All of the staff I met today went out of their way to help me, they actually listened and found a solution for my very important problem and I am very grateful for that. Thank you very much

This is the worst place to take your pet. Extremely long waits. Horrible staff. I was pushed meds my pet didn’t need! Find a different vet!

Had the BEST experience here! I brought my three fury kids (1 lab + 2 great danes) in all at the same time and they were extremely accommodating. Dr. Lopez and his team were thorough, patient, caring and all around fantastic. It can be very chaotic and stressful to take three large dogs in at one time for their annual check-ups but they made it a breeze. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I moved from California and my vet said to go to a Certified AAHA Veterinary Hospital and I chose Phillips Creek Veterinary. I am so glad I did. From making the appointment to the actual first visit, I was impressed. The front office staff, Kimberly and Andrea were so helpful from the original calls to make the appointment to actually arriving there and paying my bill. At first Rocket, my Boston Terrier was a little scared but after meeting Jozlyn, technician and another technician I think was Kevin and of course Doctor Mikaela Stanislav settled down, was calm and giving high fives. I also received another call the next day to see if Rocket was doing well after the first visit. Even medical doctors for people don't always call and see if the patient is doing well after a regular visit. I would highly recommend this Hospital and kudos to the wonderful staff! I and my dog, Rocket am very satisfied with the great service!

Our Labrador was having seizures and couldn’t moves her back legs. I called at 10:30 in the morning with an emergency, the nit wit on the phone told me that they would’t be able to see her until the next Wednesday. I explained what was going and she said she was sorry, try “an emergency veterinary clinic”. This place is cold and callous when you NEED them. Don’t waste your time or resources supporting this place, they DO NOT CARE about your pets, just your cash…and only then when it doesn’t require any effort on their part. It will make me smile when this place inevitable has to close down due to their incompetent office staff.

So happy to have returned to TX and the excellent care our pups have received at Phillips Creek. The clinic really set a new bar that was never met by clinics we used when we moved away. Always friendly, always willing to take the time to listen (even when you use 100 words and you could have used 10). Super clean facility. If you don't know what an AAHA accredited veterinary practice is all about, one visit to Phillips Creek will bring it all into perspective.

10/10 recommend this place! Everyone was extremely friendly and the vet was very thorough. I grew up in a very small town where the vet was your neighbor, your dads best friend, and your t ball coach haha so this was my first time looking for a vet that I didn’t already have an established relationship with. I did a ton of research and I am so glad I chose Phillips Creek for my little puppy!

Dr. houck, pazora, hull and Perez have all seen my pets. They are so thorough and spend a lot of time helping you understand your pet’s needs/conditions. The staff is very helpful and they have been able to get me in last minute so many times- it is not cheap, but the quality of your experience is worth the price. I’m grateful for their kindness, knowledge , and willingness to help all hours of the day!

Dr Tony Lopez is amazing! I brought my 11 year old cat to him after many tests and money spent at another vet. He literally saved my Persian cat. He was very positive and hopeful he would be able to treat him and determine what was wrong. He explained everything in detail and answered every question. I have been to a lot of vets in the area over the years and have only admiration for Dr Lopez. If you have an unusual problem and another vet cannot not solve it, don't look anywhere else. Dr Lopez is your vet to trust!

They used to be amazing as of about the past 1-2 years! Level of care is a 2 out of 10. Sadly they do not care about your pets like you would want nor does the staff treat you kindly. Highly suggest finding a better facility with a higher level of care! Kinda shocked at how rude the staff was to us today! Not up to par with Frisco TX!

Very professional from the tech's to the Doc's. Very organized, very clean. Both the tech's and the Doc very informative, they listen well and they spend more time with me and Billie than my own family practice Doc. They make sure they have answered all your questions before you leave. Their follow up after the visit is first class. Go see them! They have been my Vet since 2015.

Best Veterinary clinic ever! We have taken four Aussies there. Two of them were seniors when we moved here. The care they received was nothing short of amazing. We have since added two Aussies in the past three years, and wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else.

I have had a COVID shot took my dogs in for a visit and WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TI WEAR A MASK I said no it’s a choice in America if we want to wear or do something. I was then told I don’t have a choice and that they were not going to see my pets because I wouldn’t conform to being told what to do by anyone so If you value your freedoms then I suggest looking elsewhere for vet

Thank you so much to Dr. Lopez and Dr. Hull for making room on their busy schedules for an urgent visit for our pup Nash. We were leaving town next day and our dog came down with an issue about 24 hours prior to our trip out of town. They took the time to understand our predicament and help our sweet boy out. Top notch!

