Didn't take him out 4-5, times a day as promised. Room had food on the floor the whole time and he was absolutely filthy and sticky when I picked him up and he went in clean and groomed. .

Parkway has always shown to be a four to five star resort. My request has always been that the management should consider incorporating the "Dog TV channel" the results are phenomenal in a kennel and it's not expensive and it brings the noise level down to a low roar somebody might think about that there is a lot of stress on a dog and cat and surrounded by so many that are also kept in safety..... My dog has tremendous separation anxiety issues and it takes at least a week of recuperation after doing time at the bark way resort. And I use to recorces of the Dog channel to keep my dog focused on the TV and not feel alone if we have to leave them for a Short time because we have the TV on all the time when we're home. Serious Food for thought

Poor communication. When I dropped off my dog I specifically told the receptionist I wanted my dog to have pool time on Sat and Sunday. I was never informed the pool was closed on Sundays, until I picked him up. If I would've known in advance I could've asked for the personal play time instead of the pool time for Sunday. When I asked if my dog had pool time on Sunday thats when I was informed it was closed. No apology for the miscommunication. We will not be going back.

Very nice & professionally run family-operated place. Managed to get my dog approved a day before we attended a funeral & needed daycare for her. Had to use them again a week later when we travelled to Tomball again for yet another funeral of a relative so we really appreciate them.

First time with my 2 small dogs and I was very happy with the outcome. The groomer did exactly as I asked and they didn't bolt towards me when they saw me, which is unusual.

We had Ziggy stay for 5 days. He came back happy and excited to see us. Staff said he did good. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend. Took my dog here twice to get groomed, spent $80 both times, and both times the cuts were horrible. I even specifically mentioned the bad cut on the second visit and that I was willing to give them a second chance since sometimes mistakes just happen. I asked the groomers if my dog gave them any trouble and they stated that she didn't. Don't know why they couldn't get a simple shave cut right. Only giving two stars because they did do a good job on her nails and offer blueberry facials. Will not be taking her back there, however. Have gotten much better cuts for less elsewhere.

Easy for drop off for daycare. Our dog is happy for over night stays to just seeing her friends at daycare . Staff excellent and communication is always clear.

Please stay as far away from this place as you can! I should have listened to the other reviews, but because it was so close to my home I decided to give them a chance. Huge mistake! It has now been 9 weeks since my dogs incident, 9 weeks I was given the run around. I took 10 month old puppy, who has been getting groomed since he was 12 weeks old, in for grooming. I have picture proof of what he looked like when I dropped him off perfectly fine and healthy 10 month old puppy. When I picked him up I noticed his eye was very watery, by that night he was unable to open his eye, I took pictures and I took him to the ER and I was told he had a corneal ulcer likely caused by something splashing in his eye at the time of his grooming. He was given medication and I notified the assistant manager who said she would notify the manager. I took the puppy to the follow up the following Wednesday at which time I was told the wound was still severe and he needed to be taken to a specialist. I once again notified Barkway, keep in mind they never once contacted me for follow up. That Friday, one week later, I was able to be seen by the specialist at which time he was rushed back for emergency surgery. I once again notified Barkway and sent all the vet bills. We ended up over $3k in vet bills and so began the runaround from barkaway. From the first week through the 4th week, I was told by the assistant manager that I needed to speak with the manager who was never available according to her. It was me calling every other day because they did not return my phone calls. When I finally spoke with the manager, he said I needed to speak with the assistant manager as she was the one on the case and she was out sick, I thought she was waiting for him? Finally, 5 weeks later, they asked for the vet information, which they already had as they had all the receipts from where he received his care, but in order to avoid an argument, I gave her the information. I let the vet know in advance that they would be calling and that it was okay to release my pet information. I called back a week later and was told that the vet had not answered. When I called the vet, they let me know that they had still not called. I called back and told her this to which she said she would call. She then said she was waiting on the owners response. It is now 9 weeks later, and the owner has just now decided to respond after a minimum of two calls a week from me. I was specifically told by the manager that the owners had not responded and that he figured it was because he already knew how he felt about the situation and that there was no way for them to know that the injury happened there and that there was nothing they could do to prevent it. How do you not know that it happened there when my puppy went in there perfectly healthy and I have picture proof of the difference from when I dropped him off and picked him up. I even told them I was willing to compromise in meet half way in order to recoup some of the funds. Now I just want to warn others, I did not listen to other reviews and now my puppy has vision loss for the rest of his life.

Amazing service for doggies. Boarding and day care services, attention to details like a bath on day of pick up, options for playtime and extra space in the kennel, and they give you a cute report about how the trip went.

I love this place! Only place I'd take my fur baby. It's hard to find a good place that's consistent. Everyone is friendly and prices are fair. I've never board my dog there, I only use the grooming service. But if I ever needed to, this place would be my #1 choice.

I have no experience as far as their services. I was there to apply. I put in an application but I don't really think about think the girls @ front desk knew really if & what they might be hiring for.

I had to board my puppy while my family and I were going on a vacation. The staff did a great job. The process was very simple to get him checked in. I suggest giving them a call to make sure your dog has all the required vaccinations. Overall, a great experience.

Since COVID19 my Sombra has been searching for a place to go to for doggy day camp. I’m very comfortable here and she has a friend from her former camp, that now comes to Barkway! Sooo Happy She is Thrilled!

My dog now has to seek medical attention because of the 5 cuts to his face. They now are saying that he has the cuts before we even went. Such a terrible company

The facility is always very clean and the front desk gets us in and out in a timely manner. We usually do daycare and my dog loves it. I've only boarded my dog there a couple of times, but he seemed happy and tired when he got back so I'm sure it went well. Prices are reasonable as well
