This was the first and last time I visit this location. I had an appointment at 15:30 (After they rescheduled it) but they checked in my dog until 16:00 without any apology. I think my time matter as much as theirs and that is something I do not tolerate. Then they told me to wait because my dog needed to be checked out, 16:35 and they called my name just to let me know that they forgot I was part of the Optimum Wellness Plan and the check out was already done. If you have plenty of time, then visit this location.

I don't usually go to this location. However, I needed to get my dog in and they were the first available in my area. I was a little late to my appointment (I had never been, and I had no idea where I was going my GPS took me to the wrong place), the lady up front (I think her name is Christina??) was very kind and understanding. They were so nice to me, as well as my dog! She HATES the vet, but the technician was so nice and understanding.

Did not honor the appointme t set up for my dog. Arrived on time and had email and voice-mail proof of date and time. They called my husband a liar and said that he missed his appointment and that it was scheduled for an earlier time that day. When he showed the email confirmation and the voice-mail message confirming the appointment time (which was for when he arrived not earlier) they blew him off and said the doctor was leaving so deal with it. We will be canceling our insurance with them and not returning. The lady was extremely rude and literally told my husband that he was lying.... unacceptable.

Banfield is absolutely amazing! They take care of my pups like they are family members. I have been using them since my 4 year old was a baby! Nothing but good things to say!!

After our horrible experience with Banfield in Cypress we went to Tomball to clear things up and see if our puppy was ok. If they didn’t tell us how serious his condition was we wouldn’t have been able to give him the medical attention he truly needed right now into bringing him back to normal. Thank you Tomball!

I'm sure the vets do an amazing job, but their prices are crazy expensive, and then they refer u to Petsmart food as a script.for the dogs, and that is super expensive. Please let's get back to being able.to afford to.tske care of our dogs instead of pricing us out of putting down that special friend of ours

I was told my a dog's appointment would be a drop off, which is fine. What is not fine is the 6 hour wait, the refusal to give any information when asked, and the fact that during that entire 6 hours, she didn't even get looked at. Not even the nail trim requested. I ended up taking my dog out of that hospital without treatment (as of she was going to recieve it anyway). She is being seen today by a better Dr, with better customer service, and total transparency on what is happening with my dog. None of that was provided here at Banfield in Tomball. An absolute disgrace. And this seems to be the state of veterinary medicine everywhere. Why enter the business if you don't care about the animals?

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I signed up for one of the wellness plans for my kitten, and when it came time for her to be spayed the vet made up told me that her enzymes were down but proceeded with the procedure. Or so she claimed, then told called me told me that they put her on the anesthesia and her hearted started dropping but they took her off and that she was fine....$442 later on top of the monthly $30 payment I pay.... I bring my poor kitten home and she’s acting completely fine. As if nothing ever happened..I’m sorry but if her heart was failing and she was on any kind of anesthesia she would not have been the hyper active playful kitten she always is when she got home. I took her to another vet and got her spayed and everything went well......I’m going to finish paying the contract with this wellness plan and I’m never using them again. I strongly suggest to go to a different vet because this whole thing seems like a scam.

I have been going to Banfield for about a year. The pricing was always terrible and I didn't want to spend $50 a month on the plan but I got comfortable there. I think the last straw was them giving me a dose of trifexis. I took it out and it seemed bigger than normal like huge and that should have been my hint to not give it to my dog but I thought maybe they changed the way it looked. The package said it was for his correct weight so I trusted it and gave it to him last night. Today he hasn't eaten and he's vomited. Upon further investigation looking at pictures I believe he was given the wrong dose as there were 4 dots on the pill. Again this is my bad for not researching more before but when you get a dose that says it's correct you trust it. I already decided to find another vet and made an appointment but this kind of sealed the deal. They are so busy with drop off and pick up that phone calls are hard so I'm just going to monitor my dog and if I have to take him to an emergency clinic I will.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for Monday and they called that morning and asked if I can come the next day at 11:30. I took him 15 minutes early and they said I could drop him off and they’d call me when my dog was done. I called at 1:30 and he still hasn’t been seen. Ran out of things to do in town and needed to go for another appointment so I stopped to check on him. Almost 3:30pm and he hadn’t even been seen. I took him and left. They should let you know it’s an all day thing. My dog doesn’t do well in a cage all day. Only good to report was the very friendly receptionist. Won’t be back there.

We were referred to Tomball Banfield from.the Houston location. Our dog Kurt had an accident needed FHO Surgery. The highest rated orthopedic surgeon Dr Glass was located here. He is an amazing vet who has performed thousands of operations and trained hundreds of other vets. Semi retired, he is a grandfather type figure with a warm and reassuring manner. At that time he only operated twice a week, Not sure if current. Operation was huge success with No complications. The staff was incredible from making the appts, to rescheduling to answering all our questions . They were patient as I had to raise $$ for surgery.( would cost 2 to 3 times more in houston). The techs,assistants and clerks all went above & beyond. They called to xhecknon Kurt before and after surgery. Handled schedule changes w grace and were sensitive to budgetary issues. Every single person I dealt with in person or 9n the phone was amazing. Thank you all so much. 9 year old Kurt runs around like a puppy.????????????????

I have been taking my pets to Banfield for 8 years now. I started going to this location when I moved to the area a little over 2 years ago. By far the best staff out of all the locations I have been to.

I took my two dogs in to Banfield, Tomball, Tx yesterday to have their teeth cleaned. Strike 1... I went to pick them up, they brought out the wrong Dog, and ask if "I'm sure it's not my dog." Really? Seems they had two dogs in the back named Bella. Strike 2.... as I'm waiting with my other dog for MY Bella to come out, I look down and my standard poodle is covered in poop under her tail. I ask them why they would give her to me in that condition, so the young lady took her to the back to clean her up. Five minutes later, she comes back out and my dog looks the same. She said the vet techs told her they cleaned her up after the dental and that's the best they could do. She left poop all over the floor when she sat down. I was really upset that they expected me to put a poopy dog in my car and that they would not even try to clean her up. I said I was going to have to take her to the groomer and have them clean her. Three more times in the back and she finally comes out somewhat clean. Strike 3.... when I spoke to the vet before the dental appointment, I asked her if they would cut the front nails back really far when she was asleep because the groomer has let them get long. She said sure we can. So, when I took them in, I told the girl to make sure the nails were cut really short while she was asleep, like I spoke to the vet about. Long story short, the nails were tipped, not cut short. I had to talk to the vet, she said it was a misunderstanding and I got my almost $28.00 back. I bought their wellness package to get the dentals done ($430/each, +++.)They called and tried to upsale me while they had my dogs. My poodle still has yuck on her front teeth. She's only 1.5 years old. I have pictures to prove all this. There's more, but I will stop at this.
