Love your Technicians who help with keeping pets calm. I'm especially enjoying your new Vet, Dr. Lewis. The entire team make everyone feel welcomed and provide you with the information you need for your pet. They are excellent with giving you a reminder on the invoice of any upcoming vaccines or procedures for your pet. Thank you for all that you do.

Dr. Lewis is by far the best veterinarian I've ever been to. So kind and compassionate when I had to put my 17 year old cat Oliver down you can tell he really cares about you and your pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We are very happy with the Veterinary Medical Center of Spring. We had a horrible experience at another vet when our dog was a puppy. VMCS not only got us in the same day they were very thorough, understanding, kind and helpful. When you have a question you can call and they are happy to try and help you. If they don't have the answer right then the girls will ask and call you right back. Every person who I have talked to or who has seen our dog has her dogs best interests at heart and it shows. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a vets office.

Discovered a lost kitten and took it here when it developed a difficulty with breathing. Kitten passed away in the clinic - it was too far gone to do anything else but euthanize. Vet and Assistants dealt with the whole situation intelligently and with compassion. It was a horrible situation and, despite the sadness I felt, was pleased with how it went down. Thank you to the whole crew!

I am SO IMPRESSED with this clinic. The whole staff is amazingly kind & empathetic to your pets needs. Dr. Lewis is truly remarkable! He took the time to explain everything with my dogs situation. He also took his time to answer all my questions & was even running late for his lunch because he had surgery awaiting afterwards which I find to be very noble. Dr. Lewis and Terrance make you feel like your part of the crew in being the voice & advocate for your pets needs. You will leave here realizing that going to a Veterinarian doesn't always have to leave you feeling like someone was only interested in trying to get over on you how much money they can try to take from you. And you won't leave here wondering if your pets needs were in their best interest because Dr. Lewis & the staff do care. I also want to give thanks to Lexi, she is one of the front desk receptionists & she could hear the panic in my voice. She took the time to reassure me my pet would be in good hands which was very comforting. Thank you all!

Felt very welcome, and Marley and I felt like we had finally found a vetinarian that takes Marleys health serious. From the moment I walked in to the moment I paid fthe bill, everything was great. All I can say is Thank you to the staff for helping me feel so welcome .

Great team and doctor! My Bruno jump out the car and even though they were about to close they were able to take him in. Luckily Bruno was ok ... Just a few scrapes and bruises. But always very nice and knowledgeable staff.

Was seen promptly even though i was early. The things I brought my cat in for were taken care of and all my questions answered. I have been bringing my cat to this veterinary group since 2009.

Great place. They are attentive and listen. My furbaby does not get stressed when I take him in which is a good sign.

I was extremely concerned when my 13 month energetic puppy, Nugget became lethargic for four days. She had never acted this way before. Nugget was seen by Dr. Zamora, and later by Dr. McCollor. Dr. McCollor came out to discuss Nugget's issues, and followed up by returning my call. She reassured me she was available if Nugget's condition worsened, or I had other concerns. Nugget's condition is much improved. Both doctors seem extremely knowledgeable.

Only place I trust to take my babies. Staff is awesome always friendly and professional.

Always understanding and loving to my dogs

The vet went out her way to print out and write notes on the handout on the infection my puppies have and I appreciate that. The clinic was super nice and made me feel comfortable my puppies were in good hands.

First time puppy owner and never went to a vet before, I would say I was throughly given enough information to feel comfortable about my puppies health and knowledge for the future with my pup. These are awesome people who I can sense care for my dog. A bright and loving place even when I couldn’t go inside! My pup came out happy, calm and with a cute bow for the touch.

Our dog ate some play dough late Friday afternoon and while keeping an eye on her, we realized that she was shaking hours later. We called and Dr. McCollor encouraged us to come in. We arrived 20 minutes before closing (which I didn't realize, but hate to do to companies because I think it's rude). Long story short, we had to be there for an hour and a half of testing because of high numbers, behavior changes, and a diagnosis of pancreatitis (among other things not worth mentioning here). Andrea, the staff member who ran the front desk at the time was kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. McCollor took time with our pet even though it was past closing and is always informational and helpful. I profusely thanked them and apologized for it being past closing to which they were so gracious in their response. They could've easily told me to go to the local ER and that would've gotten them home in time after work. Additionally, since it's the weekend, we had to bring our dog back this morning. Dr. McCollor had attention to detail enough to let the front desk tech know about our situation so if we needed more pain medication, she knew the situation. It doesn't go unnoticed that she thought ahead to make our experience smooth this morning. I appreciate VMC of Spring's (and Dr. McCollor's) commitment to their patients, their customer-service driven culture, and their dedication to our animal community. If you are looking for a vet office, this is the one to choose.

I brought my cat here by recommendation from my mother who has brought multiple of her pets here throughout the years. My kitty hadn't been feeling so well for a couple of days and when I called The Veterinary Medical Center of Spring they went out of their way to squeeze us in on a fully booked Saturday after hearing my cat's symptoms. The folks at Veterinary Medical Center of Spring took wonderful care of my kitty and he is back to ruling the house like normal.

I would definitely recommend! I have a 9 month old kitten who recently got an injury in her leg. I've taken her to many vet clinics to find an answer but always run into a brick wall. The doctor actually reached out to the other clinic to get the information we needed after struggling for answers and emailed me the next day steps to helping my baby. Amazing customer service. My kitty also got a bow after her visit! How cute!

The entire staff goes above and beyond to help in any way. Everyone is extremely nice and sincere about getting to know you and your fur babies.
