PetSmart Spring, Texas

Been going to this one for over 3years and boy has it ruined down, the fish are so bad and I feel sorry for them. I went to go get bettas and they all on thier sides and water looking bad who would go pay for one. If they been up there for a while shoot put them half off. So I went to the back to look at others well it wasn't no better . I was going to shop for other things, but I was just so disappointed. They need to hire the right managers and small animal person. I just moved to PETCO now what amazing tanks yall should go take a field trip and maybe take notes. Got two pretty healthy bettas there.

Petsmart groomer Kristina ruined my baby Zena's shiny black coat. In for a bath & trim not chop off all of her shiny black coat to her undercoat. In what world would anyone do that to a 2yr old husky/shepherd mix. Mgr, Nikta says blade used will take off more hair than I had been shown. I could care less about not paying. If I could give no stars I would. I've been to this place and never had this problem. I surprised no other groomers stopped her and said wait that's not right. I am never taking 2 dogs back to incompetence. Someone should trained better common sense to groomers and the groomer never even apologized for her mistake -no accountability. No supervision

Large variety of dog food that is well organized. The store is always super clean and staff is very friendly.

They don't acknowledge Christmas for fear of offending other religions/beliefs.

I like this place for the variety and options it provides. However, the pricing is not competitive and the cashier was so distracted reading something that I didn't feel like it mattered that I was there. I even had to tell her that my transaction didn't come through for me to complete on the credit card machine.....it's no wonder people prefer Chewy.com

Sometimes there is a bit of a line at checkout since they tend to only have one register open at a time but it goes quick. The selection is great and they have exactly what my pup needs. Haven’t needed to interact with someone to find anything since the layout is rather intuitive but the cashiers are always friendly and quick.

There items hold them very well as in the hostels

I took my pets to the Banfield Vet Hospital in this store and they took really good care of them . The people working in the store are also very friendly and helpful .

Disappointed I chose to bring my puppy here for grooming. It was my first time using the service and it will definitely be the last. They didn't do the cut I asked for first and foremost. Then they told me they couldn't do the incorrect cut properly because my puppy wasn't cooperating. So I paid $75 for an uneven haircut that I didn't even ask for in the first place. I also drove 30 minutes to this location and they said it would be 3 to 4 hours which is standard and was fine by me but as soon as I get home from dropping him off they call me to tell me he's ready! I could have waited at the store or shopped at the nearby stores instead of wasting time and gas by going all the way home! Find a better place to bring your dog. I should have read the reviews beforehand. Ultimately Petsmart doesn't care to even read these reviews. You can see there's no response to any reviews.
