For anyone considering or currently bringing their family pet to this grooming facility, I am begging you to please stop or look elsewhere! This grooming office is known for treating animals who have dealt with trauma and we learned today they are NOT experienced or caring enough to follow through with the job! My elderly dog is now being seen by the EMERGENCY VET to get stitches due to a careless groomer not paying attention to detail and CUTTING my dogs arm so severely that now he needs medical attention! There is NO EXCUSE for this happening, especially at a so called facility treating animals who have had trauma and need special care. My poor dog will probably never get over his fear of grooming again and the groomers here are to now blame. We put trust into them and not only are we HIGHLY upset with what happened to our family pet, the professionalism was beyond poor. The girl at the front continued to call my BOY dog a she and was unable to tell me anything that had happened and just let me know “she will need stitches.” There was no sense of sympathy expressed to what happened and they treated it as if this happens often and told us we could call their manager. I am still in disbelief that I am even having to write this or that this was my experience at a groomer’s specialized in trauma and elderly dogs! So again, anyone considering coming here LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Was able to fit us in that day which they say never happens they were super sweet and attentive to the dogs!!

I've brought my dachshund/maltese mix here multiple times for grooming and my Chinese Crested mix here twice. The last time wasn't a good experience. The manager called me back upset because my dogs didn't match their breed description, even though Chinese Crested can be powder puff and no one asked if he was naked or powder puff, plus this was his second time there and my dachshund mix had been there multiple times. The manager explained my dogs were going to take longer than they expected because their coats were not what they anticipated, and they had other appointments that day so I was causing inconvenience. Again, I'm confused because this isn't the first time either dog had been there. I apologized for the inconvenience even though the conversation felt really uncomfortable. They went ahead and groomed my dogs anyway. They did a rush job on both dogs. One of my Chinese Crested's nail was even cut too short and injured. I had to take him to the vet the next day because it was irritated. They never even told me about it. I realized it after I came home. They still get two stars. I'll go there for treats because it's conveniently located and they have a good selection, but I have started going to Natural Pawz for grooming. They do a better job and are much nicer.

Christy and the owner were very kind and understanding with our cat who became less than friendly when the water turned on! Very professional, upstanding people. Highly recommended!!

I have had our dog groomed at Kriser’s in The Woodlands, Hughes Landing on numerous occasions and have been extremely pleased! Today I went in asking for advise. Our dog appears to have seasonal allergies. I spoke with KEN, who asked questions and was extremely knowledgeable and caring. This meant so much to me. Ken was genuine and not in a hurry to rush me out the door or give a half hearted response. I knew I went to the right place????????????. Thank you, Ken for caring enough to ask questions and not only that but to listen to my answers! I truly appreciate you and the Kriser’s groomers and staff.

We've been going to this Kriser's location since it opened. Kriser's is an excellent place to get what you need for your pet as well as to get great advice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The groomers do a wonderful job and Ken has given us so many great tips and tricks to keep our pups healthy and happy. I highly recommend this store!!!

Dahlia had a wonderful hot oil treatment with O'Shea! She feels so soft, and smells amazing! She got the whole package of nail trim and grind, teeth cleaned, sani trim, bath and groom, and WOW! She is prancing around at home definitely feeling herself today! Mgr. Ken was so helpful with raw food suggestions and she got a new toy today too! One stop shop for my baby girl. ???? I love this store!

We’ve always had friendly, excellent service at Kriser’s in The Woodlands. Our dog adores her groomer, O’Shea, and he does a wonderful job with her grooming. Ernest from this store recently went above and beyond to get our girl a product we needed for her. Because they had been waiting a long time to get an expected shipment that was delayed, Ernest on his own picked up some of the product for us at another Kriser’s store location. We’re huge fans!

We found Kriser's as an emergency fix for a bad, half-shaved grooming experience with our 10yr old Bichon, Pistol. He was traumatized and grumpy (& looked horrible). They fit us in on the same day. Bee was so patient and worked wonders with his matted spots. She even stayed late when I misunderstood pick-up time. We are so happy and feel lucky to have found Bee and Kriser's. It feels like a small town store that really cares about customers and their pets. We will be back!

