I've been taking my pups to Bear Branch for about 10 years. They sure have grown and become very popular and for good reason. We receive excellent care from the staff. Heck, they have 3 people at the front desk most times and we rarely, if ever, see Dr. French anymore. I guess a sign of the times and indication of their popularity. The only downside is; I recently took my Chocolate Lab in to get spayed. I was told, based upon her weight (60 lbs) the procedure would be $360...expensive, I thought, but they are great caregivers. When I went to pick up my Lab, I was hit with a $490 bill. That took me aback and certainly a lot more than I was told the week before. I guess that too is a sign of the times as it closely mimics the never ending road construction and cost overruns for the street into Bear Branch, 2978. It's been a disaster of a project and way over budget. So, I should have figured the cost estimates for the businesses along 2978 aren't accurate either. Anyway, they provide great care but be aware of their costs. My 2 cents. Greg T.

I have taken multiple foster animals here and have also trusted them with my own personal pets. I have found them to be easy to talk to and understand and pretty accurate with their diagnosis.

The Bear Branch staff has earned my trust to take great care of my pets medical needs.

I have a dog with special needs, I was blown away by the excellent attention I got and the great care my doggie received. I highly recommend it. The hospital is very nice, very clean, has plenty of parking and easy access.

Two new puppies checked and received initial shots. The family left happy (except for shots).

Our cat Pango suddenly got really sick. I called and they put us in as fast they could. Dr Harris was the veterinarian that day. She showed a lots of knowledge. She was honest and did not try to give us hope where there wasn’t none. Pango had severe anemia with 7.8 of red blood cells. The normal is above 30. She gave us a options of blood transfusion in a hospital that would cost $3,000 or more. And said that it would last one week and he would have to have more. Pango had Feline Leukemia. We found him abandoned in a park he was 6 weeks old and sneezing blood. Doctor warned that he would not last one year. So we knew that one day he would die. While we decided at home what to do, he passed away 4 hours after we visit Bear Branch Hospital. Pango lived a happy life for 3 years and 4 months. He was a beautiful fluffy grey and white cat full of energy. ????. He died in 4 days after he got the first symptom. Very quickly.

We have taken all four of our furbabies to Bear Branch for many years and Dr. French and his team have always taken such great care of them. Thank you Dr. French and the Bear Branch family for all you do.

We have been taking our dog to Bear Branch for almost 6yrs. They have always been very attentive and caring with our dog! The staff is very friendly and skilled. Dr. French is our dog's vet. You can't go wrong with Bear Branch Animal Hospital. Still true today! Love this group!

Both Charlie and Gracie are patients of BBAH and we are 100% pleased with the care they have received. The staff is compassionate and very helpful. Dr. Harris calls to report results and check on our pups. We are blessed to have such great care for our dogs.

My female dog had to have a cancer spot removed. Dr. French and his staff were remarkable with the care and professionalism they provided. Unfortunately, my dog's stitches broke (by dog) a week after surgery and Bear Branch worked her in to their busy schedule to attend to her. Dr. French took care of the issue with loving care and expertise. I'm very grateful to have such a great vet!!

I would like personally thank all the personnel of Bear Branch and especially Dr. Pawlowski went beyond their regular professional duty to treat/help my precious giant breed girl. My beloved giant breed has cancer, she was so weak and unable to stand; it was stressful to move her to the hospital. Dr. Pawlowski was so kind, she personally came over with a technician to help my beloved girl to cross over the bridge. It made the entire process less stressful. Thank you to all Bear Branch personnel making this grieving process easier for me. Thank you for your compassion and went beyond your professionalism.
