My puppy loves showing up for appointments as soon as she figures out where we are she gets so excited. They are truly amazing as soon as you walk in your greeted with such enthusiasm.My dog dream just loves loves loves all her nurses she ready for hugs and kisses.Dr.Doherty always answers all my questions I have called a million times and they walk me through any problems we are having.I am truly blessed we found a vet that helped us through the kennel cough she had leaving the pet store.I am looking forward to our years to come.

We took in our chameleon and found the staff was very friendly. The exotic animal vet was knowledgeable and reassuring. Luckily, his recommendations did the trick and we didn't need to bring our green friend back, but we certainly would've been comfortable doing so.

Very friendly staff and vet and the office was clean. This was our first visit here and I learned so much.

They had cat trimmed and returned to me in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and the price was fair.

Hello. I was looking for a vet to take my puppy Pug to for vaccinations and a check up. My next door neighbor recommended this place because she takes her dog there. Turns out, they were wonderful! My dog was a bit skittish going in but they were gentle and kind to him and he relaxed in no time. They checked him out, gave him his vaccines and he didn't whimper once! They even gave me info about having him neutered, if I chose to do so in the future. I think I've found the vet I want to treat my dog ???? from now on!! Thanks Grogan's Mill Pet Clinic for taking care of my dog and making him feel comfortable!

We took our 3 kitties in for upper respiratory issues. Dr. Dougherty was very thorough in explaining what was happening and the treatment. We discussed our vaccination records and plans. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We'll continue our care here.

The entire staff is WONDERFUL!!!! Athena adores her tech Amber. She goes crazy everytime she see her. Ther take extremely Great care of Athena. If I have questions, I can call the office and get a response in a reasonable amount of time. Her visits are awesome! I wouldn't trust no one else with Athena

I first chose the clinic because conveniently located but I stayed because of the care. Today , curb side service for Loulou ????. Teresa was fantastic and the doctor explained well what was done and his recommandations

Amazing Staff! My dog was suffering from a eye situation. My clinic had their doctor on vacation and called 2 other places they were on vacation as well. I was so pleased to stumble upon this gem. I was able to make a appt. We followed covid rules everyone was safe. My dog was well received. Doctor came to talk to me and actually did not rush me which I'm used to at my other place. My tech Jessica was helpful. We were in and out with our issue resolved quickly. Overall so grateful and I think we found a new location to come to. It is a drive for us but sometimes quality matters for the drive.

Great place, great staff, each of them are so caring for our huskies! Love our Vet Dr. Bradley, she has definitely set our hearts and minds at ease with our 1001 questions, she never tires of answering. Call and leave a message, she will call you or one of the staff will call you with answers, and they call and check up on them better than most Dr for humans!

My 10yr old lab’s annual check up was incomplete, even though I paid in full, they couldn’t get a urine specimen, so I’m supposed to follow her around with a ladle and collect it myself, and return it for testing. I’ve been taking her there for 11years, and this was never an issue. I was also told that I have 30days to do it. I’m not above doing this, but it is somewhat of an inconvenience.

I have brought both of my cats here and I am so thankful for everything they have done for us thus far. Definitely recommended

We have suffered the loss of our previous sulcata tortoise, and we were worried that it could happen again. I was referred here by another pet clinic and I can't express how happy our family is with the recovery of our baby Apollo. They were able to see Apollo the same day. Upon arriving I was taken back right away, I wished I had taken the staff's name because they were great ! The tech was handling Apollo with such care ???? The information we received from Dr.Doherty was very helpful in the recovery of Apollo. We can't be thankful enough !!!

Both of the veterinarians here are amazing. They are always patient and answer all of the questions in regards to my fur baby. He has been here around 6 times and there has never been an issue. This office is always on time with the appointments and there is never a wait. We always leave happy.

Amazing customer service. I took my Doberman Kuma a few weeks ago for an annual and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my stupid questions with no judgment. They seem to have a good system set up handling this pandemic, as everything was smooth sailing for my entire visit there. Thank you so much guys!

I'd be VERY CAREFUL trusting this vet with your beloved pet. He absolutely failed to tell my sister that her dog was in renal failure and then to add insult to injury, when the dog died, he claimed he had told her and her husband about the renal failure and they denied treatment! This was their baby! They were told she had a BLADDER INFECTION and were given antibiotics not renal failure. So so sad.
