The doctors there are always very nice and very caring. My Ollie has had to make several visits in the last couple of months. He can be a terror but he is always so calm with them and the staff has taken such good care of him.

Just love all the vets here… I have been taking my pets to them for over 25 years!

My cat Cordi had a wonderful experience! We both felt comfortable and loved the Dr and tech. The receptionist was pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

They were great! Got me in as a new client on the same day I called. The techs were all so sweet and the vet answered all my questions and didn't keep us waiting too long!

This place is amazing, the staff and vets are so nice and really care about the animals! Especially Jacque, she was so nice to our dog he didn't want to leave!!!

I live less than an eighth of a mile from this vet. I've been trying to get my two dogs in here for over a year. Every time we call there is some excuse as to why they can't see them. I understand not taking new patients, but this is a neighborhood vet office that either can't or doesn't care to service the neighborhood.

They were wonderfully with my boy Sparrow and his broken leg which was healing well on its own. Thanks to Dr. Bowe!!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. The doctors and staff are so compassionate, caring, responsive and I always feel like they treat my pets like their own.

We have been bringing our pets to this clinic for many long years. We do like the Vets and staff but wish it wasn't so expensive to bring my pets there. I would guess their fees are comparable to other animal clinics.

Great service, but the price is high. If you're at all concerned about spending, seek a cheaper option.

I will start by saying that our visit today at North Colony Animal Clinic was the best experience ever at a vet clinic (combined between the two places we lived in US: New York City and Frisco). They accommodated us, for the annual visit, very easy and quickly. The appointment started on time (no delays). Everyone in the office very friendly and professional. Very reasonable fees! Dr. Kaitlin Grimes is excellent; her demeanor, her work ethics and her way of communicating are heavenly. Dr. Grimes took her time to explain us all the advantages and benefits of given our cat the most important vaccines (as I am not a vax person). She was very kind and gentle with our cat who responded very well and friendly to the doctor. She explained what are the most common problems in this area for cats and what are the best methods to prevent our cat from getting infected with certain local viruses. We simply loved her. Can't wait to take our dogs to her for their annual visit. Highly recommend this vet clinic!!!!!!!!!!!

This vet team and their amazing staff have been such a miracle to my family. They’ve taken such great care of our cane corso for years. Your four legged babies could not be in better hands.

I appreciate the attention given to my small dog! Also enjoyed talking to the crew. They are knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely return.

They always take care of my babies

I haven’t been here but the receptionist was very helpful and kind. He knew I was late for my trip and was looking for a place to board my dog so he helped out and suggested me to email him the dog paperwork so he can help expedite the procedure. I was late for the flight so I had to left my dog at my friend’s house near the airport. If not, I would have came here. Very nice staff.

My mom has been taking her dog here for years. I spoke to the doctor today and he is FANTASTIC. Very helpful, thorough, and he spent 15-20 minutes talking through the pups various issues. Great service.

The BEST VETS I HAVE EVER HAD! THE ENTIRE TEAM IS AMAZING AND THEY ALL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.

New to The Colony and Dr. K. Bowe has shown such a care for my dogs health. My dog Kitty is also very happy with this clinic!

I had been taking my pets here since moving to The Colony in 1996. I use veterinarians for “big” things, and go to the low cost clinics for annual shots. I called this morning because one of my dogs is showing signs of an inner ear infection. The person I spoke with on the phone said she found my dog’s record, but because it has been “so long” since I have been in they could not get me in until April AND would have to treat me as a new client (including paying in advance). Talk about a slap in the face!!! Needless to say, I called around and found a new vet that will gladly see my dog today.

Couldn't ever get our dog in - EVER! Tried twice, and they're only interested in seeing established patients. When we needed help the most, they weren't willing to provide it.

Love this place. I feel very confident that my cats are getting the very best treatment possible.

Super disappointed in their service. I really liked Dr. Bowe, he was personable, my dogs liked him and he is super knowledgeable. The problem I had was that the two times I really needed to get my dogs in there was no way they could get them in. One of the times all my dog needed was a vaccination and the other time my dog was bleeding when she was urinating. They told me they could get her in but they were overbooked and it would be an emergency vet visit at $150 for the office call. Very disappointing when you have to switch vets because your vet can’t get you in when your dog is very very sick. Lucky for my dog I was able to get her in at another vet and they were able to see her within two hours of me calling run tests and treat her UTI. I would’ve loved to stay there but I have to go to a vet who is responsive.

I love this clinic and all the vets there and have been taking my two dogs to them for several years. Again, fantastic care!! I’ve also recommended them to several neighbors and friends. However, I do hope they read this and take this feedback- it’s become super difficult to get an appointment. I hope they are thinking about limiting their practice to current patients... as of late it’s been impossible to get my dog into see them when she has been sick. The first time I had to go to the ER vet instead. I was willing to chalk this up to the current pandemic situation, etc. and especially because Dr Bowe called me to check on her when he got her records from the ER vet. But, she’s sick again and they can’t get her in for an entire week. I really don’t want to switch vets! I was surprised that the front desk suggested to try another vet to see if they can get her in sooner :(.

If you’re looking for a clinic or animal hospital that will keep you on holding for 20 minutes, hang up on you and not serve your animals after 4 years, you’ve found the right place. Results may vary, but my dog certainly needed some help today and the people that I trusted failed me. Before you respond and say I was “cursing and violent”, our entire interaction was recorded and I haven’t published it for your own privacy, but I’m happy to if you need to me confirm the record.
