I think they charge a premium for their services that is well worth it in terms of customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. Could I go somewhere else cheaper? yes... but this is a small store with the same staff who remember me and my dog when we go in. I will always make the exception to spend a little more for peace of mind for my furbaby and with people who genuinely seem to care.

This is the only retail store I'll buy my fur baby's food. Natural Paws sells high quality brands that are healthy for our pets. The folks here are also super nice, caring, and knowledgeable.

I recently went into this store because I was at the place next door. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was! Flower was so helpful and gave me so many ideas! I just wanted to look around and I found so many answers from Flower. My dog has been biting herself for what feels like forever now and my vet couldn’t help but she helped show me food and it’s been a few weeks but the food has made a tremendous difference. I don’t even like google reviews but I thought the world needed to know how great she was and how it’s changed my little Bella. It was as simple as a good switch!! I will be back again soon and if your dog is having issues I totally suggest going to see Flower! Thank you guys so much!

I've been getting my pet tags from Natural Pawz for years, ever since a dog park friend showed me his collar tags. Service is efficient and the process is easy. The tags never, ever come off. You can't go wrong here.

We went in a little over a month ago looking for a toy for my destructive Boston Terrier who tears up all toys within 10 minutes. The ladies inside helped me with a toy that had great reviews. It was a bit expensive but worth it if she couldn’t tear it up. She’s now had this toy 5 weeks and she hasn’t manage to tear it up at all! It looks almost new and defiantly worth the $25 price tag! We will be back to get her more!

I use to go to Kriser's in Hughes Landing and then found out Flower moved to this store location. I decided to go back to check it out since I have not been in a while. Flower of course was fantastic and remembered exactly what I feed my furr babies! Another staff member was there, I believe her name was Christine or Christina and she was an absolute pleasure. I recommended my neighbor check out their grooming facilities because a customer was picking up their dog and she looked so adorable and come to find out my neighbor already goes to Natural Pawz for all of her dog's needs.

We used to love the grooming service here but the last couple of times we have taken our bichons there we have felt they did a rushed and uneven job.. Also, they do not require their sales clerks to wear masks. I can understand why the groomers would not wear them, but would expect the cashiers to do so. Sadly, I think we will have to look for another groomer.

The manager has been so sweet to me, I met her and the District Manager last time I was in. They made great recommendations for switching my 2 dogs to Fromm.

Let me start off by saying I have a very...unique dog. She is usually always very nervous about getting groomed. I've gone to a few of the other natural paws locations, but I finally found the perfect groomer. Everytime I bring my dog in to see the groomer Marion here. Instead of shaking with her tail between her leg. She actually gets excited! The groomer also does a really great job in regards to the groom itself, but the fact that my dog isn't a nervous wreck everytime now is the biggest blessing!

Marion does a fantastic job of grooming the skittish little long-haired chihuahua!

Marion has been grooming my Yorky for years. She's articulate, and precise. Yorkie s aren't the easiest to groom. Awesome job everytime!
