Took the dog for a grooming and they did a great job. Will use again

Our dog came back and was using the restroom in the house. It made me think they didn’t take her out to use the restroom.

This is the second time my Border Collie Lab mix (double-coated) has been shaved. There needs to be clarification that when the word "haircut" is used.. that you guys mean shaved. We clarified on the phone and in person what we wanted. I was asked if I wanted what we had gotten last time, in which I said yes because he was not shaved the previous time and was groomed appropriately. We are really disappointed as we have been taking our fur babies here for roughly 8 years I do not blame the person who groomed him, as I was told they asked the receptionist several times that he was in fact getting shaved. It seems as if they knew what they were talking about, unfortunately the receptionist did not

BEWARE!!!! We have been coming here for a few years for grooming and bathing. Just recently started using their boarding service. This last time as soon as they brought her out you could see Daisy was covered in a rash and had swelling in her face. They acted completely surprised and had no clue of what happened. How? It was absolutely noticeable! At home she stopped eating, started vomiting blood and her diarrhea had blood. The vet said she had eaten something that caused her body to go into this shock. After $600 in vet bills she is recovering. Her pancreas needs to be rechecked next week for any long term damage. The woman in charge says they hold zero responsibility even though this happened under their care and refuses to help with vet bill. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! DAISY COULD HAVE DIED! BEWARE!!!

If I could give this place a 0 * I would they are very neglectful and take no responsibility for injury or regards for what occurs in this establishment they will hurt your four-legged children and claimed to have no knowledge of it this isn't the first case that I have seen but now experience come out of this establishment and everybody needs to BE AWARE of what's going on in here. Enter this place "AT YOUR OWN RISK" and be very mindful of what could occur if you leave your baby's here it's a Scary Place to think that people would treat your baby like an animal when you don't showing nothing but love. I love my baby and others. I cant risk leaving my baby or babies here that I considerable like a child with total abuser allowing others to get hurt. I'm pretty sure if you asked around and investigate you'll find out more truth about this place and other issues. EVERYONE PLEASE BE MINDFUL

took my dog there recently and they cut her up really bad, i don’t recommend no one to go here, we trusted them with our little girl, but we pick up her and she has a cut in her eye, her chin, her,belly, and her little private part.

LOONG time customer here but probably not any longer. This place needs to change their name to Kennel Cough instead of Kennel Klub. Both of our dogs came down with Kennel Cough shortly after taking them to be groomed. $300 vet bill later, my dogs are still recovering and hacking all over our floors. This kind of condition is avoidable IF you have a clean water/food bowl and place to rest. What's sad is that this is the SECOND time they've exposed my pets to the cough. However this one was much worse. So, if you want to run the risk of exposing your animals to unclean working conditions, by all means go here, otherwise there are plenty of other competitors in the area that I'm sure care about the safety of your animals more than Kennel Klub (Cough) has shown mine.

We had to evacuate from South Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and chose The Kennel Klub since we could not find anywhere that would allow us to bring our one dog (Tucker) and two cats (Archie and Oliver). First off, we added play time to Tucker’s stay and was promised that photos would be added to Facebook. We never got photos and when asked, was ignored. Then, upon pickup, Tucker smelt horrible! Within a week of coming back, all three of our babies had Kennel Cough, and the two cats are still dealing with it. I seen a few other recent reviews stating the same thing. They have not been around any other animals, therefore it had to come from here. I understand that it’s a risk when boarding them, but between that, the lack of follow up on playtime, and Tuckers condition upon pick - I felt I needed to leave a review. #TheKennelCoughKlub

Took my cat Cheddar into have mats taken out specifically and was told they can do that. He spent all day there and he still has mats all over him. He was obviously not brushed, because he was still shedding a lot of hair. Very angry I spent $66 for basically just a bath. I hate posting bad reviews, but I feel like I was taken care of on false pretenses that my cat would be well groomed and taken care of.

Extremely disappointed. They will groom your dog the way they want too not give you what you ask for. The groomer confirmed she disregarded what I said. This is the second time they do this, but this time my dog looks "stupid". Very upsetting. They do not know how to groom a Pomeranian. Do not take your pet here!!

I've tried this Kennel twice for my dog for long trips and I must say this was the last straw. This is is the second time that I've picked him up and he's smelled awful, this time he had actual pee stains on his coat! Also, he's been flinching everytime I go to pet him as if he'd been abused. He eats and drinks as if he hasn't been served or cared for in days and upon further inspection, his testicles look like another dog bit him!!! No one made me aware of any of this, probably because I specifically asked them NOT to have my dog around any other dog! He's NEVER going back, save your money and go somewhere else!

This place is great. When we first came to check them out the staff was friendly enough to let us tour their facilities before leaving our puppy here. They offer a ton of great services. The most important of which is their doggie daycare. It's a lifesaver when you need to just drop off for a day. Our dog has loved the times we drop him off there. And we pick him up and he's worn out and ready for dinner and bed. Lol! Their prices are fair and the staff is very friendly when we bring out pup. I'm glad they're so close to us and continue to offer these great services.

They always have availability for baths but my dog gets sick when we kennel him

I love taking my dog here.... I work 9 to 6 and they let him do the doggy day care and will groom or do the exit bath before pick up. Everyone I have spoken with is really nice.

They did a great job with our blue Border Collie. He was in serious need of shedding and trimming. This is a dog who treats the mere touch of a brush as a personal violation of his soul. The folks at TKK persevered and did a wonderful job. Our BC could have wowed Westminster when he walked out of TKK. Thanks!
