I brought my furbaby in with rashes and an ear infection. They were completely transparent about what he needed and sent me home with medicine that cleared my baby’s skin and ears up in just 3 days. A few months later my baby stopped eating and I took him straight back. They were completely transparent with me about his diagnosis and unfortunately, you had cancer and was deteriorating rapidly. I made the decision to put him down because I didn’t want to see him just starve away. And just for a little context, he was 6 years old and means the world to me. I’m familiar with death, but loosing shooter has been the hardest thing I’ve gone through. Everyone at the clinic was absolutely amazing and comforting through the process. They provided a variety of services and options for us, and were just so comforting and transparent the whole way through. Honestly, if I had gone anywhere else I’m not sure I would be okay right now. They’re absolutely amazing and understanding, honest and informative. Even if it’s further from you than other animal hospitals, I would highly recommend you make a trip to Easton Commons. I can’t express my gratitude for them in words.

The staff is very helpful in resolving issues or answering questions. The prices are bit higher than other places, but I really like the convenience of dropping off my pets in the morning and picking them up after work.

There is only one word to explain this clinic and it's CARING staff. Dusty is OVER THE TOP! She definitely KNOWS what she's talking about. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Love this place. Affordable veterinary prices & puppy packages for shots. Over the top staff who really care about your "baby." My standard poodle loves her Vet Tech Dusty! Mollie & I will never go to another vet. They genuinely care about your pet & enjoy teaching you how to parent & feed your precious babies.

What kind of doctor gives such condescending tones when asked questions about a pet’s wellbeing? Like if you’re going to be that way SIR?! then please don’t work in this profession anymore! Also? It’s not just this rude boomer of a doctor either, the receptionists barely seem to care about you and your fur baby cause they’re always putting you on hold for lord knows how long! Bless the kennel techs and Groomer though, because they seem to be the only workers left of this FOSSIL of a clinic that cares about the pets!

Dr. Osterman is hands down one of the best human beings I've come across in the Vet world. We took our Boston to him as a first time client and he went above and beyond to help us. Out Boston blew out his knee and ACL and Dr. O went the extra step to help us get into a specialist in a timely fashion. He made numerous phone calls to ensure we were taken care of, something he did not have to do but made the effort to ensure it was done correctly. We are not established clients but after this kind and dedicated act we will be. He is an outstanding person who truly cares about animals and families!

I had an emergency with my baby they were almost about to close and he was going to be a new patient unfortunately they didn’t have any appointments but due to the severity of the situation they decided to help my baby anyway they were nothing but kind and did a damn good job.
