the fantastic staff.

We finally found a great place to take our cat, Willow. She is an inside cat and does not like to be boarded. It takes her a couple of days to get settled. We were so thankful that they were attentive to Willow when she wouldn't eat or use the restroom the first couple of days. They called me to make me aware. I was so worried, but was very thankful they called me back before their shift was over that Willow started going to the restroom. This was such a relief because we were in Florida and felt helpless. Kudos to Denise for taking such great care of Willow that night and for calling us back with an update. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of Willow for that week, we appreciate you! We will definitely keep boarding Willow here and recommend Cypress Falls Pet Resort for boarding your fur-babies (cats)!

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, and my pup always comes home happy and exhausted from playing all day. I love that they give you the option to pair your pup in the kennels with another friend if need be and also saves you some $$$

I brought my doggy here for the first time. She stayed 4 days. My dog came home happy, healthy and loved. When I picked her up the staff gave me a journal of how she was when she was there, she was happy the whole time! My Iris is a very energetic animal and the techs did such a wonderful job! I WILL be bringing her back and I'm thinking about using their doggy daycare services for her as well!

Typically this facility has been fantastic but the last time we went to schedule the first apt was 4 weeks out so we took what they had. The day before the appointment I get a call about my 9:30 appointment the next day I say no I scheduled a 8 am appointment. Drop the two dogs off for cuts Saturday morning and call at 10 am for an update and they say it will be another 3 hours. WHAT!!! They have been cutting these boys for years and it takes 2.5 hours. They are over booking and not meeting there obligations. Very sad to see this down turn. Also the prices have gone up.

Used this establishment for years. Always friendly and personable service. They love our dogs and cat....our animals always come home relaxed and refreshed; never stressed out.

My Poodle has been coming to cypress falls since they opened. She looks beautiful when she is groomed and the atmosphere is very friendly and conscientious.

Love place for Daycare and boarding. They have always taken good care of my fur baby. And have been using them for 9-10 years. In past, had really bad experience with groomer - think Chris is his name. Blond, head groomer. He basically said F_you without saying the words. The experience kept me away for 6 months during a time when I took my dog for play and grooming 1x a week. Although I bagan using them again for day play and boarding, I didn't use grooming services again until about a month ago. Made specific request "Chris" not groom or bathe my dog. Girl named Tiffany groomed him and did a great job.

Our old girl was not feeling well but they took SUCH good care of her. Felt so glad we too her here!

We have used this pet resort twice now and each time we were satisfied with how they housed and treated our dog while he was there. They sent us emails and photos of our beloved pet and a status of how he was responding to his stay there. There is indoor and outdoor housing plus the indoor/outdoor housing which we chose. I would recommend this soap for a place to house your pet if you cannot take them with you.

This place is a great find for us. Our two huskies love it and come back happy and a good kind of tired. Thats a good accomplishment for high energy dogs like huskies. We all get a great vacation for a reasonable price.

Our "Sugarbelle" loves going to "camp" here! They take great care of her and dote on her as if she were their own. Sugarbelle gets so excited when she sees her bed and food are being packed because she knows she's in for a fun few days!

Very nice staff! I feel they cared for my dog very well while I was away. It was the longest I had ever boarded him and the most comfortable I've ever felt with a pet resort.

I’ve been taking my Zoey there and place is amazing. Staff loves the animals and truly cares about them.

My dogs are always well cared for. Can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. Wouldn't place them anywhere else. I know and trust the facility and staff.