This has the feel of a small town local shop even though it's a chain, and the staff is great. I like to shop on my own, but if I ever have questions they've been knowledgeable and friendly. I've not used their grooming service, but from my in store experience if it's ever needed, it's where I'll go.

Love this place. We don’t live locally but visit every year or so for extended periods and they carry everything we need to keep our dog and cat happy on their regular foods and it’s a much more pleasant shopping experience than the chain stores. Ernest and Flower are amazing. Customer service like it used to be. We can’t say enough good things about this business and it’s staff.

Not only do they carry the best food & treats, but there employees are wonderful!. Flower has gone the extra extra mile to help me. She was always great before the Covid-19, but since then she has been so wonderful helping. As a 4 times cancer survivor I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her and your store and your employees!

Flower and the whole staff at Krisers are fantastic. Quick to help and always happy to love in our furry friends. Since they’ve opened, the staff has almost become family and they’re always happy to celebrate my pups birthday and all of life’s big mike stones! Flower made my experience at Kriser's enjoyable. She was friendly with a welcoming smile. She was able to assist me with what I was looking for. I've already spread the word to a few of my friends and family members. I'll definitely be back for sure.

We adopted a 4 yr old dog with long hair begging to be groomed. Due to her rough start in life, she's very scared of new people and new situations. After a failed attempt at grooming elsewhere, we had given up - figuring we'd need to learn how to do it at home. We went into Kriser's for some shopping, and due to their incredibly friendly and personable employees, we ended up discussing the failed grooming attempts. The response was - well we'd love to try! We had some smaller appointments - first just a bath, later just some trimming with the clippers, to ease our girl into the experience. They even let my boyfriend stay in the room with her for the first couple appointments so she wouldn't be so scared. ABOVE AND BEYOND when other places would've (and did) give up. Now several months later, we are able just drop her off for a regular grooming appointment every six weeks without a worry. And Kriser's always does a fantastic job. I see several reviews claiming their grooming prices are high - in my experience, the price is completely reasonable for the exceptional service we have received.

Every single time I visit Kriser's, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and goes out of their way to match the right food/products for my two German shepherds. Today's visit was no exception: Flower went above and beyond to make sure that my pups had what they need. This is the only place I buy my dog food! Always amazing service and the selection is fantastic!

Keiser's is the best pet supply store in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I could get my supplies closet to home but the staff makes the difference in where I shop Naomi and Ernest were very helpful the other day. If your have a pet this is the best place to shop.

Great service and so convenient. Love the treat selection and Ernest at The Woodlands store was so helpful in recommending dog bones and toys for my golden doodle.????

I love Kriser's! They give such excellent customer service as they go above and beyond! They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I recommend them to anyone who has a pet!

We like to think of this place as Whole Foods for our dogs. Top-notch quality food and treats, made even better by store staff who are exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. These folks always go out of their way to ask questions and determine the best products to suit our needs. It's not their fault (so i would never ding them) that online ordering for store pickup can be quite the mess. I cannot recommend it. Kriser's online system will sell you things that the store does not have in stock. And, if even one item in your order is not available, the store is required to cancel your entire order. Further, there is a lag in the system so Kriser's online does not know that the store has had to cancel the order and neither will you! Instead, when you arrive, you get to pay for your entire order two times and wait days for the credit. That's right---it's YOUR problem. If you place a larger order, this can be particularly frustrating and expensive. I spent a half hour in the store today picking up an online order. Store manager, Carolyn, and I both ended up on the phone with Kriser's online rep---who, of course, was all too happy to help "me" with "my situation." Wait, what? In the end, yes, your card is charged, but the order is cancelled, but it isn't---get it? Neither did I. After a lot of back and forth, we got a refund started. In the end, were it not for the outstanding service of Carolyn and Naomi, I would have walked out empty-handed, never to return. Instead, I paid for my order a second time---this time. I learned that it is better to CALL for curbside. That way, you get to talk with the good people who are actually in the store when you place your order, you pay for it once, and there are no surprises when you arrive.
