These Drs are wonderful! They take great care of our pups! Miranda is a fantastic groomer. The office staff is reliable and helpful. Love this place.

Thankful to have Angel's Pet Hospital to take care of my sweet pooch and keep him up to date on his wellness needs! I love how helpful and sweet the staff is here, they strive to make you and your pup feel welcomed! Also love that I get to shop for fun pet toys and treats while I'm there!! Ask for Halee or Kaity, they're my pup's preferred duo!! ????

EXCELLENT ????❤staff EXCEPT for older lady with short blondish hair... she was rude and matter of fact????. If it hadn't been for hospitable staff, and kind, caring, and patient veterinarian, Crystal Rutledge, I would have turned around and left!!????

Most staff and the veterinarian were excellent!! Friendly, patient, and very loving to my dog. One older lady with short blond hair unfriendly, matter of fact... I'll try this hospital one more time. If I am treated poorly (hopefully she's not there) by her???? one more time... I'll find another place!!???? RIDICULOUS having to continue to wear a mask in our GREAT state of Texas where NO LONGER required!! I don't even have to do that in my doctor's office!!

I received a great tour and everything was explained. After looking around a bit I will be boarding my 10yr Daisy Girl. Very impressed with staff, lodging and helpfulness of taking my stress about leaving her for the first time. She will spend 10 days over Christmas.

Caring and Affordable. We're able to see my dog the next day for his UTI. I also love that I can call them to get his prescription without having to pay for an office visit.

Today was our first experience here. My dog is VERY nervous with vets but they were incredible! They took their time and by the end my pup was happy and we had answers! We look forward to continuing to use them

We took our cat to be shaven, trimmed, and/or cut and requested that his entire body be trimmed. We specifically requested that his face hair be trimmed as well. When we picked him up, Angel's Pet Hospital had taken it upon themselves to give him a lion cut, with hair around his face. Even though we had requested something specific, our request fell on deaf ears and they decided to give our cat the cut they wanted to give him. We still had to pay 100% of the invoice, even though we did not get what we requested. I mentioned to the lady at the reception desk that I would be writing a review to let customers know about their deceptive practice and she said o.k. It is strange that Angel's Pet Hospital would rather have a negative review published than trying to work with a customer. If you are looking for bad customer service and feeling like a second-class customer, then this is your place. The ladies at the reception desk don't look excited to work there, are on their personal devices, and it takes a long time to be acknowledged when you enter. The only good thing about Angel's Pet Hospital is all of the cats running around their reception area. If they could speak and walk upright, they could run that office better than the ladies at the front desk.

Because if the Covid situation, these guys have decided they will check you in from the parking lot. Then they take your pet inside to be looked at and bring them back when done. It's pretty efficient and worked just fine for me. I like it!!

Affordable vet work for minor problems. They finally started letting owners come in with their loving pets. Only issue is they seem to always have different newbies working here, which provides inconsistencies with the work performed. Otherwise, it's a lovely place.

One word, Tammy. As stated on so many of these post, she is cold, arrogant, rude, and unempathetic. That is a face I would never want to run my business. She needs to retire.

I have been going there since it opened and my experience has been exceptional. The care and compassion shown to my animals is beautiful.

Angel's is a wonderful full-service veterinarian facility. Every person there shows excellent care for my two dogs, from the front office staff to the veterinarians. The vets are kind, compassionate and show genuine care and love for animals. This is not a pretentious, overpriced facility! The employees and doctors here provide sincere loving care to my dogs at a reasonable price. They are patient and knowledgable. What a breath of fresh air!! Thank you Angel's Pet Hospital. I have not had an issue with them until today. Olivia gets very stressed when seeing the vet which they knew from seeing her previously. I called and asked if they could give me something so they could do her initial exam but they wouldn't until they saw her - understandable. They saw her yesterday and wanted to do a senior panel in which she expectantly wouldn't cooperate. They gave me medication and asked me to bring her in the next day 3 hours after giving her the meds. They were under staffed so I waited a hour for her to be seen and have a senior panel done. They couldn't get all the samples necessary or wouldn't because they close at noon and it was now 12:30. They want me to give her meds and bring her in again tomorrow but can't guarantee they can see me right away and won't make an appointment time because it is a tech visit. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a tech while taking my 250$ for the senior panel that they didn't pull all the samples for.

We've been using Angel's for pet care and boarding for 20 years! The doctors and staff are caring, professional and wonderful!

We have a family of 5 Jack Russell's and we have been going to Angels from the day they have opened. So caring, helpful and knowledgable. We love our Doc she is awesome!

Not just good; great! My little one was dumped in our front yard. Never had been on grass, had a serious injury to one eye and was horribly matted. She had so many health issues 9 years ago and at the least of age 12 now and she is still going strong by Angel's care!

I've only been here one time before this last visit. And it was sort of an emergency, but they fit me in and treated my dog. The first visit is all it took to see how reliable and how genuinely caring Angel's Pet Hospital is. And for me to get him the best care, it's here that gives me piece of mind that he's getting it.

All the ladies whom answered were very lovely. I called to schedule an appointment for my fur child and they answered all questions I had and were just very nice! The Vet. did call me while waiting for the tests to let me know how Kira was doing and had asked questions in regards to any behaviors (she's anxious when myself or my husband aren't with her but they did their best to keep her calm while getting all her shots, tests. Definitely will come back again.

Reassuring and trusted for over 15 years. Would not take my four-legged babies anywhere else.
