Main Street Veterinary Clinic Lumberton, Texas

This is the only vet clinic I will trust to treat my furbabies! I have been using MSVC since they opened and it is so nice to call with a question and they know who I am and have the answers I seek. Dr. Hunter is always attentive to all of my babies. She always explains my options and takes the individual patient into consideration before making a decision about care. I have senior pups and she always takes that into consideration. She is honest, open and always calls me with updates. She and her staff were so good to me and my husband when we had let our Tuggy Bear go. Her level of care is out of this world (for the furry ones and the humans)! Also, shout out to Dr. Jimenez who had to see my cat during an emergency! My 18 year old cat, BooBoo had to be hospitalized for a few days and he was in critical condition. Her level of care is top notch. She has been so helpful and honest about the severity of Boo's condition and so good about communicating with me during his stay in the hospital. She really took good care of him and me during this stressful time. Dr. Jimenez is a good addition to the MSVC team of awesome Vets! Welcome Dr. Jimenez!

I brought my dog there a few times. Pretty much everyone I dealt with was rude. The most rude of them all was the lady who came out to my truck and took my dog in. I tried to have them send my doga records to the new vet and the lady said she'd send them over before my appointment and they never sent it. Very dissatisfied with this vet wouldn't reccomend to anyone send them

The staff is so kind and you can tell they enjoy working with the animals. In addition, the vets are very thorough. A+

Staff is awesome and they try very hard to solve any issues that concern you. Little higher priced then others local but I guess good service always should.

I started using mainstreet a few years ago when my previous vet retired. Had an amazing experience with Dr Ramsey. I started referring friends and family to use them. Dr Ramsey has since left mainstreet and since there I have a poor experiences with communication, trying to schedule and trying to get my pets in for emergency visits. One of the last times i took my pet there they messed up drawing a blood/urine sample and couldn’t get accurate results and still charged me for it. They could seem to care less about my pets when I call and explain to them what is going on. Luckily I found another local vet that got my pet in with no problem and she had never been seen there before. I now will never tell anyone to use them again.

These are the best people they got me straight in after my neighbor shot my 7 month old baby girl she's 1/2 each German Shepard/ BullDog. They handled her like a pro and made me feel totally at ease considering I was loud and probably rude and bossy but they were just awesome I highly recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased. The Veterinarian and technician were both knowledgeable, explained things in detail and very kind to me and my dog. He had a sick tummy. 2 days later he was bit 3 times in the face by a water moccasin! They saved his life and we will be eternally grateful for their kindness. I worked as a practice manager at a veterinarian clinic in Galveston for 13 years. I know what good care and customer service is and these guys have it all. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Although very sad situation my family had to experience by putting our beloved dog down. This place was totally caring respectful and would like to thank the ones that encountered our situation for this was a very hard decision. We loved our dog Layla.

Ok so my dog was healthy fun and active before I brought him there afterwards they said he was positive for heartworms but didn’t talk to me about it. Than gave me medicine for his skin ok. Here we are three days later my dog is not drinking not eating and throwing up everywhere and when I call they tell me well you will have to pay 400 to find out what’s wrong. Are you serious he was a perfectly happy dog before I brought him there now he is not responding to me not drinking not eating and has a fever and still throwing up and they will not help me. I had a ton of people say come here but no. Will not help me will not explain to me why this may happen or anything they gave my dog that could have caused this. I will tell everyone my horrible experience and how they did not help my dog.

We take all our babies here. They love your pet as much as you do. Best care ever. They cry with you when you have a lose. The only vet I trust. Love them all.
