(01/03/2021 2.00pm) Young gentleman at the register was taking so long with the checkout cuz he was too busy talking, 2- items weren’t bagged. I had to do it my own. 3- he was being rude because he wasn’t able to scan the item. Sadly, I had this experience from my fav petco location after being here many times past few months. Hope, they will fix it before it is too late

The salon attendant CHANTAL, was very attentive. After she realized how much my girl was afraid. She literally sat down on floor at the entrance to do her nails. This is AWESOME. Thank You Chantal for your service

This store is always clean and organized. Found a good selection of clearance Halloween items too!

Great service made returns with no issues!

I did an online order and in my purchase was calming collars for my cat being with us on the road. I ordered curbside delivery but by the time I opened the package to put the collar on my cat we were already on the road and the box was empty. The cashier was so friendly and very helpful. I do suggest that maybe if it isn't too much of a hassle, for employees to make sure products are in their boxes before handing them out in curbside orders to customers.

Customer service is AWFUL. They keep you on hold for a very long time. I love love the groomers but that's all.

Allison is always a great person to work with. We enjoy going to the store when she is there. She is so pleasant & sweet. Great Job Allison!

Took our older poodle there today 10/5/21. She came home with a flat top, her poodle puff was shaved off. Her feet were not clean cut, and her long ears were cut short. Her face and ears were still dirty. I gave her a bath myself. Not sure what happened. Very disappointed.

I took my new puppy kody into the store today and the worker Allison was very helpful really tentative answered all my questions gave me alternatives to use help me find the stuff that fit his size and need will definitely be going back thanks Allison

how the Pecos I have been going to I've been great some of the person and customer service hadn't really been so honest and some of the stores and they some of that fish in their stores be sick the one off of Westheimer and the beltway they are rude and they do not try to help you but the one up on Shepherd and one in Pasadena the one on highway 6 they all been fabulous stores this in some occasions I get some people have bad days but has been great to me so thank you Petco

Allison was extremely helpful in helping me find the things I needed and was able to suggest products for my cat that would help him recover better from being ill.

They don't email receipts, can't look up past receipts, and don't show them in your account online. In 2021 that's unexpected, and was a problem when the CC transaction total was surprisingly high. Store helped me figure out the high total, but an emailed receipt would have saved everyone time and hassle.

Nice Petco, typically less busy than other locations.

Great customer service and never ignored. Clean friendly and place. Derika was the young lady who greeted me and had a great big smile and was very attentive and helpful. We went to to get small dog a shot. Thanks.

At first she was kinda rude but later on she was ok

I normally just shop for bird food here, they always have some in stock and it's a quick and easy checkout.

I always go here for my kids pets which is hermit crab 2 goldfish a dog and a bird my older kids bought a betta fish here for my youngest kid which lived 2 yrs which is good for a betta staff fairly friendly expect the lady by the fish she always short and act like she dont want to be bothered
