Love this place! So welcoming and they take care of our babies very well!

All of the front desk, they are always so friendly and happy to see everyone! Always a joy to talk with over the phone and when you walk in. Dr. O and Dr. West have been wonderful, kind, and patient with our fur babies. They are always explaining the things that are going on with them, as well as helping put me at ease when discussing everything that we are adding and changing to their routines. I could not have asked for a better place to go to to take care of my fur babies and myself!

Very expensive, like going to Costco everytime I check out.Additionally, the Dr. don't seem to treat long term, only for the visit, know my pet, read the history, develop a plan, most likely moving on to another

The staff at McKinney Animal Hospital goes beyond expectations. They supported us when our chipin was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Now they are with us as we care for and love our chihuahua/husky mix. I recommend this amazing practice for general pet care, boarding, and grooming.

Everyone from the smiling faces at the front desk, to the boarding crew, to the vets are absolutely amazing. They truly care for animals and their humans. MAH is the best.

The best! All of the doctors are great, and the office staff and technicians are great. I would not trust my pet to any other animal hospital, and I have been with McKinney Animal Hospital for almost 13 years. I plan to stay!

My pup loves the staff at McKinney Animal Hospital. I felt safe being there and leaving my puppy in their care. The entire stuff observed covid-19 guidelines by wearing their face mask. It shows they are taking each other's heath as well as their clients health into consideration. I appreciated that.

Everyone who took care of Ozzy before, during, and after his surgery were wonderful! All of our questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed, and we felt confident that Ozzy was in good hands.

Always our experience there is a pleasure. The doctors are very honest and they’re so good with my 3 little doggies. Go there people!!

Great quality service, however, so times they are extremely busy and don’t give you the time needed to explain results in details. But mostly good experience at this veterinary!

The staff and vets here are awesome. I've called several times concerning several issues I was worried about with my puppy and they've always been so responsive and helpful. Our puppy also seems to enjoy it here as well since she's always ready and happy to go inside

We have recently adopted our dog Lucky and he is a 7 month puppy. lucky had his first grooming at McKinney Animal Hospital and we are very happy with the result. Previously we were rejected from 3 other places because he is scared of grooming. He also had his remaining vaccine at MAH and everything went well. Everyone are very nice at MAH. This is our first time adopting a puppy we have so many questions and everyone where supper nice and patient with us and answering all the questions.❤️

We have been bringing our pets here for many years. They took care of Gypsy, our rescue cat, for almost 19 years! Now they are taking care of our rescue dog, Izzy who is a dachshund/terrier mix. We are so pleased with everything about everyone who works at McKinney Animal Hospital.

Dr. Petraitis and staff are always patient with our high strung pittie, and we can't say enough good things about how professional and skilled everyone is.

They have always been very friendly to me my dogs and my young kids. They took care of my girl’s damaged nail, they explained what they need to do and why they had to sedate her for the procedure. I felt they did the procedure without charging me for extra stuff that my girl didn’t need.

We have the ultimate confidence in the vets at MAH to take care of our fury friend and will leave Hazel for 8 days with the boarding crew because we know they love their visitors.

I never thought I would write a bad review on a business that I initially respected and trusted with our dog since he was a pup. He is now only 2 years old and due to their negligence we are out of tons of money, time, and sleepless nights. Our Boxer the most loving pup in the world has been shauned off and we are left trying to help him through a horrible wound. I am highly disappointed and nervous about what will even happen to him because of how they continued to delay treatment on him. I would leave work and drive the hour drive to continue his care here, but our loyalty to them has been met with such disregard for our babies needs. As long as your dog has no injuries or health issues you may be fine but please don't have a health issue or injury or require any flexibility in time because even with years of patronage they will not care.

Condescending/rude front-office staff. The vet techs and vetinarians are professional and kind. Stay clear from receptionist (Annie or Anne in particular). People skills are SO IMPORTANT. You may work with animals, but customer service and being kind to people still matters.

I'm leaving Texas and needed some flea and tick preventive before I left. These folks made sure the preventive worked on the ticks in my new area AND offered to immediately email all my pets' records so I would have them for the trip. And they did it!! Thoughtful and professional. Will miss these folks taking care of my crew.

Very upset with our recent experience. We just lost our dog Iris and prior to her death we called our long time vet and basically were told that they were closing and at capacity…so our dog, who was dying, didn’t get the attention of this vet clinic. Unacceptable and frankly it proves they care more about money, closing on time, etc than the animals they are there to serve. We were long time customers but no longer…look elsewhere.

The people at McKinney Animal Hospital are great! They are very knowledgeable, empathetic, and care for the animals they see. I inherited a 6-week old kitten from an engine compartment and they were amazing on how they took care of her and communicated with me.
