The gentleman is very kind and welcoming. The lady is harsh, demanding and "pushy". They applied medication on my dog without consulting with us. I am only giving 3 stars because I don't want to take away the good work they have done with dressing my pup. The haircut has always been good. Whoever does that part... Thank you ????!

We have Terriers a Carin Terrier and Australian Terrier. Axxel and Jaxx. They knew what to do to them we didn’t have to say a thing we got them back and they were perfectly groomed!!!

I brought my friends poodle as she is out of town and I’m babysitting. They treated her so well and she looks great! Very happy when dropping off and picking up. It was first time I’ve used their service and was very happy!

They do an excellent job grooming my 3 dogs. You can tell they really love what they do and deeply care for every dog they service.

Wendy did a great job on my animals for years until recently she started being very rude to my wife saying that we needed to bring both of our dogs instead of just one. Another time her receptionist took the wrong day for an appointment and wendy claimed it was our fault. She will only disappoint you. Do not go here.

We just took our dog Comet. Owner was super rude. Horrible customer service!!

I have two mini Aussies. They need to go see Wendy every month to get their fuzzy butts cut. One of my furry babies is a nervous Nelly. Wendy comforts him before taking him back. I can't say my dogs love going, but they look fabulous when they leave.

TERRIBLE customer service, I do not recommend anyone bring their pets here. Today I dropped my dog off to get groomed and was told it would be “quite a while before she was ready.” I said that was fine as I had errands to run around town. I received a call less than 3 hours later at 1 PM from the same employee telling me my dog was ready and I needed to pick her up as soon as possible because they were planning to close! (Even though their sign on the outside of the store and online states that they are open until 5:30 PM). I dropped what I was doing and drove back across town to pick up my dog. When I tried to explain to the store owner why it wasn’t very convenient for them to close early and not inform me of a pick up time for my pet she became very hostile towards me and said “We are a mom and pop and we can close whenever we want to.” When i told her that was very inconvenient for customers she told me “if you need someone to babysit your dog just take themto Petsmart.” When I told her I was not asking anyone to babysit my dog just to provide a correct pick up time she stormed off. I will never return due to how rude the owner is. There are plenty of other grooming places in the Woodlands area don’t waste your time with this one.

She screams at the dogs when grooming very mean to animals would not take my dogs there.

Wendy is the best! They remember you and your pups, and take such good care of them. They always do a great job, I've been going there for 3 years.

This place is awesome. Wendi grooms all 6 of my dogs which includes standard poodles, toy poodles, and a maltese. Her place is the cleanest grooming facility I have ever seen. All my dogs look great and are happy happy when I get there. I wouldn't let any other groomer touch my dogs.

My first time to bring my precious puppy and I am happy for what they did to Riley. They listened to my special instructions on how I want it to be done and that's very important to me. I used to pay a lot to a mobile pet parlor who comes to our house and do the grooming but for the last few times, they don't do good anymore that's why I researched this Alure and it's just 5 mins away from my house so I am very happy. Thank you Alure and Riley will come back next time.

They just want what is best for your dog and it shows in the grooming quality they deliver.