We love PCVH! We’ve been taking our 5 year old Pomeranian here since we moved to Frisco (2019)! From our very first appointment, the vet techs and staff have all been so professional, sincere and personable. It’s very clear that the doctors and staff truly love what they do, and will provide excellent care for their patients and families. Dr. Lopez is our vet, and we fully trust him in caring for our furry baby! Highly recommend!

I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Tony Lopez!!! He is the animal whisperer for sure. His heart is always in everything he does and he is just a brilliant Veterinarian. He has created a practice of other veterinarians and staff that are the kindest, most caring group of people I have ever met. Their fees are super reasonable, they are so professional, and I have seen them literally save lives. So, look no more my friends, you and your fur kids must meet Dr. Lopez and his amazing team. The staff are amazing and so friendly and caring. The vets are brilliant and take wonderful care of your pet and explain everything and take their time. I am so happy I found them and I travel 35 minutes to take my dog to them, and I wouldn't go any place else. Highly recommend them.

Having just moved here, I was nervous about taking my sweet girl to a new vet. From the moment I called to schedule her visit to the moment I picked her up, I could not have asked for a more kind, sweet, and caring people. They treated us as if they knew us and we had always been there. And, my goodness do I love our new vet! When she called to talk to me, she took her time and she was so easy to talk too. Also, she was SO thorough on all my questions. As I waited to pick up Teek, every staff member I saw greeting folks had a smile on their face. If you are looking for a place that will love your pet like you, where folks are kind, and they really go above and beyond, then look no further! This is the vet for you!!

Best vet care in Frisco!

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Lopez at Phillips Creek Vet since we got her as a rescue, more than 7 years ago. The clinic is clean and orderly. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. I always feel like my dog is in good hands. Whenever we go on vacation, we board her here. I know she will be taken care of if anything happens.

Every staff member I have dealt with is so friendly and helpful. One of my dogs had oral surgery which not only went well, it cost less than the estimate they gave us!

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Lopez for about 6 years. I have had no issues until the last year. I have full insurance and get his teeth cleaned every year. This last year has been horrible. The front desk is rude to say the least. I asked to have my Dr. Lopez call me and she said he doesn't handle complaints. I told her my dog was bleeding from the nose and she said take him to the hospital. Isn't the hospital on the name of their business. They are over booked and Dr. Tony Lopez sold this business a year ago. Which I just found out. Extremely rude desk that has no idea of how to be courteous on the phone. I am out and moving on. No one treats me or my dog like this.

I really, really, REALLY want to give them a higher rating. We moved to TX a year ago and needed a vet for our Airedale. Overall, the care was great. The problem - this vet is clearly very popular and is regularly over booked and overextended. I don't know if they need more staff or what. Our dog recently fell very ill. While they did squeeze us in, it felt very rushed and we didn't get the greatest instructions. The very next day when our dog's health continued to decline, we were left waiting to hear from the doctor, and ended up at the emergency vet. Once the doctor did call, we felt quite brushed aside after we confirmed to him we were at the emergency vet. In situations like this, just reassuring and having nice bedside manner is really critical. We felt the message was relief that they didn't have to deal with our dying dog. If I do get another dog, I will have to think long and hard before going back to this practice. But as I said prior to this, everything was great.

I’ve been taking my two cats here for four years. Front staff is always super helpful and friendly. As are the techs and vets. They always take great care of my cats and I’m very happy with the services I’ve received. Highly recommend.

Hands down Dr. Lopez is the best Vet in North Dallas. I drive from far away simply because I trust his amazing skills and gut instincts. His knowledge base in immense and he is a fantastic communicator, not to mention so kind to my beloved pets. He is always generous and patient with his time when I ask many many questions and makes you feel like your pet is the most important in the world.

The most knowledgeable , professional and friendly doctors that i have worked for. Amazing staff members. All of them trully care about the animals and their owners. If i live closer to this hospital i would definately take my dogs there and even go back to work there!!!

We were visiting from Maine and found this Vet’s office was just 5 minutes away from us. We got a prompt appointment and our visit was very professional, all the Covid rules were followed which was impressive. The doctor called us and explained what was happening with our pup and prescribed a spray and a steroid shot which helped a lot. Thank you so much to all at their office who helped.
